Analytic Dreamz: Notorious Mass Effect - "EBRO DARDEN SHARES DMS FROM DRAKE FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION OF EBRO IN THE MORNING ON HOT 97"
Episode Date: December 17, 2025Linktree: https://linktr.ee/AnalyticJoin The Normandy For Additional Bonus Audio And Visual Content For All Things Nme+! Join Here: https://ow.ly/msoH50WCu0KIn this segment of Notorious Ma...ss Effect, host Analytic Dreamz breaks down the escalating feud between Drake and former Hot 97 hosts after the abrupt cancellation of Ebro in the Morning on December 12, 2025. Analytic Dreamz examines Ebro Darden's claims that his progressive, anti-government commentary clashed with station ownership's efforts to secure casino licensing funding. The drama intensified when Drake posted an axe emoji mocking the show's end, prompting Ebro to label him "right-wing" and sparking responses from Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez. On the debut of their new independent YouTube show, The Ebro Laura Rosenberg Show—with over 43,000 views on the first episode—Ebro revealed alleged late-night DMs from Drake reading "Die slower" and "We got some sh*t for u," perceived as threats tied to past tensions from the Kendrick Lamar battle. Rosenberg suggested legal action, while the situation highlights power dynamics, lingering beef, and the shift to independent platforms in hip-hop media. Is it okay? I got my dope on me.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, when it comes to the firing of Ebro in the morning, safe to say,
somebody couldn't wait.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
As you look at the state of hip hop and safe to say, Ebro is one of the most iconic people
to ever cover the sport of hip hop.
And yes, I'm calling it a sport because it's moments like this that lets you know that at every
moment. Not only are you competing with your peers, but you're also competing with the musicians
that you cover. As when you look at it in totality, Ebro's been putting BTA on the entire coverage
of the music industry for quite some time. But then you come to realize, Drake is also my
favorite artist of all time. So I have to keep it eight more than 92. So that means, ladies
and gentlemen that we're going to get into the full length pulse you guys of this back and forth because
of course Drake expeditiously took it upon himself to put that ax emoji because of course
ebro in the morning from hot 97 which is a huge deal by the way just ended uh just ended and with that
being said allegedly ebro came out and said that ownership needed that
to raise $500 million related to casino licensing in New York City.
And that's the reason he got fired.
I know that ain't who I think it is.
Now, of course, like I said, I'm going to keep it eight more than 92,
but I'm definitely calling out where I see Cap and I can't lie to you.
That sounds like Cap to me.
How in the world are we bringing up the casino fundraiser
when talking about you getting fired for talking about music, my brother?
You're not in the NBA.
Anyways, with that being said.
Drake came with the ax emoji.
If y'all wanted to see it in 4K,
safe to say,
Drake definitely had a lot of
and left a lot of bread crumbs
as far as him definitely going to Ebro.
So when Ebro in the morning,
when Ebro had this video right here,
Analytic Dreams video on Spotify
to see the video along with the audio.
All of them.
Look at all of them.
They all got to fold up
because they all trying to renew their deals,
their licenses,
they all
in this particular situation
we'll get into more specifics
another time
bro just got
bro bro
bro's a casino owner
you know that
that little stutter
and the intermission
of thoughts right
and the continuation of your sentences
was basically trying to put together
a reason for why you got fired
and the simple truth was
Hot 97 was ready to get rid of you
but then you know what I'm saying
I was like to him look at the state of hip hop
Like what's going on?
So for him to figure out whatever he needed to say, to construct the sentence to make it seem like he was unfairly fired, he basically blamed it on the casino fundraiser, which is, you know, not the greatest excuse, right?
So keep six solid.
Shout out to them.
They posted that specific response from Ebro, right, to be in let go.
And basically, your boy Champaign Poppy, pause.
He put an ax emoji right here.
Yep.
ladies and gentlemen that is definitely drake putting an axe emoji basically letting ibro know
that he's glad that he got axed by hot 97 and that's not it ladies and gentlemen when you come
to the continuation of that ibro was not going to take that one standing down or sitting down
as he basically came out he basically said drake is so no no drake is quote right wing
now where did that come from and so is act
Now, of course, y'all could tell by my name that I'm hugely insanely inspired by academics.
But of course, if you're a long time listening to the podcast, you could tell we have very unique approaches to covering music in general.
So, yeah, we're a little different when we come to elecuting our points.
