I feel like if Screwed the World was more of a DJ Screw type of track,
then this interlude would make all the sense in the world.
Because Screw the World kind of plays off of 8 a.m. and Charlotte,
where he kind of is going on a whole double, triple entendre.
He's talking about with some loose screws, talking about how, you know, RIP to Legend in Houston
with some loose screws, you know, DJ Screw, of course.
So for Screw the World Interlude, if it plays off of 8 a.m.
and Charlotte and Charlotte
I think that would be
fitting especially for
a Drake project because
I do believe with Drake and his status
in the hip-hop game
conceptual albums
needs to be more of a focus than just trying to
make club banger after club banger
like I would like for tracks to play into other tracks
so it all sounds like a cohesive body of work
and with that being said
let me just say one more time
that whenever getting into the goat
is certain respects you have to pay
and as far as
Drake and his stance in the hip-hop game
I do believe that as far as the interlude
he is still one of the greatest at it
like as far as everything
in captivating an interlude
Drake really
embodies what a great use
what a great use of an interlude looks and sounds like and with that being said let's move on to track
