There's only big E in this video proof as Eldon Ring Shadow of the Earth Tree DOC is coming to save gaming in 2024. Now, I know a lot of people thought it was going to be Power World. I know a lot of people thought it was going to be Hell Divers too. But in all actuality, Eldon Ring seemingly is going to be Game of the year. for yet another year as the whole premise of DLC is to give somebody and in an addition to the base game. But for Eurtree, I believe that the overall objective is to make it more of an expansion. Now, I know some people may be confused by that, but basically think of cyber.

Punk Phantom Liberty D.O.C. compared to Spider-Man PS4 DOC. Obviously, those aren't comparison when it comes to size and the amount that was offered. That is why I compare Shadow of the Earth Tree to Phantom Liberty, as it seems like this is going to be its own game when it comes to playtime and the amount of discussion. discovery inside of it. Because Miyazaki came out himself, the project leader of Eldon Ring, you know, developed by from software, of course, and said, quote, at the very outset,

there were a lot of possibilities, but one of the things that was determined very early on was that size. We wanted that sense of scale for this map because we wanted, an experience for the player that was going to match that of the base game we wanted them to experience that sense of discovery and that sense of wonder and exploration again we needed a map that was going to uphold that and bolster that so ladies and gentlemen that was a quote from meazaki the same person

that said it would take you about 30 hours to beat the base game of elden ring which um in all actual actual if there was a official title for how to undersell your product, I think Miyazaki would be on the top of that list because, you know, people love humility and people love when somebody is not as braggadocious about something they created. But for Miyazaki, I feel like he could just come out and be as egotistical as he wants to because Eldon Ring and all sense of the word is a masterpiece. Now with that out the way, of course we're going to be getting into multiple hands-on

impressions of Eldon Ring, Shadow of the Earth Tree, DLC, and you're going to come away with a lot of insight that previously was not known before multiple content creators got their hands on the DLC. An analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video. along with the audio because I'm also playing gameplay from the DOC expansion and it's not too much of spoiler territory is more of from software's B-roll that they gave every content creator to play or no to um put on display while they gave their early on hands-on impression because I don't know why they didn't really let people record their own gameplay to put out to their own audience they gave

everybody a set B row so that's why you'll probably be seeing the same clips from every single hands-on impression anyways enough of wasting time let's get straight into it as elden ring shadow of the earth tree there's a lot of pre um impressions that's been going around so i garnered them all up and i'm going to give it back to you so that you don't have to go to every single article and content creator is all in one place because lord knows that everybody wants information about shadow of the erd tree dlc so anyways the main thing is there's 10 plus main bosses but of course there is additional side bosses that of course we don't know the exact number yet but this map is more densely packed There's about 100, around 100 new weapons, eight brand new weapon types.

DOC is reported to be around 30 to 40 hours. So keep in mind what I said previously about Miyazaki, the leader of this project that's called Olden Ring, saying that the base game will take you about 30 hours. And we see how long it takes, I mean, even the most veteran gamer put in over 100, plus hours and still was so much to discover when it came to the base game so the dc i would assume is his own video game as far as content because some video games put out docin is about four to five six hours maybe you know me shout out to my spider man fans out there but for the lden ring they really have given us so much content for the price point

that when they come out say 30 to 40 hours they're definitely underselling it which is why i keep coming back to the point that miazaki should be the CEO of how to undersell your product now of course this doc is going to try and capture the initial magic of elton ring with a fresh sense of discovery in the new realm of shadow and then when it comes to game play and environment obviously already listed off the different new weapons there's going to be eight brand new weapon types new enemies of course and the exploration of the new dungeons includes uh bellerot and castle and this i think that's how you said each field with unique and different enemies so when it comes to them reusing assets when it comes to certain enemies

certain enemy types. I've heard that certain, I think the side boss that was around each and every tree in the main game, there's like something of that sort when it comes to this DOC, but it's just a different iteration. But for the most part, they said it's completely brand new enemy types that you'll have to learn their patterns, which is the main thing when it comes to the Eldon Ring. Now, of course, with key features and mechanics, Mickelas, crosses. guide players through this DOC acting as plot signposts and basically a sight of grace so this is like the side of grace for this DOC and the biggest thing people want to want to know is the leveling system well for people who grind at the game let's just say you may not be able to just blow through it

like you did the main game after you know I'm not accused of nobody of course but you you know, after a little bit of room forming and running through every single boss, I don't know if you'd be able to do that in these new DOC areas as there's a new level system incorporated with the scatter tree fragments and revered, no, revered ash blessings, which basically provide buffs within the DOC area. So that's kind of how they offset the overpowered and the underpowered players come. into this doc so anyways already talked about the new weapons and abilities as far as like how many there are for specifics obviously we'll know when the game actually comes out we're just getting more of a