So Peter Rosenberg, he chimed in because obviously, you know, to take a page out of Dave Chappelle's book, we wanted to know what Peter Rosenberg thought in a time like this.
Obviously everybody was like, you know what?
The iconic Ebro just spoke.
Let's now get Peter Rosenberg's opinion.
So Peter Rosenberg, he came out and said,
it's behavior like this that has made it impossible, huh?
For people to defend the whack.
And you know, there's a PG podcast.
Let's just say the whack stuff that he does.
Dot, dot, dot.
But happy Hanukkah.
Ladies and gentlemen, what type of random you turn did this man just make?
What in the world?
to my one-time pal
hold up man
what am I seeing that
you guys
you guys
see that's the problem
sometimes I wonder
if you know
backbones exist in certain
covers of music when a certain artist
speaks to you a type of way to never
speak on him again right
because Drake because of now these
covers of music left and right
and I think the main thing about showing that you have a
backbone is basically saying that you know what forget you too right but obviously Rosenberg
has a different approach so this man said happy Hanukkah to my one-time pal i truly wish you well
even if you're celebrating what you believe is our demise and he went on to say in quotation marks
no in parentheses spoiler alert we are about to be much bigger now that we won't be held back by
company i feel like that's what every indie person says that
is and has been completely lost ever since they bought the station.
And Ebro basically put out the axe versus the ice cube.
What in the world does that mean?
The world may never know.
So with that being said, another thing I was going to get at is, of course, this is going
to be an extensive coverage of Ebro and just the landscape of music covers because, you know,
over here in notorious mass effect, you know, shout out to my supporters.
This was just the past 16 million downloads as far as the pocket.
cash you know what i'm saying so when it comes to the notorious mass effect safe to say stuff like this
does not bring me any joy i never like to see people get fired especially right before the holidays
were literally right at the holidays because of course christmas is just next week so now you look at it
and you say to yourself wow they the hot 97 really fired them and said we're not bringing y'all back
and seemingly gave them no notice because of course as i'm showing right here that um there's
show responding and breaking down how they get fired they basically said they were not aware or ibro
said he was aware and then peter said he had no idea why he got called and you know it's just a lot of
interesting uh conflictions in their story so anyways what that be said the axe was not the big as a
deal's right but then ladies and gentlemen then ibro took it upon himself to release the dms from drake and
And when I tell you, it's some of the craziest words I've ever seen constructed by Aubrey Graham.
I looked at this and said to myself,
Is it okay? I got my dope on me?
Because guess what?
This man is incriminating himself to the highest extent.
Y'all may think I'm joking.
But when you look at this, analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio.
This man said, die slower.
I kid you not.
You guys.
see that's the problem
and not only did he said that
uh say that he also said
we got
and this is a PG podcast let's just say
he said
we got some stuff for you
I wonder what type of stuff he's talking about
you know it is Christmas you know maybe he got a gift
for you bro you know like a
maybe new headphones you know he like to wear headphones
from covering music doing radio stuff
that's probably what he's talking about anyways
so um you know because of one of the
greatest covers in this music genre
I ain't gonna cap to you um
I took it upon myself to look up the hole back and forth because I was like, that's not doing that enough for me.
I know I saw the full context and every single publication is out here just putting up that screenshot, right?
So of course, shout out to me.
I ain't going to lie to you.
So with that being said, we're going to bring this up right now.
So I have to say, this is the full conversation between Drake and Ebro and ladies and gentlemen, you're in for a treat.
As this is very interesting in general, especially the way that Peter starts it off by saying that, you know, you use.
Basically, hold on, I want to get him verbatim.
Let's quote him verbatim.
Some, uh, you guys had some shit back and forth that was funny to see from 2020.
And this was very interesting from Peter.
There was love.
It was all love in 2020.
It was nice in 2020.
It looks like you cleaned it up.
Wait, hold on, hold on.
What he said?
Looks like you what?
Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa.
I can't be trusted.
Can't be trust.
No, he ain't say why.
I know, hold on, no.
It doesn't connect with her.
I wasn't a thing in her house.
Let me see.
She doesn't.
I'm here to remind you.
You forget.
Now you support that.
So you guys had some,
you guys had some shit back and forth that was funny to see from 2020.
It was love.
It was all love in 2020.
It was nice in 2020.
It looks like you cleaned it up.
Hmm,
looks like you cleaned it up.
Ladies and gentlemen.
I know that ain't who I think it is.
Not from your co-host.
That don't even make sense, do it.
