I just recently found out that there's two tracks off of Gordo's Diomante that's performed by Drake.
So of course I had to do an entirely different segment for healing because that track, as I talked about in the Sideway segment, I did not listen to it, so I couldn't give a review.
But I have listened to it a good amount of times, and I'm not going to lie.
I like how Drake is completely copying.
you know at this point
why not right y'all beefing
shooting at each other's houses allegedly
I mean why not just you know
copy the man's whole existence
in the music music right
so with that being said
um
troy lanes
alone at prom is
a rendition of the weekend sound
and I think he specifically
was going for the weekend sound with the album
and I think he succeeded
tremendous
so it sounds like from an engineer
perspective sideways and he'll very different tonic we've ever received from drake very
reminiscent of the week by bringing in way lanes with wrong because he's going to go this route of
completely mixing master in his vocals like he is right now and comply uh completely sounding different
not like sounding different we don't know it's drake but the effects expression um everything that's used on
his voice as far as the auto tune,
reverb,
it's really showing that he
is going for a difference sound
and he achieved it with sideways.
So that's why
I'm not opposed
Drake putting out a weekend album
basically copying the man.
Right? Because
if you think about it, when's the last time we had
a weekend
album, a weekend
sounding album performed by Drake?
My Drake fans out there, I'm pretty sure
I got the answer.
Other people out there,
Take Care is considered Drake's
one of,
is considered Drake's best album ever.
Take care, if you don't know,
heavily influenced by weekend.
Don't know.
I mean,
a lot of different ideas.
So,
if you're going to copy the weekend,
not saying it's going to be a take care album.
I would never say that Drake is capable of going back to that time.
As far as the new age,
new able
new sound from the weekend
because if you don't know
it's definitely changed
it's been more
in a pop category
of R&B
sounded like a soundtrack
50 shades of gray
right is a little different
a little more commercialized
vocals
so if Drake's going to copy that
put that on his own album
under Gordo
who seems to be
perfect match for Drake
to experiment with his sound
and I'm not mad at it.
I mean, you know, a lot of people can relate to these very depressing songs.
So, you know what I mean?
If that's you, you know, no shame, you know, sometimes, you have your highs, you have your lows, right?
But Drake is going to help you get through those with these specific tracks because I'm not going to lie as a vibe.
Definitely a vibe.
I'm a weekend fan.
So I'm not exactly on board with him just completely ripping off the table's whole style.
but for the preceding events and then what you're doing now,
I'm going to allow it because, yeah, I'm just going to say I'm allowed it
because I don't want to be the police.
I don't even want to be Vlad.
I'm just going to say at some point,
they're going to figure out who in the world
will be crazy enough to shoot at Drake's home.
Um, uh, what else?
Yeah, so when Drake says summer vibes,
he definitely was not joking as teaming up with Gordo
seems to be a match made in heaven
for his experimental
not saying that Gordo
could make like a
oh if you're reading this is too late
or like a barred up
a deluxe edition for all the dogs
right I don't think he'd be the best
at which he may be but for the most part
seems like he's the best producer
for Drake's experimental sound
which is not wrong with that
but you know pointing that out
it does
it does bring up the fact that the track is
called healing right
Like one of the biggest battles just happened.
And now Drake puts out a track titled Healing.
I mean, it's not like first track he put out.
But it's just funny how certain meanings happen even if it wasn't intending.
Right.
So Drake is going to be putting out honestly, never mind part two sometime in this year.
And I wouldn't be surprised to put it out around the same time as a Kendrick album just to be steady.
but if I was an advisor
I'm not saying I am but if I was I would advise him not to do that
because it's going to be a bad look PR wise
because Kendrick will indeed outsell you
and I'm never going to say that again
but for the Michael Jordan 9697
prime that is what Kendrick's in right now
analytically actually outperforming you in
first so I would
obviously don't be like
call him to see when he or have somebody call him i guess you could do that not you but you know
don't drop around his date give it like a month or two they'll drop before or after because i don't
know both of them would be bad they're gonna compare it either way i would say before would be best right
but with big sean trying to drop i mean goodness i didn't even know this this was like an impromptu
recording session because drake dropped there's no other rapper ever that could bring out of vacation
give random commentary on these tracks but
dreg's the goat so um and the numbers prove it as i was talking about his
twenty twenty four numbers not outperforming kendrick but he still has the most total
entries into the billboard top one and if look at the overall stream fails
Drake is still number one why because playing drake's discography
kendrix so kendrick uh oppressive twenty twenty four numbers
as tracks released in twenty
Drake has the overall
better geography number.
Hopefully it makes sense to y'all.
But yeah, so
further review or further
listening
test, I think that
these are it. Yeah,
this is it. I like it.
Sideways healing. I mean, even Kendrick said, you know,
making me dance
waving my hands and it won't be no threat.
I like Drake with the melodies. I don't like
Drake when he act tough for me.
The way do you want it, right? So hopefully,
you know, Kedrick throws us up on his story and be like, I like this Drake.
That'd be so petty, right?
Anyways, yeah, with that being saying, man,
Drake collaborated with Gordo on new album, Diamante,
featuring two tracks Sideways and Healing,
also showcasing his emotional depth and versatility.
I go, I know y'all saying, that's just extreme glazed right now.
I'll probably scream and don't get pregnant.
Ditty.
So despite the ongoing speculation about, you know,
Drake's emotional state,
also commented on they uh gordo confirm that drake is in high spirit album diomante promises a blend
genres and features diverse artists reflecting for those extensive experience in innovative approach
that i am going back to vacate so click my link to my bio let me know one of my social
media's what do you think about drake uh giving two tracks to gordo sideways and healing and do you
think i mean the fire is the so which one do you think is better godways or healing
