Now, you know, over here in notorious mass effects, safe to say, we get into the gaming and music IPs that notoriously affect the masses.
So when it came to my attention, now, hold on now, one of the biggest events in gaming history is currently being backed by one of the largest sovereign wealth funds as far as groups of all time.
Shepard, just look at the state of gaming. Like, what is going on?
And, you know, as far as what's going on in the gaming industry, if you don't,
don't know when it comes to the largest well one of the largest as technically as far as estimates
they're number five as the public investment fund for saudi arabia is around one point one five
trillion dollars ladies and gentlemen yes with the team now you probably think it to yourself
what does this have to do with esports world cup well i'm glad you ask as the record breaking total
prize pool for e sports world cup for the year of twenty 26 is 75
million dollars so of course when it comes to playing for a cash you already know how that goes in the
marvel rivals community shepherd all right my fault let's get back on subject so when it comes to this
humongous prize pool safe to say you have to break it down as far as where it all started when they
first started giving out these big bags via their tournament because if you don't know when
this uh tournament originally started it was titled well it was
was from gamers eight and it was around $45 million in 2023.
And of course, when it comes to this,
when it comes to the continuation,
they rebranded to the East Sports World Cup in 2024,
shattering all type of records
as far as 500 million plus viewers, right?
2.6 million attendees,
an analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video
along with the audio because I'm currently playing
some highlights and promotional elements
from the World Cup
event just to showcase what you can look forward to if you want to go yourself so anyways
2025 it hits 750 million viewers three million visitors 7.9 million peak as far as the league
of legends final so of course in 2026 you just only assume that is going to continue as
going from 45 million which was the 2023 gamers X uh game
eight total prize pool right to fast forward to 2026 of 75 million safe to say
2021 when doda 2 was the leader as far as well the entire tournament had 40 million and then of
course no no that was the international 2021 with a doda 2 that had 40 million prize pool and then
of course the uh esports world cup at 2024 has 62.5 million as far as the total prize pool
the 2026 version
no 2025 has 71.5 million as far as a total
prize pool and now we come up to present day as
the current East East Sports World Cup
2026 is set to have $75 million
which is a record breaking number as far as total
prize pool now this is set
this is actually set to happen July 6
I believe yeah so week one is July 6th through the
12, Dota 2, Valorin, Apex Legends, Fade of Fury.
Actually, let me just pull this list up just in case people want to go in person.
I don't know if people just jump around or if they stay for the whole seven weeks.
If you stay for the whole seven weeks, then my brother, I got to know what you do for an occupation.
Because, of course, I could probably go for a whole eight weeks because you know, I do this for a living.
But you know, the main thing is if you're actually an avid esports connoisseur, I don't know how to make this bigger.
You know, I'm 25 going on 80.
I kid you not.
There you go.
Can y'all see that?
Y'all should be able to see that.
hopefully I can see the home let me there we go
hold on W tech guy all right so if you was wanting to go in person safe to say
these are the actual dates and games that you can expect to see at the
esports World Cup for the year of 2026 now when it comes to the overall total
prize pool I'm just going to be throwing up all type of facts on this actual
event because I did not know that the amount of money was being thrown around was
because it was backed by Saudi now I know people have their you know
they're interesting quarrels with Saudi Arabia,
but as of right now,
we do have to showcase what the prize pools are looking like.
Because as you look at the individual game prize pools,
as you can see right here,
once again,
Analytic Dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio.
The reason why I'm showing it like this is literally because
if you're going to go in person,
I want you to know what type of money
and when these games are going to occur.
So, of course, these numbers are through the roof.
And I do believe at some point in time, I'm trying to get the whole list.
At some point in time, you're probably going to be looking at this and say it to yourself.
Shepard, just look at the state of gaming.
Like, what is going on?
Because this is actually insane.
Like, the way that you're able to throw this amount of money at these events should show you that it has a huge turnout as far as consumers.
And at the end of day, this is why.
So let me put this right here.
