Starting point is 00:00:24 you can take all that just another game stuff and throw it out the eyes of the nation are on this field today and that's what before we go any further of course analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio because this is definitely what sports fans and gamers have been waiting for these players live for all right and then that's when it starts playing copyright music so we're gonna stop it right there but i'm to play it on mute just so you can see the trailer as i talk about it but anyways getting into alabama the video game i mean my fault ea college football 25 my fault you know for all the fans out there other than alabama fans you're probably upset about that statement but getting to the totality of this game of course the release date is july 19th 24 for xbox series
Starting point is 00:01:59 X and S and PlayStation 5. Now, of course, there's a bunch of additions to go at this game because a lot of people have been in anticipation, high anticipation for this video game as there's a standard basic game edition, the Deluxe Edition, which includes additional content and early access. As you can see right here, the Deluxe Edition, three-day early access pre-order by July 16th for 4,600 college football points, and then the Madden 25 Deluxe Edition, three-day early access pre-order by August 13th, which also comes with 4,600 Madden points, and much more, of course. So this specifically what I'm talking about is the MVP bundle.
Starting point is 00:02:50 Now, as far as the Deluxe Edition, the standard edition, you'll probably, well, not probably. You definitely will get less. I don't know what the specific details are about that. But the Lux Edition probably only comes with the college football game, but of course has some additional content and you get early access if you pre-order by before July 26. So with that being said, of course, getting into the cover athletes, which is the main intriguing factor for some student athletes out there. They're probably working out in the backyard, getting ready to play VARC,
Starting point is 00:03:26 going into their senior year in hopes of captivating such an audience that lends themselves to be on a cover of a college football game. But for this specific iteration of EA college sports game, Quinn, I don't even know how to say that. Is it Edwards? Ewers? Edwards? I don't even know. But anyways, the QB from Texas, Travis Hunter from Colorado, and Donovan Edwards. for Michigan is the cover, well, they are the cover athletes for this specific game.
Starting point is 00:04:04 The deluxe edition has Jalen Mill Row from Alabama. I don't know who that is, but at the end of the day, sports fans out there, you already know who it is. So I'm going to give you the information and let y'all do with that as you will, as you please. So as far as the in-detailed analysis about this game, some of the biggest proponents, coming back is of course dynasty mode where the head coach role well you you will play as the head coach recruiting and basically handling the team management and then the road to glory which a lot of people is excited about coming back the it basically goes through the player's journey to winning
Starting point is 00:04:45 the heisman trophy and then you of course road to the college football playoff which everybody and the mama can't wait for as they can't wait to take their college and well, wherever you went to college, take their program to the next level. It ultimately end up in the college football playoffs as taking a random Arkansas state team to the playoffs.
Starting point is 00:05:13 It's probably a dream for somebody who went to Arkansas State. So anyways, the last mode I wanted to touch on is college football ultimate team where you're building teams with current and iconic players And a lot of the new systems to come with this game is pretty interesting as Campus IQ is very interesting because they said that this adds depth in or to the college football experience. It was a lot of emphasis on off the field activities.
Starting point is 00:05:46 So I'd be interested to see how that comes about as if you have to do certain tasks before you play a game regarding academics, everybody knows that premier athletes, now not for the bench warmers, but for premier athletes, they're not going to class. Let's just put it like it is. They're not going to class,
Starting point is 00:06:11 and the classes that they do have other people are taking for them. But, you know, of course, that's allegedly. So anyways, as a sports fan myself, I am excited in this opportunity to play this game. But I think the biggest thing is EA does not have a great track record when it comes to monetization. So with that in mind, best believe the overall goal for EA is to squeeze as much money as they can out of this college football game. So where that comes into play, only the future.