That's crazy.
Anyways, so this is the whole back and forth between Ebro and Drake.
And I'm going to read it out to you just in case you're,
listening to the audio-only version.
August 19, 2020, ladies and gentlemen,
champagne spices responded
to Ebro, mention him,
because you can see,
can I see that?
Okay, yeah, I can't see that.
Hold on.
Give me one second so I could be a W-Tech guy,
not too crazy.
Actually, should I just take away the whole screen?
I'm just going to take away the whole screen.
There we go.
All right, I'm going to pop back up
whenever I want to get my facial reactions.
Pause, goodness gracious.
You guys.
Yeah, I get the point, right?
Anyways, let's get back to it.
August 19, 2020.
Aubrey Graham responded to Ebro because as you can see,
Ebro posts a story mentioning Drake.
That's why it says you mentioned at Champagne Poppy in your story.
So Drake saw that from Ebo's page and he said, LOL, spicy talks.
So even back then, they knew, you know, they knew what was going on, right?
Ebro definitely knew the temperature.
So after Drake said, LOL spicy talks, Ebro said, laughing emoji.
Well, he responded with the laughing emotion.
He says, sizzling.
And then, to my surprise, Drake's in a whole soliloquy.
This man said, hold on now, I appreciate you saying you're proud of me.
And I might have to feel some words in it because I don't think he, you know, he is a lyricist.
He is a penmanship.
You know, Paul is my fault.
I ain't mean to.
You guys.
Y'all going to say I'm glazing.
Anyway, I'm just going to read it.
So Drake said, I appreciate you saying you're proud of me, though.
I think that's the nicest thing you ever.
said dot dot dot but you can't say i'm whining or complaining because i say i because you because i say quote
i never been embraced end quote in a bar dot dot dot dot that's life energy for me stuff wasn't easy dot dot dot dot no
the punctuation is important and it still feels like there's plenty debate and plenty scrutiny
and plenty to prove and fight for it ladies gentlemen this is 19 this is a
August 19, 2020.
Safe to say, my goal in 2025 is the undisputed champion.
Y'all call that glazing.
I just call that state and the facts, you know what I'm saying?
Anyways, with that being said, he continued.
Like I said, I still, no, I said that.
I love it, though I need it.
Dot, dot, dot, dot, dot, pulse.
Rather that energy than you hearing me telling you how important and solidified I am in
every bar laughing, emotion.
I just still got more to show.
Is it okay? I got my dope on me.
That's essentially what he's saying.
So anyways, let's keep going.
And then Ibra responded.
He basically said, you know, this is a very playful exchange.
Ibra basically responded with,
when you're great people hate, period.
That ain't going to lie. That's a bar.
In the very ironic sense, that's a bar.
As this man went on to say literally everyone from
Beyonce to Jesus.
Goodness gracious.
The Lord's name can never stop being played with.
Everybody put anything on Jesus' name.
It's crazy.
I put that on God.
I put that on Jesus.
Like, Jesus said back, what do I do?
I know that ain't who I think it is.
You know what I'm saying?
Anyways.
Ebro said literally everyone from Beyonce to Jesus
gets criticized, analyzed,
picked apart, and doubted.
I am proud of you,
and so is hip-hop.
Ebro went on to say,
Ebro Darden, mind you, went on to say, one thing to remember, comma, hip hop is a street culture, another comma.
The streets, discreets are dysfunctional.
And the way hip hop shows love is also dysfunctional.
And I pronounced the first dysfunctional incorrectly, but you know, y'all got to excuse me, you know what I'm saying?
So Drake responded with a hard emoji
Another pause
You guys
But then of course
We went on to say
No the Ebro went on to say
Because he knew he wasn't gonna get another
He wasn't gonna get another response from Drake
He probably talked about this back on 2020
I era like hey I had a whole conversation with Drake
You know because this is the first time we've seen this
So back in 2020 he was like
Yeah me and Drake chopped it up
You know what I'm saying? We had a whole hour
Two hour long conversation
You know what I mean? So anyways
He finishes off by saying
I'm gonna need you to get some sleep though
Hold on no
wasn't the type of bromance they haven't are they having are they having right now see that's the
problem type of bromances is ebro having with drake right now yeah y'all let me know anyways
this continues ladies and gentlemen that's not the end of it this goes deeper right so
drake finally responded after he saw that ebro was baiting because you know he saw that drake
liked it which you know every significant other that gets ignored knows that when he put the
love emoji the conversation is over but they wanted to keep going right so ebro said
I'm going to need you to get some sleep, though.