So all type of games and events is happening during.
in this so um if you're gonna go as an avid gamer safe to say this this is actually insane so right
here right we're gonna start from top so you have valerant um you have track mania i don't even know what
that is uh 500 000 prize pool because of course the 75 million it's not the you know it's not for
each game it's spread out throughout each each video game in the event so dota two has five
million prize pool uh apex legends has two million uh calla duty black up seven has one million uh
PubG Mobile has 3 million.
Overwatch 2 has 1 million.
Rainbow 6C has 1 million.
Fortnite Reload has 10 million.
E8 FC26 has 1 million.
Team Fight Tactics has 200,000.
PubG PC has 2 million.
Tech and 8 has 1 million.
Street Fighter 6 has 1 million.
And of course, the game that always stays at number one,
every single time I check the Steam charts.
Counter Shark 2 has a whopping $2 million price.
That is insane.
So anyways, well, all that being said, you know, if you just want to go to the actual event,
you just pause it and then see whatever game you was wanting to attend for that specific week.
The key additions is Fortnite reload, Call of Duty, Blackop 7, TechN, 8, and TrackMania.
So the games that was removed for the 2026, E-sports World Cup,
the games that were removed was StarCraft 2 and Rensport.
So TrackMania's debut is basically a 32-player tournament, 500,000 prize pool,
multi-year partnership with the Ubisoft so that's very interesting as far as the
the continuation of adding new games they already have a whole partnership in place so
that's pretty nice right so the tickets are already on sale so if you was wanting to see
this event just know you can buy your ticket as of right now and of course um
when you're attending these type of events you know I was just say we as gamers
you know hey we as gamers we got to stick together
You know why?
Because people say we out here musty, man.
You guys.
See, that's the problem.
You know what I mean?
I'm just saying, you know, a little soap here, a little deodorant there could go a long way.
You feel me?
So I just want to give a PSA to all those people out there that's about to perpetuate the gaming stereotype that you too, my brother, can use deodorant and soap whenever you please.
Shepherd, just look at the state of gaming.
Like, what is going on?
Now, that out the way.
Um, safe to say, the E-Sports World Cup is going to be a phenomenal event.
mean, through the snapshots that I found to showcase to the people who want to go,
off of the highlights, you can already tell.
It's a huge, humongous production going on.
And, of course, not only is watching the game going to be a great event,
but it seems like, especially the glamorous setting they have,
they're going to have other things for you to do aside from actually just watching the
professional gamers play against each other.
So, once again, this is a seven-week format, and basically it keeps.
the consistent finals and headline moments every single weekend.
It doesn't start until July 6th, so you have quite some time.
I don't know if the tickets sell out fast or whatever,
but I'm getting this up at a pretty interesting time
because the tickets went on sale January 22nd.
It's currently as a new recording this.
It is January 30th.
So, you know, technically, I gave you the heads up.
Can't say I can't give you the heads up.
So if you was wanting to go to that, they have options as far as single tournament,
weekly access premium passes for uh with pre-check and and of course um yeah arenas are open
daily for the main event so with that being said if you wanted the weekly access safe to say
if you could go to this seven times out of a week you know as far as seven weeks it may not be that
bad because you know obviously you go to work and then you can go to it on the weekend so you know
i take the back because um you know a whole time i'm like hold on now who has to what type of occupation
unless you just stay at a event for seven
weeks but i forget you know it's probably only two to three days a week so anyways
which you know as you know it's coincided by the weeks i just showed you know what
mean to talk about being 25 going on 80 you know i'm saying uh because the first one's like what
july 6th july 6 through the 12th so july 6 through the 12th that's what no that's
monday through sunday oh i stand corrected ladies and gentlemen
hey if you're able to go to this tournament stay the whole time to where you're sleeping over
safe to say you have a phenomenal occupation and do not take that for granted you know what i'm saying
So other details, as far as Saudi backing this, you know, I did have to dive deep into it
because, you know, as far as the Hall of Fame pocket watch, I thought to myself,
what would I be doing my journalistic due diligence if I didn't tell y'all how much bread
this company currently has?