Starting point is 00:06:51 can tell. But currently, I can see certain dynasty modes having features to where now there's certain monetization factors that wasn't in play when this game originally came out. Because if you don't know,
Starting point is 00:07:10 huge hiatus from the last NCAA game to now. But the biggest difference is that the off-the-field antics is going to be emphasized even more to the point where it's not just focusing on the game, it's focusing on the things surrounding the game that builds up the suspense. As you probably know, a lot of premier athletes
Starting point is 00:07:34 that had a lot of off-the-field antics, whether it's Baker Mayfield, whether it's Johnny Mansell, or whether it's James Winston stealing crab legs out of your local supermarket. You know what I'm saying? So hopefully they touch into that as hilarious or a comedic
Starting point is 00:07:52 factor element because if your head coach is well if you're playing as a head coach having to deal with your premier athlete acting out outside of the field and then you have to determine how the discipline or the disciplinary action for your premier athlete messing up i think that would be pretty funny as far as the what's that mode um as far as the dynasty mode is uh regarded so some of other things everybody already knows, home field advantage, the little squiggles they put on the wide receiver route, or really just any receiver route as far as you being the away team having to deal with that home pressure, that home court, home field advantage as far as incorporating distractions and things of that nature. And then of course you have the pre-snap recognition. They emphasize
Starting point is 00:08:44 the wear and tear system where players health and fatigue management will be a big play into the gameplay. And then other things would be real player inclusion, real life player names and likeness due to the NIL agreements, which is why this whole game is able to happen in the first place, which means that over 12,000 student athletes, well, no, not means 12,800 student athletes opted into this game. So that is kudos to NIL. players finally getting the respect due because players was getting treated like just because they put entertainment on the field doesn't mean that we have to pay you because you're not a professional right so that's why nil which is named image and likeness is such a premier system because now instead of getting paid a blanket front from a college you're paid off of the recognition that your name holds which is why this system is so great because just because you're on Alabama doesn't mean
Starting point is 00:09:50 you're going to get a certain rate you have to be uh what was his name again you have to be a jela milroe because obviously his name image and likeness is regarded higher than most of the other athletes on Alabama so he obviously is going to get paid more which is why i name image and likeness to me is a more satisfying system than just paying your athletes on a blea blanket scale because obviously if somebody just got a base just like the bench warmer on the team it wouldn't really play out like people would think it would so name image and likeness is such a great system as far as just being a student athlete in general but especially for this game because once again this game wouldn't be able to exist without the nio incorporated into it so
Starting point is 00:10:43 with 12,800 student athletes opting into the game. Now we can have names on the back of the jersey. Obviously, for some who didn't opt in, it's probably just going to be computer generated. But for those who opted in, they're going to enjoy playing as themselves in this video game. The one thing I've always wondered as a sports fan is online, no, not online, O-line and D-Line players.
Starting point is 00:11:11 how much satisfaction do they get out of playing themselves i always think about that like do they enjoy blocking in video games or do they also play the qb or wide receiver that is a question i always want to answer and i never really got a answer from that because the heisman focuses on qb's wide receivers rarely they're running backs but those are the premier positions so as far as o line and d line which is basically how you become a D1 powerhouse because if you don't know, somebody has to block people for your running back to go off. I don't know if y'all familiar with football, but the O line and D line is what separates D1, D2, and D3. As far as basketball, which is more of my expertise, the difference between divisions is basically in the big men, right? Most guards in the college level is around
Starting point is 00:12:04 the same talent level, I would say. Personally, a team. And the divisions is separated by their big men and the capacity of the big men operating with their height. Because some big man move like they have two left feet, but they're super tall. So they get to be on a D2 or whatever. Usually D1 has athletes that are super tall and still able to have the speed, quickness, and agility and basketball IQ to play on that level. That's really what separates. it's not really the guard plate.
Starting point is 00:12:40 So that's why the only reason I bring that up is because this specific game, the O-line and D-line separates football teams when it comes to D-1, D-2, and D-3. As if you don't have a premier O-line, D-line, I don't care if you have Johnny Menzel, Cam Newton on your side. You're not getting anything done because there's going to be five people in the background in the backfield before they even snap the ball. So, which is off-size, but you get what I'm saying. The biggest thing I want to say is this game, I can't wait for it to come out.
Starting point is 00:13:15 I'm not going to speak too much on it because it hasn't came out yet. I would like to go in detail whenever there's an in-depth analysis of the gameplay because obviously visually it's going to look like we wanted to. I mean, there's a way you could have messed it up, but going off of this video, this trailer, it's justifiable to say that this game is going to be solid. at least now what will take it to the next level is obviously the gameplay mechanics and how they incorporate that into the new age of video games when it comes to sports because lord knows madden has been the same for the past 10 years so uh let's see if they can incorporate something with
Starting point is 00:13:59 college to make it different you know whether it's the band whether it's the individual theme songs the alma motto chance they could take this to another level where they used to with the college football games that made it always superior to madden so let's see if they can replicate that and judging off of the trailer they're playing an awful lot of culture tropes from different colleges so it already seems like they're going in the right direction but not going to spend too much time on it just letting you know this game is coming out july 19th 24 i think i said the release date a little uh i think i said incorrect as far as the pre-order you have to pre-order by July 16th, not 26th, my fault.
Starting point is 00:14:43 The game comes out July 19th. So if you pre-order by July 16th, you will get three days of early access for the video game. And of course, if you get the MVP bundle, that means you'll get Madden 25 along with it. And that will give you three-day accesses as well. And you just have to pre-order by August 13th. Now, as far as the 4,600 respective college football and madden points, I don't know what that's going to be used for. Maybe my team, that's what I would probably guess and assume.
Starting point is 00:15:19 But till we see some gameplay, the world may never know. But at the end of day, July 19th, mark your calendars. Ladies and gentlemen, it is finally here another entry into the legendary iconic series that is college football from EA sports. So with that being said, click my link to you in my bio, let me know on one of my social medias. What do you think about Alabama, the video game?
Starting point is 00:15:45 I mean, my fault, you know, hey, that was a little slip, my fault. What do you think about college football 25 and which team are you ready to take to the college football playoffs?
