After breakout mixtape Donny Womack (2018), Astroworld feature on "Can't Say," viral "No Idea" (#43 Hot 100 peak), and hits like "Lemonade," OCTANE follows Hardstone Psycho (2024) with 18 tracks including "E85," "Body" (sampling Justin Timberlake's "Rock Your Body" with Travis Scott co-production), "Rendezvous" (ft. Yeat), "Secondhand" (ft. Rema), "Tiramisu," and "ATM." Early buzz highlights the nostalgic Timberlake flip, visualizers, and high-energy, experimental production inspired by LA drives and creative immersion. With no chart data yet on release day, Toliver's streaming momentum positions OCTANE for strong Billboard Hot 100 and R&B impact, echoing prior successes.Adding to the momentum, Don Toliver headlines Summerfest 2026's American Family Insurance Amphitheater on June 19 in Milwaukee—his first time headlining the world's largest music festival—with special guests SahBabii, Che, SoFayGo, sosocamo, Chase B, and Lelo. Tickets went on sale January 30 at 10:00 a.m. via summerfest.com and Ticketmaster, including general admission. The lineup features other amphitheater headliners like Garth Brooks (June 16-17), Megan Moroney (June 18), Ed Sheeran (June 25), Post Malone (June 27), Muse (July 2), and Jelly Roll (July 4), confirming Toliver's rising festival draw.Analytic Dreamz analyzes how OCTANE evolves his sound, leverages samples for viral potential, and cements his top-tier status amid strong social media reception and touring announcements.Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Starting point is 00:00:04 Baby Kim, J.I.D. Party Next Door. You're probably thinking to yourself. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Why are you saying all these names when it comes to the coverage of Don Tolliver's album Octane that is now out on all DSPs?
Starting point is 00:00:24 Well, ladies and gentlemen, I'm glad you asked because, of course, you know, I have my critiques about Jack Quees Webster, aka Travis Scott, but I can cough. say he has finally found his successor as with Don Tolliver being an immaculent artist some would forget that he's actually under Travis Scott as far as Cactus Jack records now of course when it comes to Don Tolliver a lot of people
Starting point is 00:00:56 was introduced to him when Astroirel came out and I think it was the can't say tray like when he was saying you can't I don't know you can't say I had enough or something like that the can't say track but Don't Oliver essentially Essentially, a lot of people was introduced to him through that. Nowadays, I believe Don Tolliver is putting out cream of the crop as far as quality music. And especially with the particular track body, I believe that's one of if not the best track I've heard in 2026. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Starting point is 00:01:30 Like, what's going on? Because of course, as far as a state of hip hop, safe to say, well, almost two months. You know, shout out to Black History Month. You know what I'm saying? you know as far as don tulliver putting out this album that's out now in all dsps and essentially it is 18 tracks 49 minutes in length the main thing i was wanting to get at especially with don tulliver's talent is just that his chorus and his ability to flow over beats especially when the beats or more i don't know if eclectic is the right word but it's just very eccentric it's out there
Starting point is 00:02:06 you know it's um very experimental let's just put it like that what a sap rocky did with don't be dumb and what travis scy did with astro world i believe what don't tolliver is currently doing is like perfecting both sounds because of course because of him being under travis guy he was able to learn a lot of different things especially being signed to somebody who can give you so much and so many gems as far as the game you're trying to get into i think don't tolliver took that and ran with it because this is out of album is straight up phenomenal. Now of course it just came out so safe to say my opinion can change. I'm just saying from first and this is really just a first impression. It's not even a review.
