Starting point is 00:00:00 One hour and four minutes of straight classic material. But the specifics of the songs dedicated to Haley is beyond impactful. When I tell you, listening to this concept album titled The Death of Slim Shady that just released on all DSPs produced by Dr. Dre. Well, Dr. Dre produced the tracks Lucifer and Road Rage. But as far as this conceptual album, meaning to talk about his older verbiage and character, which was Slim Shady,
Starting point is 00:00:56 against the cancel, culture of today, who would have thought we would have had such an insightful and heartfelt track? And now, and not only one, which is a specific title, specifically titled somebody saving, but also another one titled temporary, which if that doesn't pull on the heartstrings, I don't know what will. As he already has the 34th most popular album currently with curtain call, but as far as all time, we all know that Eminem is the second most popular hip hop rapper
Starting point is 00:01:46 of all time. Statistically speaking, of course. Who's number one? Why is that even a question? Why is that even a question? You know what I'm saying? Like Drake said, is my mind. Mount Rushmore is me with four different expressions.
Starting point is 00:02:04 Oh no. Facial expressions? Yeah, I think so. I don't know. It's one of those. Anyways, we're talking about Eminem. So as far as this particular track, somebody saved me. Let me tell you, dedicating these two tracks, which is somebody saved me, which is the,
Starting point is 00:02:18 I think it's the last track off of the album because there's two bonus tracks. But this is technically the last track off of the one hour and four minute project. it's a very emotional song that's straight to the heart like it's just one of those to where you listen to it and how could you not like it I mean it's really in the same lane as a mockingbird
Starting point is 00:02:43 as a when I'm gone castle that type of emotion heartfelt track by Eminem is it's very
Starting point is 00:02:59 emotional to say the least because as far as Eminem being one of the greatest rappers of all time whenever he gets into his introspective bag if that's a word I think that's a word whenever he gets into his I love you Haley bag it's up there with some of his greatest material that he's ever written so with the whole album being conceptually about his alter ego slim shableness Shady having a significant part of his career is very pivotal whenever these tracks come into play as it's specifically talking about his relationship with his daughter, Haley.
Starting point is 00:03:50 So at the end of the day, M&M basically showcases a lot of, I mean a lot of just different emotions. but for somebody saved me specifically is really and I mean emphatically highlighting his role as a father
Starting point is 00:04:11 and his shortcomings especially his battle with drugs throughout the years which you would hear when you listen to the track so that's what I wanted to say I just wanted to give a little
Starting point is 00:04:25 synopsis of this track somebody saved me and as all always click my link sharing my bio let me know one of my social media is what do you think about this particular heartfelt track attributed to his daughter Haley and what is your favorite track off of the death of slim shading