Drake responded and said, it's a PG podcast.
So he said, hey, I never do.
Is it okay?
I got my dope on me?
That's my goat, man.
That's my goat.
I ain't okay to you.
All right, so let's keep going.
Because essentially, after that, after he says he never gets sleep,
and they cut away from it.
So I wonder what else is in that conversation.
I don't think, yeah, I don't think anything else in that conversation.
Because then you come to the screenshot to everybody in their mama be showing around.
So, let me see.
Yeah, then you get to the screenshot everybody in their mom have been seeing, right?
So the continuation from Drake saying, uh, I never sleep.
That's how you know this is a continuation because Ebro says, not good, period.
Well, actually, let me see if he, there's more.
I think there's more to that.
Um, see.
I think there's more to that.
Let me see if he goes higher.
Because I don't think he, I don't know if he starts off the, uh, the sentence would not,
would not good.
Nah, okay, I guess he does.
Whatever.
All right.
So let's go back to that.
So he says, not good.
Learn to sleep each night, period.
Actually, it's two periods.
Not good, period.
Learn to sleep each night, period.
Change your life, improve your life.
Another period.
And then he said, trust me, I ain't going to lie.
He broke really trying to shoot his shot in the DMs right now,
Drake's saying,
you know what I'm saying?
He's trying to give him sleep advice.
You know what I mean?
He's double texting.
What do they do?
And Drake just like,
who don't they do?
You feel me?
He ain't trying to deal with none of that.
anyways then you come back to ebro not only double texting but now ladies and gentlemen he has
continued into the triple texting territory you guys see that's the problem so the second text says
even if you sleep to 5 p.m. to 11 slash 12 a.m. goodness gracious this man is trying to be a whole
infomercial for mattresses outside because what in the world is going on right now what you mean you
trying to dictate his sleep schedule that's a grown man that's a that's a that's a grown man is it okay
i got my dope on me all right anyways so that being said ebro told him the sleep schedule you know what i'm
saying trying to be an infomercial trying to be a salesman he he probably sold him a mattress we
just don't see right here um probably like the extra hard version you know because you know
ebro got some type of bromance going on with him so he said even if he sleep 5 p.m. to 11 12 a.m.
then his uh and then he uh okay he meant to
say hit instead of his, then hit the studio all night.
So after being his therapist, his love interest, his partner, all in one,
he ended with a triple text saying, you are in the second, maybe third stage of your run.
Shout out to authenticity.
Honesty for one of the ghosting media coverage, I ain't going to lie to you.
So Ebro finally admitted that Drake has goaded, of course,
because who in the world gets the second, maybe third run in this game?
Hip hop is always like a running back in NFL.
You only get like three to four years of prime time and then that's it.
I think Drake's been running the game for like decades at this point.
So I was it 2025?
I think around, I want to say it's been a minute.
It's almost been two decades.
It's been one definitely going on two decades.
So y'all get the point, right?
Ebro finished with health is wealth.
It's the realest stuff.
Shout to him.
And then now, ladies and gentlemen, we get to the point where we're at today.
2025, which is, you know, five years from then.
Ebro announced the day he just got axed from hot 97.
And basically, the way that Drake responded is,
it's very in the incriminating stature, right?
If I was a part of the political, not political,
if I was a part of the police force, safe to say,
somebody got this message sent to their desk,
whoever's the head honcho at the police officer station in new york they got this message
expeditiously sent to them via the em they i'm not gonna be i kid you not they probably
printed this out 50 million times and sent the whole stack of papers just this just this picture
to to the uh the head of the police force of new york as drake not only says dies slower
which is crazy.
Not only did he say die slower,
but he also said,
we got some stuff for you.
Now, ladies and gentlemen,
when I say this is a crazy incriminating text,
because it was authenticated by Drake himself.
As you look at the IG account,
you look at what Ebro was saying about it
as far as him releasing it
because Drake put the act.
So Ebro was probably thinking to himself
because, you know, Ebro is a very smart individual.
When it comes to the ax emoji and him celebrating you getting fired right before the holidays,
I'm pretty sure if you're listening to this, that will also make you upset.
What's the way to get back at somebody if they also DM you die slower and we got some stuff for you?
Put it out to the internet.
Aren't you a content creator?
It's time to go to the authorities.
It's time to...
Woot they do.
Oh, my fault.
