I said it once and I'm gonna say it again. Drake needs to get all of these ghost riders in the room, locked the door, revealed the name OVO Sweat Shop, and tell them that you work for me now. Because this is getting out of hand. All of these songs that literally sound like Drake cooked it up with 40 in the studio

and he's getting none of the revenue off of these numbers. And it's to the point where I believe if he will make some type of ghost writers can't because at this point if people are actually or genuinely enjoying the music that these ghost writers are putting out then when drake actually signs them they should still like the music that they write and usually sometimes you know fans are fickle they'll completely switch on you if they know you got a if you're co-signed by drake you know they may just flip on you be like ah you're too mainstream now all his stuff he writes now is trash like you've seen that happen but i think that's

the best route for Drake to go is to hit up all of these ghost writers like he'd be hitting up all these other up-and-coming women rappers in the game like Ice Spice and let them know like he enjoys the artistry he really wants them to come through fly them out and then as soon as they walk into that room and they realize all those other dudes who was in the room also make AI content he need to lock the door revealed the name on the building that says OVO sweatshop and needs to let them know that you from now on you work for me because not only is drake probably tired of these creators making money off of their likeness but umg has had enough they've told apple and spotify to literally block ai lyrics like like what like we're just blocking a i lyrics now they said block the whole technology like universal music group live it is not even the word to to describe the way they feel towards all of these creators making AI cover songs. because if you follow the podcast at this point, you probably already know. Universal Music Group is the biggest major label in the music industry. If you're thinking about signing and you're the biggest artist in the world, you'll probably go to somebody who can pay you more than somebody who couldn't even come close to that. I have to look at Taylor Swift I don't know if she's under them But anyways, all the biggest artists are under UMG And They came out You know, they've declared war on AI music And it was like, we had enough of this So they said that

ways so we're coming for y'all in the most illegal outrageous way way possible so um what else so yes they told spotify and apple to take down everything a i related um one of the creators plugin AI was pleading his case that it just sounded like it or something like that it's just like innovative and they still shut him down what else music lm developed by google has been trained okay that's not it what else umg like swift has been waging effort okay so basically lot of these AI generated songs are popping up left and right like UMG is saying and they're trying to get it all taken down. I think when you use somebody's voice, their name, in their face, I feel like they do have a case. Now I'm saying this at the end because I don't want to be on

UMG's side at all. Like UMG is literally like the bully of the industry. They get the, it's kind of like Disney in the entertainment field. Like, they get their way. Like, whatever they want to do, they get it. Like, they tell Spotify and Apple what to do, not the other way around. Because imagine Spotify, Apple, tried to do something to UMG. And then UMG was like, oh, okay, well, take all of Drake's music off your platform and take all of Eminem's music off your platform because we own that.

He's like, imagine, imagine if that happened. Like, you know, you really want to walk on eggshells when you're talking. talking about Universal Music Group. And the only reason that I'm talking about them the way I am right now is because somebody has to get the news out there that this is a pretty big deal in the music industry. And if just one creator wins a lawsuit against UMG, which I don't think it's going to happen because it's kind of hard. But it's kind of like when Epic games went up against Apple and Apple basically let them know

who was boss. Like Epic was like, we're paying way too much in splits for an app. Fortnite to be on your app store. Like you're getting way too much revenue from in-game transactions that we cultivated on our app. And they're like, well, you use our store

in the first place. So that's why we're taking the cut. And it was like a whole argument and guess who ended up when it is. It's literally the phrase, Big Bank takes Little Bank. So UMG right now is implementing that phrase to the highest degree possible and letting it

be known that if you put up a cover song as far as the entirety of the track, you will be taken down. And that is a very scary situation for a lot of different creators out there. Even putting out Drake's music in this in general, I mean, that's what we have DMCA for. But when there's a completely original track, just somebody who sounds like an artist under UMG, but if you put the name and the likeness, I can't really defend you right there.
