The Toronto artist followed ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR — 43 songs that placed him at Nos. 1-3 on the Billboard 200 with 463K, 114K and 110K units. ICEMAN opened with 462 million streams and later passed 2 billion on Spotify. FOMO, a self-funded one-hour film premiered September 15, mixed nine unreleased tracks, videos, lifestyle footage and cameos from Sexyy Red, Winnie Harlow, Kevin Durant and Drake’s mother. New songs with Don Toliver, PartyNextDoor and Yeat were not commercially released by September 17, so chart impact remains unmeasured. Analytic Dreamz examines the Choosin’ Texas interpolation, luxury visuals, career nostalgia and the announced 2027 world tour. Combined May first-week units totaled 687K.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/analytic-dreamz-notorious-mass-effect/exclusive-contentPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Starting point is 00:00:00 Ladies and gentlemen, this is the most Arbry Graham-esque way to start off a track. Is it okay? I got my dope on me? Now, of course, when it comes to my track-by-track review of the FOMO live stream, basically essentially getting into the newer tracks, you would be pleased to know that I have the entire FOMO live stream playlist because, of course, once, if you missed out on it and you didn't watch it or listen to it when it initially revealed itself, and Drake was basically like so it's not on any official
Starting point is 00:00:33 platforms. You guys. See, that's the problem. So that's why when it comes to me specifically putting this in a playlist and giving it and putting it in the link description box below. You know what I mean? You can thank me later. You know, ironic. You know what I'm saying? So the main reason
Starting point is 00:00:49 why I say that is because we're getting into the track by track review of fear of missing out. Right now we are on track 9 as far as Missed My Dogs featuring Yeet and I kid you not that man Yeat was rapping like the bills were due. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Starting point is 00:01:03 Like, what's going on? That man, Yeat was actually going at the beat in a way of, it was very much a phenomenal verse. It was, I'm not going to say aggressive, because that's the wrong word. But the way that he was coming at the beat was so much energy. I think it was fantastic, especially when you look at how Don Tolliver was like the biggest surprise feature out of all of the new music reveals. Don Tolliver was definitely the premier.
Starting point is 00:01:35 Look who I have on this track. You know, just like Future was on Rand to Atlanta. That's what Don Tolliver was for the Fear of Missing Out live stream. Look who I have not only once, but twice. So when it comes to Yeet, having his verse, he already was preceded by two Don Tolliver tracks, one off a cold shoulder, one off of the Choosing Texas remix. So for Yead to come out and have such a phenomenal verse, I mean, just kudos to him. Obviously, I'm not saying that he knew that he was going to come after two versions of two verses from Don Tolliver, but to still be on the track with the goat, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:02:13 Is it okay? I got my dope on me? And to still perform the way he did as far as uplifted in the track while Drake has had all this imagery. I mean, the hotline bleen, as you can see right now, analytic dreams video on Spotify, earlier when I first started this segment, He was showcasing the take care cover. So it's a lot of imagery to showcase how Drake is reflecting, but he's also making newer moves. And I think to have Don Tolliver and Yeet be the standout features in this FOMO live stream,
Starting point is 00:02:45 safe to say he understands what the new wave looks like. So, which is funny because Don Tolliver and Yeet, I mean, at some point, they're definitely going to be beefing because Yeet is beefing with Travis Scott. and I don't think they're going to piece it up at any point, you know, anytime soon, unless, you know, Travis going to apologize, you know what I'm saying? Remember when Tori Lane's told Travis Scott, are we squabbling, are we apologizing? I thought that was hilarious. And that's basically what Yeats can have to do Travis Scott for them to ever make up because
Starting point is 00:03:14 Travis Scott is, I don't know, he's very, very phony. So anyways, when you look at the Yeat and Don Tolliver aspect being the only features that was, like, notable in my opinion. This FOMO live stream was fantastic. As you can see, the credits are rolling right now. We're going to get into the last track in the second. But for Drake
Starting point is 00:03:36 to have all these different music videos for it to be self-funded, for Don Tolliver and Yee to give such serviceable verses, it's almost as if they knew what was going on and they knew what they had to do especially on a project like this because
Starting point is 00:03:51 technically we only got into 10 tracks out of the, you know, there was more music videos for the older tracks that we could have talked about, but we focus on solely the new music and it was still 10 tracks and 23 minutes in length, which is insane. So when it comes to my review of Miss My Dogs featuring Yeh, I thought it was a very solid track. Then blow me out of the water, but it's definitely yeah, it's probably towards the bottom, honestly, because I mean, my top, my favorites right now. if I can see. I have the whole tracklist up. So once again, Analytic Dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio. But
Starting point is 00:04:32 let me see. So Vices is my favorite. Classic extended edition is my second favorite. And then you have Cold Shorter for me at number three. I know it's true at number four. And then we're going to get to my fifth and number five. So technically this my dogs would be at like number six maybe. Yeah, it'd be at number six. So yeah. So that's my ranking technically. But we still haven't gotten to the five. final track. I just wanted to let you know why I just said to miss my dog's track from
Starting point is 00:05:00 was you know solid. It was just nothing crazy because I'm not going to lie. Cold shoulder. I know it's true. And vice is some heaters. So, but that means said, let's get into the final track, right? Well, let's get into the final track, track 10, which is titled free. Let's get into that right now.