I thought I had a snitching drop, but they just play young thug.
Woot need to do.
I don't know why I was doing that.
Anyways, so if you go to the police authorities and basically let them know that they're the biggest artist in hip hop history just told me to die slower and said they got some stuff for me and I don't think it's a Christmas gift.
But then you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like what's going on?
So Ebro responded and he said, relax, period.
You're a salty about losing to size seven.
I mean, uh, Kendrick, period.
you are not mad at me dot dot dot love bro another period yeah that man trying to be a significant
out there i ain't gonna cap to you you guys see that's the problem all right ladies and gentlemen
that's the full back and forth and that's why i had to find that because i'm not going to lie to you
i was looking at this saying to myself hold up now i know drake did not just tell this grown man
to die slower in the holidays that man drake is um he is unhinged um you know i say he's my
favorite musician, I do not co-sign a lot of actions from Aubrey Graham, right? The musical aspect,
I believe he's screaming the crop as far as from a pin aspect. Don't forget he wrote heated for
Beyonce. Just one of the random stuff I just wanted to tell you, just off the top of my head,
pause. But basically, he's one of the greatest musicians ever. These type of actions, I also
don't co-sign, but it is hilarious in the sense of, you know, the comedic stature. But when you look
in reality of Ebro getting fired
and you telling somebody to die slower,
that's very interesting
in the aspect of
what that could mean with the influence
that you have, right?
And Ebro is spawning with love, bro.
I'm not saying he backed down.
I'm just saying he, interestingly enough,
did not have a lot of smoke for Aubrey Graham
after that specific statement.
So if somebody tells you to die slower
after you lost your job
right before the holidays, like the week,
before Christmas. I don't know if you would tell them love, bro. I think you'll probably tell
them a lot of other things that may be more provocative that I can't say on this podcast.
So, what that being said, that's basically all I wanted to get into. I did not know I was going to
go this long on this Ebro, Drake back and forth, but really is a big deal. I mean, like I keep
saying, Ebro's insanely iconic. Some of the greatest figures, I think, in the music coverage space
has Ebro in it. You know what I mean? If you look at the, I'm not going to say my
out Rushmore because if I was to give it it'll probably be like academics
Charlemagne uh I'm trying to think of a top four probably like big boy and it'll have to be
Joe Button and I feel like Joe Button and Charlemagne's very uh very similar yeah I don't know
as far as the top four that's probably why I would give as far as the Mount Rushmore
now I'm probably leaving somebody out but that's my personal Mount Rushmore and I would like to call
myself a student in the game so I've been influenced by some of the greatest
coverage or coverers of music and i like to you know take certain things and apply it to myself i mean y'all
see my name like come on now so with that being said um that's basically you know ibro got fired
drake celebrated in a fashion i've never seen i even think was possible to celebrate in this fashion
i mean somebody losing their job before the holidays and and you say die slower safe to say um
even funk flets funk flex who's also iconic he's not a mount rushmore but he's also iconic he has
something to say about Drake coming out and throwing hate towards Ebro's way.
And that's what he had to say right here.
So I know Drake don't like me.
Uh-oh.
Hold on them now.
How you just throw your name in the mix?
We saw that little slick shot you took.
See, but I know that wasn't just an Ebo, that was at Hot 97.
It's not wrong.
Hey, that's facts.
Matter of fact, no, I don't.
Oh, hold on now.
Should be wondering about Kendrick.
and the next album and i say that politely drake because listen you're a veteran just like now if you
don't know funk flex basically took over the morning slot for ebro so it's not just out of left field
i think he's also taking up for ebro i don't know if ebro and funk flex or like on the greatest of pages
but um it does seem like funk flex definitely uh took up for ebro in this stature basically saying
that drake should be focused on kendrick which he's just kind of deal with that for the foreseeable future
because of course you already know how i feel about the rap back and forth i believe that drake
had the greatest rap track out of the battle with family matters because he took out multiple
artists and then focused on kendrick at the end and then kendrick undoubtedly took out him in a specific
track but he never really who was kendrick going at besides drake yeah y'all let me know i mean
maybe some people in the ovo crew like chubs but drake took out a sap he took out the weekend
took out Rick Ross, who else, took out future Metro.
I mean, a lot of people just really skip past the amount of people Drake was going against.
I'm not saying that Drake won the battle against Kendrick.
But overall, Drake took out enough people and family matters to me to make that the best track of the rap battle.