hands-on and pre uh early gameplay impression from a lot of different content creators and the biggest thing you should know when it comes to these gameplay creators is that you should give them some sort of grace because put yourself in their shoes for a second you're playing elder ring for the first time without any youtube tutorials without any guides without any uh what was it the game stop or game spot magazine where they had like the professional tips or whatever like you're going into this game blind and we already know how much elder ring offers as far as a package and now you're trying to navigate that whole thing without any sort of uh assistance so if somebody is out there having a hard time or talking about how they spent time on the boss like most a majority of their

allowed play time because i believe it was three to four hours they was allowed to play the game i've heard certain reviews where one boss took them like two hours so imagine you know trying to just get as much content as you as you can consume to disseminate to your audience and you get stuck on a boss mind you this is the boss people who's getting stuck on this right here so analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio in this specific video i took from uh iron um iron pineapple and the reason i did that is because i mean obviously every single impressions has the same have the same bureau but i chose this one specifically because i think he has the best

um hands-on early hands-on impression because i feel like he was able to run through it better than majority of the people I heard reviewing they were just giving us sentiments so anyways um this is one of the boss battles of course the little dog figure i don't even know what in the world this is i mean they call it a dancing lion but i can't tell like looking at it it just looks like an abomination created specifically for this game because what in the world am i looking at like honestly i think video games set in um fictional settings have a lot more creativity allowed because you don't have to you know have a sense of realism like you can just have a dancing lion flying around throwing lightning boats at you 24-7 you know but anyway it's just a

sign tangent so of course for the boss battles the the divine beast dancing lion that's a official name for this uh boss battle that's more of the first skill check uh skill check in this doc and it has a lot of different phases based on elemental attacks and then as far as the overall scope i kind of got into that as they say it's going to be 30 to 40 hours so i know somebody out there is wondering is it worth my dollar when it comes to a video game And I would say emphatically, yes. Elder Ring is a game that you should experience as a gamer, even if you don't play role-playing games often, which is most of the console fan base. I mean, for PlayStation is really only Call-Duty Fortnite for Xbox.

It's only Call-A-Duty in GTA or Call-A-Duty in Minecraft. like well i guess minecraft is more of a role playing but anyways you you get what i'm saying like as far as a hardcore dark souls type of game people tend to not want to get into it because of the difficulty and the learning phase of it because not everybody wants to get into a game and and fight the same boss for three hours plus just trying to figure out his pattern but for every gamer I would definitely

advertise this game as the biggest gaming role-playing experience that you will probably enjoy when it comes to a Dark Souls game

because there's a lot of other Dark Souls games out there but as far as Eldering I think the consensus is from Dark Souls players is that this is more of the this is more accessible than other dark souls and i give you example so one dark souls game could lead you to a boss and then you will have to fight that boss until you uh progressed in the

story an elder ring you could fight a boss if you're not leveled up or if you're running into a wall you can just leave that area go level up and then come back in other dark soul games i've heard that that's not even uh possible like you have to keep bang your head against that wall until you beat the boss so that's why I would say Eldon ring is one of those type of games is you should probably try out if it's your first RPG but definitely keep in mind you may want to have YouTube or Google on deck because you will and and this is not guessing you will get lost so definitely have some type of guys that help you out but some of the other things I wanted to touch on was obviously the base game is the 12th

most play game right now and basically when we get into numbers elder ring currently has 77,000 people playing the game right now getting ready for the doc and the overall all-time peak of elder ring was almost a million with 953,000 and then with the 24-hour peak is 89,000 so basically 89,000 people have been prepping for this DLC have been prepping to be amazed because elder ring i would say is one of the best games i've ever played like my list is obviously mass effect too i'll probably say smash bros because i'm a fighting game connoisseur and then i would say after all the patches and updates i would say cyberpunk is up there you know of course keeping the phantom liberty in mind cyberpunk is one of the best games i've ever played elder ring is up there with those games i would say

like it's one of those games that stands out amongst every other game when it comes to RPGs because of course when it comes to call of duty Minecraft fortnight people already are set on their palette but for elder ring being a new world and being in captivating to the point where you're actually engaged in every single moment of that video game like it's not one of those things where oh i have to put hours into elden ring to level up it's one it's every where you go you're it's enjoyable because it's a sense of discovery and it's like indiana jones you never know what you're going to run into Indiana jones is a random comparison i don't know why i threw it out there but y'all y'all get what i'm saying right so what else that means

Oh, the enemies in the DOC apparently are more agile and faster than the base game. I don't know what that means because I ran into some pretty fast random enemies in the base game. Like this one man-eater thing right here where you come into a dungeon and then, you know, every single dungeon has their enemies that jump out at you. But this is one of the DOC enemy types where it's like a flying creature and, you know, it's trying to kill you, obviously. I mean, it must have not had lunch, breakfasts, I don't know, but it tried to use you for dinner. So with that being said, the overall expansion, I would say that it's something you should experience as a gamer. It provides so much to exploration.

