Starting point is 00:00:00 The goat, the savior of hip-hop, the overall mascot, statistically, of course, and subjectively, depending on who you ask, is back again. But this time, he's releasing a single for his album for all the dogs. Now, I find it beyond hilarious that Drake, aka Arbigh Graham, aka Jersey Drake, is releasing an album titled For All the Dogs Right after Dojicat set the release date for her album, Scarlet. So Dojicat set the release date for her album first, then Drake set his album set to be released
Starting point is 00:00:54 on the same day, which is September 22nd. Now, why is that hilarious you might ask? I think Drake and his marketing team, and I'm about the Mr. Fantastic Stretch, this assumption. Doge Cat, combined with Drake putting out an album titled for All the Dogs, is leaning towards the Barbie Oppenheimer-type collab marketing strategy that I've seen work for not only Barbie. shout out to them for making a billion dollars you know market robbery going crazy and Oppenheimer which I believe that's past a I don't know if it's past a billion but it's close it's doing well right I don't know if Drake's trying to go for this certain type of publicity
Starting point is 00:01:48 with merging the two marketing strategies because if you think about it underground artists well quote unquote underground artists try to put out music when big names drop because technically that's the largest consumers largest number of consumers that you're going to get at one time on that platform because Drake brings out a certain number of people when he drops doja cat brings out a certain number of people when she drops and specifically tonight at midnight rod wave is going to bring out a certain amount of people so having that many people on a platform and if you're in the node to get certain looks on certain playlist, it could pop up and you may be more inclined to listen to it after you're done listening to the music that you went on the app to
Starting point is 00:02:44 listen to in the first place. Now, call me crazy, but I do believe Drake putting out his album for all the dogs on the same. Remember, he revealed this release day after Doja Cat announced Scarlet, right? So for all the dogs versus Dojicat is a Barbie Oppenheimer type of marketing tactic and I'm sorry if y'all are not following, but that is my reasoning for why Drake is dropping on the same day as Cizac, not Cizzo, same day as Dojicat, because that is a risk. If you don't know, Dojicat just put up some type of stat for having the biggest single from a rap artist, a rap women artist ever.
Starting point is 00:03:30 Paints of Town Red is doing phenomenal. first week numbers are going to come out and I would not be surprised if Doja Cat's album Scarlett ends up selling more than Drake's for all the dogs. Now I know all the Drake stands are killing me right now. How are you going to go against one of your favorite artists of all times
Starting point is 00:03:50 saying he's going to get outselled when that's never, or outsold when that's never happened in the history of Drake releases? Well there's never been a doge cat up against him in the same release date so that's what i have for that of course drake is dropping a single that will have scissor on the track titled he put the title on ovio sound i believe y'all here we go so ovio sound if you're looking on the video version analytic dreams video to see the video along with the audio on my spotify channel drake tweeted out well technically ovio sound tweeted out slime you out drake
Starting point is 00:04:31 featuring Sizzle. Friday 12 p.m. E.S.T. Why is it not midnight like 99.999% of other artists do? I have no idea. You have to ask Drake himself why he's releasing at 12 p.m.
Starting point is 00:04:50 instead of 12 a.m., which everybody in the music industry does. So, I don't know. At the end of day, Drake is still wrapping up his all a blur. It's all a blur. tour. I don't know how long he has to go for that tour, having looked at the dates, of course, but I will say that this single will be beyond successful simply because Drake featuring Sizzam
Starting point is 00:05:15 is something that the world's been wanting for quite some time. If you don't know, as Drake used to, you know, I mean, not like repeatedly, but he did once brag about dating Siza in 2008, 2008, And technically, after that, Siza unfollow Drake. So there was some rumor slash speculation that there was beef between the two. So it's nice to see them coming together in 2023 to give what I believe is the first collab track ever. And I think that this is going to do more than be a hit. So yeah, click my link tree in my bio. Let me know one of my social medias.
Starting point is 00:06:01 What do you think about Drake and Sizer dropping? the track at 12 p.m. Still can't get over that. Titled Slime You Out and will you be get, well, of course you're going to give it a list. It's the goat. Come on now. Let me not be disrespectful. Who do you think would have the better performance on this track, Drake or Siza?