So in the back and forth between Drake and Kendrick, Kendrick won,
and the back and forth between Drake versus the field, which is literally why he said it was a 20v won,
which, you know, that was a little exaggeration.
But it was a lot of people.
It was Metro, ASAP, the weekend.
I mean, they had a whole album called We Don't Trust You.
We Still Don't Trust You.
And all type of people was going at Drake.
And Drake was taking them off, knocking them off one by one.
You would have thought he was in the DOC for Hitman, the way he was taking out people left and right.
Whether it was Aesad, whether it was the weekend, whether it was Rick Ross.
I mean, this is an actual, like, bars sent to their way.
And they basically was like, you know what, let's just let it slide.
You got to deal with Kendry.
Like, no, if I'm a rapper and you come at me the way that Drake came at Aesab talking about, you hear my baby mom.
around that time but tell me who I was hitting in
like y'all know what he was referring to
like at the end of the day this man had really
poignant surgical bars
sent towards a lot of these artists way
that people just completely dismiss
because the one-on-one
lyrical back and forth
was won by size seven but it wasn't
the overall quality
that I believe
Kendrick won it was just the back and forth
between specifically drake now hopefully I made that
you know concise anyways
um
at the end of the day
Drake is the goat so I'm a little biased
but that's how I feel
when you look at
Ebro getting back in the helmet
with Funk Flex said
did I finish? I don't know if I finished
oh yeah I guess I got 10
13 more seconds
all of us it's not that easy anymore
now
his young rappers is touching you
Kendrick definitely
touched you up or should I say
he definitely grinded your gear
hey yo
all right so it's basically it
so um yeah
Funkflex basically stood out for Ebro.
As far as the academics are shade from Ebro, I think it's warranted.
I mean, academics definitely went at Ebro kind of crazy.
And, you know, back in the day, Ebro went at kind of crazy.
So it was an interesting back and forth if they're having.
I believe the, what do he call them, SAC?
When he explained it with Peter Rosenberg, he was talking about, you know, like a SACADDEMIC.
That's how he said it.
I thought he was trying to hint at something else, which that would have been crazy.
and if you was trying to do that type of entangra but um yeah i think that's i'm not going to dive deeper into
that so when it comes to what else that's basically yeah ibro drake it was a it was a very
historical back and forth i'm not going to say it's as big as like when lebron went at uh stephen a
it's up there but it's not it's not it's not there it'll be when when drake threw that whole
soliloquy at joseph talking about everything
that popped into your head left left you broke as a rapper that was like the stephen a
versus lebron but um as of right now you know ebro versus drake you know it's just another back and forth
that drake has had with a media cover because i let he had a segment where i talked about the amount of
people that drake was going as far as in the hip-hop field because um hip-hop media i don't know if it's uh this
one but drake had a whole back and forth for the rollout of uh scorpion where he was just going at hip-hop
media and this is a while ago so I think let me see so this is one with a part next door
irish free sell steak goodness gracious there's a lot of Drake coverage pause you guys
see that's the problem okay um safe to say I can't find it I was I was doing some
make you research and safe to say I can't find it at all uh versus Kendrick
Oh, I'm tripping.
I made a whole episode about it.
Okay, so October 10th, 2020, I had, I titled the episode, Drake versus Hip Hop Media.
And that was basically his whole strategy when he was releasing Scorpion.
I think Scorpion was around that time.
Let me see.
So Drake has done this before.
For some reason, this is just the, I think as far as the MJ effect, I think this is what helps him make better music when he feels like everybody's against them.
I mean, side seven, I mean, a white tank top did the same thing on GNX.
he literally said uh the industry don't love me even though he's one the most
grimmies in one night but you know that's you know side seven fans be coping so um
2023 is when for all the dogs came out yeah that's when he went at everybody he went
at anthony fantano uh anthony fantano he went at joseph anthony budding he went at um
who else he go at uh he went at somebody it was somebody he really went at oh elli oh yeah
he hates alexe oh say he said dot's lower the ebro you know y'all don't even
want to know what he hey yeah he hates elli let's just let's just put like that um so yeah this is this is
a page out of drake's playbook and he's going to continuously use this as the time goes on for the
foreseeable future so with that being said click my link to my bio let me know on one of my social
media is what do you think about the ebro versus drake battle what do you think about ibril losing
his job and getting cut from hot 97 right before the holiday season and what is your
biggest takeaway between this whole debacle of ebro and hot 97 and also having to go at
Drake.