Like, excluding the base game, I can 100% guarantee you that this DOC will be worth the weight. because if you don't know last year from software put out armored core and that game was phenomenal so i don't know what it is about from software but right now they're putting out some of the best product when it comes to a game developing studio and if you've been paying attention to the gaming industry a lot of different studios have been going under and that just puts more credence on from software because it's a hard time and gaming development lane but for from software it seems like they're still upholding themselves as one of the better game developing studios in the industry so what else oh the biggest thing you should know elder

ring shadow of the earth tree is set to come out june 21st 24 so june 21st 24 definitely mark your calendars because when this game comes out if you haven't been played the base game already then i want to just say jump straight into the dc that's why i keep comparing this to phantom liberty i would try to get some sense of the core mechanics before diving into the dlc because you can have eight different uh weapon types and there's whole new skill trees as far as i think there was a martial arts class there's like a wolverine type class there was was um basically there's new skill um trees to upgrade so i would say the overall premise for you getting into the d oc would be to play the base game first and level up that skill tree because

if you dive right into the dc i'm not saying it's going to be terribly because of course like i said with the whole um d oc uh leveling up system where the the um trying to see why i've been where the leveling system okay incorporates the scatter tree the scatter tree fragments and revered ash blessings which provide buffs within dLC areas so basically the reason why i'm saying that is it's going to help if you go straight into it but it's also going to hurt because it's a dLC and it's basically an extension of the base game so i would play the base game first and the only reason i'm saying that is because I know somebody out there is experiencing FOMO, which is the fear of missing out for those who didn't know. Honestly, the whole package is worth playing again.

Like, it's one of those type of games where you could play multiple times and have different encounters happen that you never experience in the base game. And for me, that's my all-time favorite type of experience as a gamer, which is why Mass Effect 2, which is why Cyberpunk is two of my greatest, two of my favorite games of all time. So for Eldon Ring Definitely play the base game before you get into the DLC That's basically it And as far as What level I think he answers it right here

I think it literally just popped up That's actually kind of crazy Okay hold on Hopefully it's not too low But Iron Pineapple kind of talked about What level you should be when jumping into the DLC Preview event

We were all given characters that were level 150 and a new game Now I think that was fine, but I wouldn't go higher than that. I think somewhere between 120 and 150 is probably ideal, assuming you're not a new game plus. Personally, I lean toward 120. How big is the DLC? All right, so there you heard it. That's the level that you should probably enter the DLC on, which is why I previously said definitely play the base game. But it's not like a, oh, I have to dive into the DOC as soon as it comes out because let me tell you something, personally, I'm not playing this DOC into a month, at least a month after.

Like, I don't know about y'all, but I am unapologetic with the way I play video games. I set up my character in the best scenario to win. Hey, if y'all have seen my Eldon Ring gameplay, you would know that I use the mage class to the fullest. I mean, I got the, um, the go-go-go-com. Ku Kami Hami Halblast like I got all that stuff right and of course you got the the rocks that you throw up you the three big boulders that you throw at people like that's like my favorite spell but you know for me I'm gonna do what I got to do to take out my boss and I know some people like to take it the hard way and try to do close encounters with the sores or just straight off but with the martial

arch class that's going to be interesting because we have just a boss that like flies a lot you know anyways um you get what i'm saying like basically elder ring is one of those games where it's so expansive that even the guides push you in a scenario that you still may be lost because you may run into something that they didn't even encounter that's how big this game is and it's not to like deter you from playing it's more of a enjoyment factor it's not like oh man i can't believe i ran into this castle where the enemy types are all different like you know what i mean it's like an exciting thing it's not like a oh a whole new area it's a it's a very very well-crafted game and it's one of the better experiences i've ever had as a gamer so um i mean i don't know what other i don't compliment to give it other than

it's one of the best games i ever play you know what i mean i don't say that about every game i definitely say that about spider-man too and y'all know how i feel about spider-man as a character you know so um with that being said for my people out there on playstation only playing uh call of duty and fortnight which you know it's nothing wrong with that you know everybody have their own vices for xbox players it's more of like minecraft gta and calla duty but you know i would try to expand yourself a little bit and get into shadow of the earth tree because i think at the end of the day you will come to realize that this is one of the best video games ever created so that being said of course elder ring shadow of the erd tree is coming out
