Starting point is 00:00:04 But I live in circadian rhythms of a shooting star. The mannerisms of Raphael, I can heal you or I give you art. But the industries cook as I pick the carcass apart. Now, ladies and gentlemen, that was just a little bit of poetry from the one and only, Kendrick Lamar as 616 in L.A. inspired yet another release from Drake as this track is surprisingly titled circadian rhythm i wonder what he could be referring to so as far as the subliminal references back to kendrick it's going to be everlasting because if you don't know kendrick is currently the hottest rapper in hip-hop in 2024 so having the biggest disc track of all
Starting point is 00:01:00 time having one of the best hip hop tracks of all time as far as like that and metro metro boomer kendrick in future which is still on the charts 21st most listened to track in the world been on a chart for about 21 weeks talk about irony right and then kendrick has euphoria which been on a chart for about 16 weeks and it's barely hanging on being the 95th most played track in the world which is still a significant accomplishment when you think of all the tracks that's released daily Shout out to JT. I don't know why. I just want to shout out to JT.
Starting point is 00:01:34 Having entry into the top 100, especially after coming off of one of the most interesting splits of a rap group, I may say. Shout out to JT and her success with her track okay. That track is beyond okay. It's straight fire. So anyways, I don't know why that happened. I just saw it next to Euphoria.
Starting point is 00:01:56 So one of the things I wanted to get to, because obviously it's a Drake segment, is the circadian rhythm track. I like the fact that Drake is addressing how people want him to slow down. And he basically says it's in a way of letting you know that people don't replicate his work ethic. And the whole output of him is very unique. And I got that out of him saying people don't speak my language, the PG podcast. So of course, you know, we don't say the expedit.
Starting point is 00:02:29 we let other people say people don't speak my language how the exped of am i still up and then you know he goes on to the chorus basically saying people uh don't speak my language so i love the way that he kind of constructs this message because the track overall is very lukewarm i think the way that drake is dropping is mb a young boy is he's constantly putting out things to be in front of of his fan base because this is basically talking to his core fan base. The mainstream music consumers could care less about every single drop. That's been coming in the past two weeks from Drake. But his core audience is going to be the one that continues to consume everything Drake. No, did he? But as far as that,
Starting point is 00:03:29 I think the 100 gigabyte for your headtop as far as the on this IG account plot twist still being up is very pivotal and to keeping his fans engaged and keeping their mind off of the beef and focusing on Drake's greatness and his output to the hip hop genre
Starting point is 00:03:47 because one of the more pivotal verses I've heard just in life and I'm not trying to be like I'm not trying to be dramatic but let me see if I can find it it's like a corpses line the game a bunch of corpses
Starting point is 00:04:09 I think it's I think that's I can spell you know I can't spell you know it'd be like that I think is this one who goes to I don't think this isn't I don't think this is it being a bunch of corpses but if I stay
Starting point is 00:04:31 it be a bunch of orphans. I think I got that backwards, but I think I got it close enough. All right. So Drake said, without me, rap is just a bunch of orphans. But if I stay in this game,
Starting point is 00:04:49 rap would be a bunch of corpses. So that's one of the more pivotal tracks I've heard. And I think, if I'm not mistaken, it was in 5 a.m. in Toronto. I believe so. Let me see.
Starting point is 00:05:07 The reason why this is so pivotal because I think, oh yeah, here we go. Why it take me so long to find this? I still found it, but hey, my Drake car was being tested. So anyways, without me, rap is just a bunch of orphans. But if I stay, then this expedite is a bunch of corpses.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Now, the reason why I think this is so pivotal, especially throughout the history of hip hop is because you need your Caitlin Clarks of the world, not calling Drake White, but you know, he is part white. You need your people who can garner and attract different demographics so that the overall sport will be better for people in it. Drake being the figurehead of hip hop helps everybody. Now, is there anybody who's putting up numbers like Drake and hip hop as far as all time? Could y'all guess who it is?
Starting point is 00:05:59 Of course, M&L. Now, what about M&M is different from 99% of other rappers? All right, so now that I got that point through, you realize that the biggest rappers in the game may look a little different, but at the end of the day, it helps the sport overall because it generates more income because now big brands are looking at other rappers and trying to make another M&M or drink. Even though they may not do it, they are willing to spend dollars
Starting point is 00:06:29 that was non-existent before Drake and Eminem showcase that you can take it to these heights. Hopefully that makes sense. So the whole, the reason why I say that is because the whole circadian rhythm track and Drake basically reminding us of his greatness like, y'all know I took this game to a place that has never been before. And consequently, consequently, I think that's what you say it. Oh, anyways. Everybody else is going to get more dollars because of it.
Starting point is 00:07:00 I think that's one of the more pivotal things you can do for an entire genre because Donald Glover in Atlanta had an episode about this where you take a person of a different race. I'm not going to say which race of course. You know what I mean? Just a different ethnicity, you know, a little lighter in skin tone. And then you co-sign them, you let him get all these dollars, Grammys, and then guess what? You get the residuals. That's basically what.
Starting point is 00:07:30 happening with Drake, whether it's a Jay Prince, whether it's a little Wayne, whether it's a birdman, all of these people get residuals off of finding the most popular rapping, a rapper of all time. So, and shout out to Houston for that. I'm going to be in Houston, I think next year. Anyways, that's another topic. Shout out to Houston for finding the most popular rapper of all time, because if it wasn't for Jay Prince and his son, who knows how much respect Drake would have gotten on his rise to fame, you know? so that's what I wanted to say. So I'm going to leave it off with that.
Starting point is 00:08:04 So Cadyan rhythm, I would say it's lukewarm. I give it like a 6 out of 10. But as far as the message, I give it an 8 out of 10. Because no matter how lukewarm it is, Drake is always giving us certain gems that you can take for the future as far as him being a profit and kind of letting you know what the music industry is behind the scenes while he's making the track. And so it may be confusing for some.
Starting point is 00:08:26 But as the future unfolds, you realize that Drake is actually leading you to certain facts that's been hidden for quite some time. So hopefully that makes sense. But with that being said, click my link to you in my bio. Let me know one of my social medias. What do you think about circadian rhythm? And also, as far as the three-pack of circadian rhythm, no face, and what was the other one? I forgot the other one.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Let me click on the other one. And SOD, which one was your favorite?