Starting point is 00:02:50 The main thing I'm doing is just letting you know that the album is out. And of course for Don Tolliver fans, you already know I have some analytical dream like numbers to get into because of course when it comes to Don Tolliver in 2025, safe to say he had his biggest streaming year ever as he surpassed 4.2 billion streams driven by hits like Terra Miss You, I think what I say, say it? And he was featuring on tracks like Cannonball
Starting point is 00:03:18 with Lith. And with his prior albums, he contributed to Jack Boys 2, which came out last year, which I thought it was a pretty solid album. A lot of people was killing Travis Scott for it. I thought it was pretty solid, even though, you know, I have my critiques about Jack Quees, but, you know, the boy can make good music. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:03:37 Like, hold on them now. You guys. Well, that boy can make good music. And I'm not going to lie to you. So when it comes to that album, I thought it was solid. And Don Tolliver definitely attributed to that. And then, of course, with the Kali Uch's relationship, you already know that a lot of people are more into Don Tolliver
Starting point is 00:03:57 because of his long-lasting relationship with Kala Uch's and because of them even welcoming their first child together, which was born. March 24. So if you don't know, as far as the relationship, blogs and things of that nature, when rappers get with certain artists, they have to say they blow up in popularity, not saying that Cala Ooch's made Don Tolliver. I'm just saying that, you know, it probably helped out a little bit that you went a mammoth of
Starting point is 00:04:23 an artist like Calliuch's. As far as numbers, right? You know, I'm not trying to, I'm not talking about analytical because I've covered Cala O'Sche's plethora of times, and I've talked about how she is one of the biggest Latin artists in the game. So, you know, before their fan base take it the wrong way. Like, I've always spoken glowingly of Calli Uchus, you know, even since March 3rd, 2023. So into now as far as my latest coverage of her being December 19, 2025, but her track,
Starting point is 00:04:51 Muay Velo, I think this is safe. So anyways, basically I'm trying to say Cali Uches is a phenomenal artist, a superstar, and the likes of the music field. So getting with her as far as Don Tolliver, I think helped his career. only from the relationship blocks side of things, but musically as well. As they do have, I think they have a couple tracks together. So that inherently helps when you get into a relationship with another superstar, um, artist that's also putting up big numbers like yourself.
Starting point is 00:05:22 So I cannot wait to dive into, um, this album again when it comes to my favorite track. Currently it is body. My favorite track is body off of the album because I don't know. I just like how. You could tell the way that he leaned into his sound is just so unique that you could tell that it's like clockwork for him at this point. Even though it's very experimental as far as what you're usually used to and hip hop, Don Tolliver in the way that he does it is so unique that everybody seems to, I'm not going to be saying like making like an off-brand version of what Don Tolliver is doing because obviously wasn't the first one to make that type of music. but of course the way that he's perfected it i just think is it's phenomenal so um he will be going on tour so when it comes to this um no no no he's a summer fest 2026 headliner so when it comes to that
Starting point is 00:06:15 um the venue will be american family insurance uh amphitheater and milwaukee who on the world now well what do you shepherd i ain't gonna say it i ain't gonna say it but y'all know y'all know what i'm thinking who in the world want to it was um so if you was wanting to go to that it's happening june 19th 2026 and it's going to be don't hollivan headlining the opening axe is going to be saw baby uh chi so fago so so so cameo chase b and lilo like lilo stitch in the world um so if you if you just wonder who's all under cactus jackus jack to make that lineup sound a little bit more um understandable basically all the people who signed to travis scott as of 2025 well i
Starting point is 00:07:02 eyes of 2026 really is don't tolliver shek west so fago luxury tax uh wali de sense and then um yeah that's it so when it comes to the lineup seeing so vaguel on this as well makes sense and of course uh you definitely want to keep your label maids definitely uh close to you and have a great relationship as y'all are the main ones that's going to have to support each other's music as far as on the rise so now when you look at the tickets being on sale you can get it as of right now I'm trying to see if he was going anywhere else. I think when it comes to Don Tolliver, I think he'll probably just be focusing on the album.
Starting point is 00:07:38 So, yeah, expect a lot of different music videos for different tracks. Once again, listening to the album, first impressions, I was just blown away. But, you know, hey, first impressions, even though the project's only 49 minutes. And Don Tolliver is not some type of lyrical, miracle type person. It's really all about the production. What I heard in those 49 minutes, let's just say,
Starting point is 00:07:59 2026 and starting got phenomenal. Phenomenally for hip hop. So at that been said, click my link, sure in my bio, let me know on one of my social medias. What do you think about Don Tolliver's latest album titled Octane? And when you be checking it out, and if you already have checked it out,
Starting point is 00:08:16 what is your favorite track off of the album?
