So from my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth listen, this track called Eyes Close from Ed Shearn is the reason why I've listened to all the math equation albums that he's put out in the past. Because it's something about Ed Sherin singing about love and loss and just how his heart's been broken and how he just wants to love again. and it's just in an Ed Scheran-esque way where, I mean, pause, but he just encapsulates you like no other. Like the way he sings because he can actually sing, he's an actual singer, you know, most times I like to say with some of these artists, R&B artists, you know,

I don't know if it's the auto tune of them singing, you know what I mean? But for Ed Shearren, it's very much vocal inflection heavy and easy to switch keys on point for the beat, which not a lot of artists can do artistically because, you know, they just don't have the vocal range of Ed Shearing or of a, let me see, the weekend or of an Usher, Chris Brown. You can kind of tell when they're a singer

because, you know, when they show out, they hit those high notes and it's like, oh, okay, well, you can actually sing. So it's like, that's what we're working with here. So Eyes Close is the latest single from Ed Shearron And after suffering, a heartbreaking loss, man. Just a heartbreaking loss. Just one of the little damsel in distress just came.

And he saved her. And then she just broke his heart. That's why the goat, Aubrey Graham said, I used to save exudives with a mask and a cape. And now I'm like, now love him. Good. Go away. for stuff like this.

Heartbreaking moments like this will make you turn into a straight villain. So anyways, Ed Sherin went on to explain the song saying, quote, this song is about losing someone. Well, don't you think we already know that? Now, just plain, let me chill. All right. So Ed Sharon said, quote, this song is about losing someone.

Feeling like every time you go out and you expect to just bump into them. And everything just reminds you of them and the things you did together. You sort of have to take yourself out of reality sometimes to numb the pain of loss, but certain things you just can't bring right back into it. Just a sad day in history, man.

Y'all got to, you know, pray for my man Ed Sherin. He's going through a heartbreak anthem right here, eyes open. And let me tell you something, it is straightfire. And, you know, a lot of people said when Uzi quote unquote broke up. I don't know why I'm bringing this out of left field but when Uzi broke up with JT and it was like oh you're going to get the best album ever

or when Kanye West broke up with Kim Kardashian or she broke up with him I don't know what happened when they divorced because that was more of it like a you know they actually got married when they divorced it was like oh Kanye's about to put out the best album ever he came out and said executive produced by future which we never got I mean technically if you bought a stamp player

player then you got it but for the most part we never got the album down to two so um yeah when when our favorite musicians go through heartbreak it's a weird correlation to actually thinking we're going to get quality music from them and i mean one of the more touchy subjects uh tory lanes and magna the stallion i mean when he did did the whole thing with the whole you know incident and then he went on to make alone at prom and day star people say that some of the best music he's ever made in his life like i don't know what it is about traumatic situations and fans but they love to see you go through it so they will feel like the product that you give them next will be superior to any of the products or product you've given them before i don't know why that is but fans fans are fickle man
