Now, before we get into the updates of this specific case, I do have to let it be known that my coverage of Diddy throughout the years, I believe, has been on point to where now as far as what we're seeing, the details being revealed, it all makes sense.
And I don't want to get into conspiracy land.
But all I'm going to say is when I first covered Sean Diddy Combs versus Drinks Giant Diageo, which is the title of the segment back in.
August 30th, 2023. I hinted at the fact that huge conglomerates have a lot of different ways to
enforce the power. Let's just put it like that. But of course, if you don't do certain crimes, then they have
nothing to reveal. So this is a two-fold type of take on Diddy's situation, as I do believe what he
did as far as going at Diageo resulted in the downfall of his career as when it comes to other things
as far as when i first covered cassie accusing sean diddy combs of sexual abuse back in november 16
2023 i brought up how all of this evidence was from the as far as the evidence that they brought up
And as far as the videos they were using, the original date of those examples and the evidence was back in 2016.
The video of P. Diddy assaulting Cassie happened in 2016.
Ladies and gentlemen, that wasn't brought to light until 20, 23.
I wonder why that happened the same year that Sean Diddy Combs went at Diageo, also, you know, commonly known as the owner.
of sarahk and a lot of other whiskey brands so anyways um you know enough of conspiracy land let's get
into the update of the ditty trial so sean diddy combs when it comes to bad boys and him being
the founder of that when it comes to him just being one of the more impactful hip hop figures ever
in life there's probably diddy there's j z there's dray there's a lot of figures in hip hop
that just have enormous power to the point where it scares a lot of people.
So that being said, his charges are sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy,
transportation to engage in prostitution.
And of course, Sean Diddy Combs pled not guilty.
And he's being, well, he's been held in Brooklyn since the arrest on September 16, 2024.
Now, he is facing a possible sentence of 15 years to life.
if convicted the trial is expected to last eight weeks so with that being said we are now
in the end game all the way back in 2023 is when this assault when this um accusation came about
we are now here in the year of 2025 as far as his case continuing and then now when it comes
to cassie ventura being one of the main witnesses
And the main victims as far as saying that she had a lot of abuse throughout the years.
And when she came out with that accusation, the case settled within hours.
People don't know that.
People just think that Diddy was like, oh, I didn't do it.
And then the video came out after he settled.
It wasn't like before that.
He was saying he didn't do it before the video came out and he settled before the video came out.
So that's very interesting on why that would even happen.
But then people will come to realize how in the world would he still get sued if he already settled with Cassie?
Well, the FBI was already looking into Diddy.
So now when you use a RICO, a lot of, you know, I'm no lawyer.
So the way I'm talking is in generality because I've looked into it.
Basically, now that you enter a RICO, there's a lot of things that they could go back to as far as the 2016 video.
using that to get other people who also corroborate Cassie Ventura's claims.
So anyways, the key video as far as the 2016 March 5th incident at the Intercontinental Hotel
in Los Angeles where combs could be seen on camera punchy kicking and dragging Cassie down
the hallway and they played it in full and in slow motion.
segments for the jury. Now with that being said, there's a lot of witness testimonies like Israel
Flores as he was the assistant director of security at the hotel. I described Cassie is scared
with a purple eye and hiding her face. Combs offered him a stack of money and said, don't tell nobody.
Now, this happened back in 2016. That video didn't get released to 2023. I'm not going to say,
that Diddy was successful in bribing him because obviously in the court, the security at the
hotel, that person claimed that he refused to bribe and escorted Cassie to leave, but
didn't call the police at Cassie's request. If she refused, that's where it ends is what he
said. Now, y'all do of that information, which you will. Anyways, the prosecutors, allegations as
far as Emily Johnson, Assistant U.S. Attorney said that Combs ran a, what was that word, concierge?
Concierge? I think it's concierge. No, no, no. That's not it. That's not it at all.
Combs ran a, ran a cohorse and violent sex trafficking empire involving drug-fueled sex
parties called freak-offs, which, you know, everybody has made jokes about even the no-ditty
incident.
Abuse and threats towards women, including Cassie and a woman known as Jane, use of male
escorts and costume sex performances.
There's a lot of things that's going to be revealed in this eight week long case.
So the reason why I'm covering it now is because I'm going to cover it now.
I may cover in the middle and I'm covered at the end because I'm not covering this for eight
weeks straight.
I like to get into music.
The only reason I'm covering Diddy is because y'all know this podcast.
is titled Notorious Mass Effect with the Notorious being a playoff of the legendary hip hop rapper, Notorious BIG.
If you don't know, I actually covered when his, I don't know if it was his mom, but essentially,
news came out about Notorious BiG preparing to leave Bad Boy Records before his death.
Now, of course, I'm not getting into conspiracy land.
I'm going off things that I've looked up in research.
so that I could tell you where to go to if you don't believe these claims, right?
So as far as Biggie and Diddy, there was rumors of notorious BIG potential departure from
Bad Boy Records before his passing in 1997.
Now, as far as beyond the rumors, Rockefeller Records investigated the possibility of Biggie
joining Rockefeller and the potential impact on the hip-hop landscape.
So why would Biggie be trying to leave bad boy records?
There was a lucrative offer as far as $60 million offer to Biggie.
And with that being said, the broader implications about the connection between notorious B.I.G.
wanting to leave bad boy records and his ultimate and unfortunate death is where I'm going to leave it at.
because of course I'm not trying to get sued so I'm just going to give you information and you can do of that what you will anyways um when it comes to this case cassie ventura is the main person that could lead to a guilty verdict a verdict in my opinion because at least 70 civil lawsuits have been filed but for the public I think people underestimate the amount of I don't know if sincerity is the word but basically
basically how people are just numb to things happening to other humans and they just act like
it's normal.
So I'm not going to say people don't care, but all I'm going to say is when the video came
out, a lot more people seem to care about this situation.
So Cassie is the main person I think that could end up leading to a guilty verdict for
Diddy.
As far as the other 70 civil lawsuits, I don't know how those would end up being.
but the first witness began May 12th which was yesterday Cassie is expected to testify as soon as today
but we still have a lot more to go in this case I just wanted to lay it out to you as far
as what is currently happening and it may end up going down as one of the most
legendary court proceeding of all time as far as Diddy versus Cassie
see and just ultimately did he's background which has been talked about a lot in the industry but i wonder
why nobody's done anything about it or did anything about it um did he's power and influence being
brought to light in this in this court hearing and just the overall process of them revealing a lot of
different interesting details that may or may not lead to a guilty conviction so uh yeah guilty
verdict so with that being said um click my link tree in my bio let me know one of my
social media's what do you think about the overall trial what do you think about it being expected to
last eight weeks and ultimately what are you most looking forward to as far as getting justice for the
ditty and cassie situation
