Ladies and gentlemen, track number six off of some sexy songs for you.
And without further ado, we have to get deeper and to deeper.
Pause.
As when P&D first announced the collaborative body of work with Drake, they used the snippet from this track.
Who would have thought that the first Party Next Door solo track off of this collaborative
of album with Drake would have been the standout.
I think deeper would go down as one of the better R&B tracks in the past two to four years.
Now, of course, the album just came out, but when it comes to me giving my sentiments as far
as first impressions, right?
My first impression of this track is that it's a classic.
My first impression at this album is that it's a classic.
So if I think this is the standout of a classic, what does that tell you?
Deeper to me, it's one of the better R&B tracks put out in the past.
I even say three to five years.
This track is phenomenal.
The sample in the background, I don't know what that is, but it's also phenomenal.
I think when it comes to party next door in him standing on his own for the first time on this collaborative body of work
and that coming into fruition and deeper, which is the first snippet they used for the overall project,
They knew that this track was a hit.
Now, the second snippet, Crying and Chanel, that was track number four that we just covered,
that was, in my opinion, it was the first misstep in this project.
I still think it was a great track, especially the second half of Crying and Chanel,
but for them to use it as a snippet for the album, especially once you realize what's on this project,
it's criminal.
But as far as the snippet, the very first snippet for this album being deeper, very on the nose,
as this R&B track is a PG podcast,
so I'm not going to make that joke.
But let's just say the track title,
as far as it correlating with actions,
as far as listening to the track, may correlate.
Hopefully, I didn't lose y'all as far as the adults.
Hopefully the kids, I completely lost y'all.
So with that being said,
I think this is one of the better tracks off of the album,
and part of the next door is putting on a master class
on how to sing
because sonically,
I think party next door
is not the greatest
but the way he sounds
is more of a
I'm not going to say cruning
because I think that's disrespectful.
It's more of a
I'm not even going to say
limited vocal range.
I don't know what it is.
It's just the effects
and the way that he's singing.
The different key notes
is not there.
I feel like he sticks
to certain key notes
and then he just does it perfectly
if that makes sense.
So that being said,
I think when it comes to this
deeper will end up being one of the better tracks off of the album.
And with that being said, let's get into Drake's second solo track off of the album,
which is track number seven titled Small Town Fame.
