Time to reflect as I always say throughout my podcast history, well, throughout my podcasting history,
that Spider-Man is my favorite fictional creation of all time, right?
Actual spiders is something that I should not be, but I am afraid of.
Don't ask me why.
I don't know if it's the eight legs.
I don't know if it's because of the ability to climb on the walls.
I don't know if it's because the way they move.
but spiders. I would probably say I have arachnophobia. You're probably wondering what in the
world that has to do with the segment, right? Well, DojCat has took it upon herself to use spiders
as her upcoming rollout. I don't know what it is, but apparently her upcoming album title,
which is Scarlet, set to be released September 22nd, is going to be featuring two spiders. So
At this point in life, I feel like I'm pretty nice, pretty observant in a way that I can
decipher what type of marketing strategies are being put in place. So I feel like at this point in time,
Doja Cat is trying everything in her power to put stuff in front of people that's hard to look at.
Doja Cat is a beautiful woman and herself.
And some of the pictures that she's been taking of herself is from angles, positions to make it not be as pleasing to the eyes.
Right. Then she starts to take other, hold up, let me just pull this up because I have actual examples.
I think a lot of people don't understand
that Doge Cat
is purposely doing this
Obviously, she's one of the biggest artists in the world
So it's not like she does something
And doesn't have any type of intuition
Or how it's going to affect her fans
Like she probably already knows this is going to upset some people
But if we go to Dojie Cat, right?
And oh, here we go.
Perfect. Perfection.
All right, so go to my analytic dreams video podcast for this
because this is, this is upsetting.
Look at the, I'm not even looking at it because I can't look at it for too long or I'm just going to, I don't know, it's some type of, I don't know if I got a rectophobia.
I don't know what it is, but her profile picture and her latest pose.
That's all you need to know on why I'm scared of, of spiders, right?
And that's not why, but like just looking at that, like I get scared.
Like, I feel like one of those is in my room as we speak.
So, anyways, let's keep going.
this picture right here this picture she purposely put this up you know as something that's that's not
pleasing to the eye right even though we know docha cat herself is a beautiful woman of course right
and we keep going we keep going and then she posted this right here which is like a devil silhouette
you know and it's uh really in the in the name of making people upset all of these images are
so this this is not pleasing to the eye once again analytic dreams video to see the
video version on my spotify channel it's like exclusive to spotify um there's another one
this is not pleasing to the eye
I think she's purposely doing this
she's purposely putting out these devil images
these images of herself
that's not pleasing to the eye
because I mean of course all this is like
but I mean she's purposely
that's what I'm saying because she looks like this
I feel like she's going out her way
to put up images where it is not as
attractive
if that makes sense
oh that spiders are actually crawling around her
I ain't going to lie.
My whole body just, just, all right.
Yeah, I just sent a chill through my whole body.
I kid you not.
That was too much for me.
I didn't know those spiders were going to start crawling all over her.
All right.
Anyways.
And then we have this right here.
I mean, of course she's throwing in pictures like this.
I mean, obviously this is like normal doja cab,
which is why everybody gets so mad than when she puts out random weird photos.
This is like normal doja cat, right?
And then you have the,
pictures like this devil imagery playing off of it for promotion to to market her new single
that's out now to bring it full circle titled demons and she also has a music video with the track
demons that's um shot by christian christina richie so christina richie oh no she's the star of it so
the star of the music video is christina richie and
And basically, I guess it took inspiration from the potterges and the shining.
I'm not a huge movie buff.
Obviously, I know what the shining is because of the memes of the people at the door or whatever.
I don't know.
The blood under the door.
I'm not no horror movie, none of that stuff, right?
So I don't know too much about it.
But I've heard of the Shining.
Doja Cat's album, Scarlet, is set to be released September 22nd.
So obviously, this is going to be the rollout to it.
But before this, she put out a track, which is why highlighted all the stuff with even her feuding with her fans to her putting out those images that may not be as pleasing to the eye, having spiders as the cover of your album.
I'm pretty sure somebody in her PR team told her that's not a good look, but she did it anyway.
Because at this point, it seems like she's too big to fail.
as she put out the track, Paint the Town Red, August 4th, 2023.
And I want you to go with me to the charts, right?
And you go to the charts and guess what's number one?
You guessed it.
Paint the Town Red by Doja Cat.
At this point, I feel like Doja Cat is too big to fail.
I mean, she even told her fans when they asked if she loves them.
She told them, no, I don't even know y'all, which is, I guess it's a understandable response.
but when you start making millions off of support from your fans,
I feel like you have some type of obligation to show compassion
for how you react to your fans.
Because of your support, your foundation,
your supporters being the reason why you're in this position,
I feel like you should have some type of empathy,
sympathy, whatever it is,
towards your fans
when they want simple reactions
to certain things.
Obviously, if they're coming at you
in a different type of manner,
then that's a whole different situation.
If they're asking you to say,
like, I love you to them.
Like, if somebody's making you millions of dollars
from supporting you,
I don't think I love you is too
hard to say, you know,
even if you don't mean it.
Like, if you just say,
hey, you know what I mean?
Love you for what y'all did.
You know what I mean?
I love you all for that.
You know, love to support your idea.
You ain't got, like, I feel like the way she came out
just said, I don't love you, I don't know you.
It's just such an abrasive answer to somebody who, not somebody,
to a fan base that has put you in a position to be,
at point in times, the biggest artist in the world.
Obviously, she isn't at now because, you know, Taylor Swift still exists.
But musically, charting-wise, she has the hardest,
the highest charting track in the world,
which is paint the town red.
so with that being said um obviously objectively speaking well i guess it's still subjectively speaking
i'm about to get into my opinion but i feel like the track is very interesting it's unique
and i don't know if that's in a good or bad way i feel like is the women the women version of
kindrick you have to listen to the track to understand what i'm saying but the vocal inflection
the way that she comes in and out of pockets is very Kendrick-esque.
Not saying this on the level of Kendrick as far as the overall track quality,
but specifically her cadence and her vocal inflection is Kendrick-esque.
Obviously, Kendrick took heavy inspiration from Little Wayne.
Little Wayne uses auto tune a lot, which still to this day throws off people.
Kendrick, not so much.
So his voice is really the instrument, and that's how Doja Cat is over this track.
Now, does that make it good?
Does that make it bad?
have no idea that's up for y'all i'm just saying that from the way she goes in and out of pockets
and drastically changes the cadence of a voice it's kendrick esk so that been said doja cat is also
still facing backlash for uh and her fans when they um followed her but i mean with her track
going number one i mean i guess that didn't her fans didn't her fans didn't stop nothing i guess
but Doja Cat will headline the Victoria's Secret World Tour
and then go on her first ever headlining arena tour
across North America later this fall.
That's crazy.
Anyways, click my link to your in my bio.
Let me know one of my social media is.
Do you think Doja Cat going to war against her fans
has paid off with her paint-to-town red single going number one?
or do you think that this will end up not working out for her in the long run