So the company that's currently backing Esports World Cup for the year of 2026,
safe to say, they've been sprinkled all throughout the gaming industry.
As when it comes to PIF slash Savvy Games Group, they have,
30
no no the other investments
they own
scopely which has Monopoly
which has Monopoly Go I believe
they own ESL
Face it the world's
number one to e-sports maybe that's why
you know this whole thing's going on
they have 7.5%
stake in Nintendo 9%
stake in EA 6%
stake in take 2
hopefully following my drift right now
and of course they have
invested into Capcom and
Embracer and then Nexon and then of course when it comes to niantic games they have uh 3.5 billion via
scoply Pokemon Go and basically i said all that to tell you that these guys are printing money
hand over fist crazy and it's ran by mohammed ben solomon al-saud i think that's i say say
and basically with him being the crown prince of saudi arabia safe to say he's using all his
financial gain and taking over everything he's like oh that look at
That looks exciting.
Give me that.
It's mine now.
So he just throws money wherever he wants to.
And guess what?
Now he has a huge.
Which, oh, I think there was a picture.
What's that?
I'm not trying to be disrespectful.
I think that was a picture of Analytic Dreams video on Spotify.
I don't know if that's a picture of him.
You know, crazy time.
It could be somebody else because I haven't looked at the actual person.
Actually, let me look at the person.
I'm not trying to get canceled.
You know, I'm just trying to do, I'm just trying to showcase, you know, who's back in this event.
What I even type in?
Oh, Mohammed.
Ben Salman Al-San.
Yeah, that's him.
Okay, that is him.
See, you know what I mean?
Successfully uncanceled.
You know what I'm saying?
So, yeah, this is the guy that made it happen.
This guy right here, this guy right here, this guy that made it happen.
I ain't going to lie to you.
Hey, if he said he wants to sponsor your event, don't tell him it's going to be expensive.
You bet tell him it's going to be crazy.
It's going to be crazily expensive to anybody but him.
Because guess what?
Then he's going to do it.
You know what?
You guys.
You got to be like, hey, bro, I really like that thing you call
ESports Gaming World Cup.
I was wondering, could I back that?
And then you probably think it to yourself,
who's this man coming up?
Oh, yeah.
So, yeah, I was just thinking we're just going to need like a measly, like,
$75 million to run this event.
Really, none.
You know that.
You got that, right?
You know, you're the richest, right?
So you got that.
And then guess what?
That's how it happened, ladies and gentlemen.
I just wanted to break down how the actual negotiations went.
So, yeah, so this is actually how he looks right here.
So, you know, for all the people out there that was wondering,
why in the world does Saudi back everything is because they have all the money in the world?
That's basically it.
So, let's see.
Champions are crowned every Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Tournaments are scheduled weekly across seven weeks.
So I've said that.
I'm trying to see if I'm missing anything.
As far as the players in clubs is 2,000, no, under 2,000.
Just a little under 2,000 players, just a little under 200 clubs.
and then of course
when it comes to games
like I said there's like 24 titles
across multiple genres
so it's going to be a plethora of games
so whatever game you frequent
it's probably going to be on there for you
well actually there's Marvel rivals on here
let me see
I don't know if Marvel rivals
Dang Marvel rivals ain't get no love
man sad day in history
Shepherd
Dang
Just look at the state of gaming
I'm looking at it
What is going on
Why are Marvel rivals getting
You know they ain't get an invite
They got bread don't they?
Marvel rivals like we can run our own tournament for 40,000.
You know what I'm saying?
All right, my fault.
Let's get back to it.
So anyways, that's basically it for the tournament.
If you want to go in person, just know this is going to be a very big event
that's going to notoriously affect the masses, especially in the gaming industry.
This is the largest prize pool in e-sports history.
Safe to say, a lot of people are going to be up there trying to compete for more than $40,000.
So that would be it said, click my link to share in my bio.
Let me know one of my social media.
what do you think about the esports world cup 2026 if there is one of the weeks used one to go
which one is it and why because this event officially starts july 6 2026
