Talk about a battle of the ages.
Elon Musk, Disney, Warner Bros. Sony. Universal.
Can't we all just get along?
I mean, why you have to go and suspend your ads on X slash Twitter?
Honestly, if I'm not covering news, I'm referring to X as Twitter.
But to be properly or to be proper and correct,
I have to say X, right?
Formerly known as Twitter.
Elon Musk, for some reason, has managed to trigger the biggest companies in the world.
I don't know what he's done, but if you're looking at my Spotify Analytic Dreams video
on Spotify for the video and audio, you can see that he has a tendency to post some things
to make people upset.
He posts his meme right here on his platform, of course, X, and said, here I am.
The richest man in the world.
Fellow Semite.
I don't even know how to say.
I don't even know what that is.
Climate Crusader.
And I still get S-H-I-T from idiots.
This is a PG podcast, so I just spelled it out.
So hopefully you can put two and two together.
You know what I'm saying?
And Elon Musk also said,
Why in the world is Disney boycotting X?
yet spending millions on other platforms.
And then he showed a chart where typical political fashion,
we don't know where in the world he got these numbers.
But hey, it's a chart that's supporting his point.
That's the one thing I love about politics.
People will say some and they put up a random chart
just showcasing their point with no sources to back it.
Because the source is literally Generation Lab.
Where is the Generation Lab?
what type of credence does it have?
Is this some type of actual reputable source?
Obviously, this isn't, this isn't anti-Eon.
So let me not make it one-sided, right?
Let me make it a little fair.
So getting it to Elon, of course,
the biggest thing about this segment,
or just about this topic in general,
is that Disney, Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount Pictures,
Universal Pictures, and Lionsgate,
have stopped posting on X slash Twitter because I'm trying to find why oh because of Elon Musk
anti-Semitic post on November 16th that triggered the boycott so that being said Elon's response
was very braggadocious of course because it's Elon he basically said well he just showed the
chart that just showed you right here so here's the chart and that was comparing anti-Semitic content on
an X compared to the other platforms, but the difference is the owners aren't really putting out
anti-Semitic stuff to my knowledge, and Elon Musk supposedly did, according to Disney and all
other big companies.
But he said that, defended his tweet, and Disney Bob Iger, the CEO, came out to explain the
rationale behind suspending ads, citing Musk's public position.
So that's crazy.
I didn't even read that.
and already said probably why they are taking a sense they are because if the owner of TikTok
or Instagram came out and did that, I think it's a little different than one of the users
posting something like that.
I mean, it's still offensive, but if the owner comes out and says something like that,
then you have to look at it a little different because that's the owner of the media
platform.
So major companies such as Disney, Paramount, I'm not going over to companies again.
Y'all get it, right?
Disney and the Big Dogs and Warner.
have suspended their posts.
Elon Musk anti-Semitic remarks and ad placement issues led to the companies distancing themselves.
The ad placement issues is interesting.
I think Elon Musk is doing a great job on keeping bots out of his platform.
That is the one positive I will give him.
I think he is getting Twitter into a place where you literally will have to be able to pay money
and showcase you a verified account to use it.
And to me, I think it's interesting because then you're getting into the Patreon type of platform where you're literally paying to post comments and things of that nature and videos and pictures.
But the way Elon Musk is saying it is telling it and explaining it.
He's trying to say that it's to get bots off of the platform, which if he's effectively getting bots off of the platform but making Twitter a place where you have to basically pay to play, is it a fair ground as far as a giving take?
from the consumer.
So that's the spot we're at right now,
and that's the rock and a hard place
that we're going to have to find ourselves into.
Well, find ourselves in.
So what else?
Government and international connections is that Joe Biden,
of course, administration condemned
Elon Musk's anti-Semitic remarks.
Because once again, I know you're seeing the chart right here,
but if the owner of TikTok and Instagram came
out with some type of anti-Semitic remarks, they probably would have did the same thing,
because just hopefully y'all did not forget that the government literally tried to clap the whole
platform of TikTok for no reason.
And then now they're letting it rock because they couldn't, they couldn't do anything via the law.
You know, they try to go through the law to get a clap, but hey, TikTok is still here to this
day.
So with that being said, when the government steps in, it's pretty serious with Disney steps out,
you could probably suggest or guess that Elon Musk is under a lot of scrutiny when it comes to this particular topic.
And if you want to know his up-to-date whereabouts, I mean, he visited Israel toward destruction with Israel-Israelian.
I don't know.
I say that.
It's I-S-R-A-E-L-I.
Is Israel-I, right?
My fault.
I can't read.
Prime Minister Benjamin
now that last name so I'm serious
But anyways
They had an extended meeting on the security
Of artificial intelligence
And with that being said
That's basically the it for the up-to-day news
Disney and all of them
Or still boycotting
If you want me to go over the brands again
Of course I will
It's Disney Warner Bros, Sony
Paramount Universal Pictures
and Lionsgate have largely stopped
posting on X slash Twitter
And they said
the last post range from November 16th to like November 23rd.
So that's what they mean by largely stopping posting.
But anyways, click my link to you in my bio.
Let me know in one of my social media.
What do you think about this Elon versus Disney and all the other big conglomerates in the world?
And who do you think will come out on top with this whole anti-Semitic battle
and the battle of ads when it comes to Elon versus the large companies?
