It is time to dive into the Fallout IP because of course they have set a precedent along with other video game IPs such as Sonic, such as Mario, coming to the movie or the TV landscape and notoriously affecting the masses to the point where a lot of executives are saying to themselves, why haven't we been transferring the video game stories into the movie aspect?
And that's because most of them was garbage.
No, I mean, I got to tell it eight more than 92.
Because, you know, when you look at it in totality,
safe to say, we just recently got into a video game,
the movie, as far as it resonating with the masses,
and of course, Fallout, Sonic, Mario,
and you look at other IPs such as The Last of Us,
you can see how video game is taking over movie theaters
and actually successfully putting people in the seats to watch these movies.
But of course, it's a TV show.
But I'm just talking about video games to the big screen or to your favorite digital provider,
whether it's Amazon, Disney Plus, et cetera.
Because, of course, when it comes to Minecraft, you already know how people are going crazy
for Chicken Jockey.
It's safe to say when it comes to Fallout Season 2.
Not only did they already have a successful season with Season 1, but Season 2 currently is standing
with a whopping 95% of, you know,
audience score and 96%
critic score as of right now
on Rotten Tomatoes.
So the main thing I was going to get into
of course if you're watching a video version
or Analytic Dreams video on Spotify, just know
that there's no spoilers. I'm basically
just playing a trailer as we talk about season two.
So
season two just premiered
December 17th and of course
this specific season is going
to tie in a lot
to fallout New Vegas because it's
new Vegas and it's time
into the Fallout New Vegas 2010 video game now when you look at how critically acclaimed
season one is for people to say season two blows it out of the water as far as quality then it
should make every fallout fan excited especially diving into the overall tv show as season one
already had tremendous success and safe to say the production budget for that season was
153 million so safe to say season two had a lot more because of course
Season 1 drove significant value to the point where season 1 has 65 million viewers in the first 16 days and later surpassed 100 million, making it the second most watch prime video title ever.
And it's only behind rings of power.
And that's the source for that is Nilsson because it had 2.9 billion minutes viewed in the first five days.
So there's a lot of fans as far as from the Fallout or just the general TV connoisseur landscape really enjoying this.
TV show which also reflects in video game land so for the fallout fans i hate to treat you like
rock star fans but just know you're supporting this to the point where you probably won't get in a
new fallout game in a foreseeable future because when you look at xbox specifically
fallout 76 is currently the fourth most play game on xbox and then interestingly enough which i
do have some tidbits on this but interestingly enough fallout shelter is on one of the that is
one of the top trending games on steam specifically and i think it's because if i can follow if i can
find it let me see yeah it's because there's a new ten dollar season pass system which is the first
ever in fallout shelter so a lot of people revisit revisiting that specific game on steam but like i said on
xbox fallout 76 is a fourth most play game on xbox and then you look at it from a video game
aspect in as far as all the installments fallout four have 25 plus million units shipped in an overall
750 plus million as far as initial growth i think when it comes to the video game landscape to
tv and movies they're finally doing it correctly to the point where i'm going out on the limb and i will
say we are in the golden age of video game movie and tv shows and then of course
You know, I don't know what gives it away, but a lot of people look at me and they say to themselves,
Are you a massive fake fan? And I just think to myself, what in the world? Like, honestly, if I was to, like, you know,
if I was to look at y'all specifically, you know, as far as on the video version, analytic dreams video on Spotify,
to see the video along with the audio, I do not understand why people just deem me as a massive fake fan.
Shepard.
No, I just can't get it. You know, I can't call it. So anyways, with that being said,
um and completely irrelevant news uh well not irrelevant but you know saw tangent mass effect
is currently it already got greenlit for uh development at amazon it's currently being developed
and of course it's a brand new original story set after the original trilogy as far as post mass
effect three and it's not retelling commander sheper's arc looking at the success of fallout
as far as season one and season two say to say i am thoroughly excited
for this mass effect TV show to come to amazon it seems like amazon could do no wrong and especially
with fallout having a lot of moving parts i'm not going to say it has more moving parts in
mass effect because that'll be a stretch but but they're having more games in a franchise
safe to say that in itself could say you have more moving parts but you know mass effect
trilogy is a classic it already has a lot of moving parts y'all get the point right come on now
shepherd no i'll just let them know so anyways um when it comes to
Mass Effect the TV series, safe to say, I think it's going to be just as high quality as
this Fallout TV show.
Now, I could be put in a cart before the horse or whatever the Western saying is, but that's
just my high hopes.
So getting back into Fallout, you know, I don't want to take too much time away from Fallout talk.
So looking at Season 2, I think I already talk about the, okay, I don't think I did.
So episode one just came out December 16th.
And of course, if you just want to keep up with season 2, just know of subsequent episodes,
meaning that it's weekly on Wednesdays.
Episode two is coming out December 24th,
and of course the final episode is coming out
February 4th, 2026.
So they're definitely elongating pulse.
You guys.
They're definitely elongating the season
as the season has eight episodes total
shifting from season one's binge release
to weekly drops.
So now Amazon's looked at the data.
They basically say,
we want weekly conversation
about this phenomenal TV show
so they're not giving it to you all at once like they did with season season one so getting back in
fallout as far as what you should know as as far as the video game landscape because you know
it's very interesting how a lot of people are tv connoisseurs but they're not really into the games and
so it's uh i'm not saying it's a bad thing it's just interesting and i like how it helps out
each medium it helps out the video game medium as i just talked about with uh fallout 76 being a
fourth most play game on xbox and of course
fallout shelter being one of the most top trending games on on steam not like top engaged with
the top trending so anyways looking at it from a video game aspect if you're a tv connoisseur
you don't even know how to even access these particular games so safe to say that's why your boy
dreams dreams is here so so so safe to say as far as a platform breakdown um fallout three new
Vegas 4, 76, and
Fallout shelters on Xbox series
XS and 1.
As far as PS5 and PS4,
I believe it only has Fallout 4.
Now, maybe
I may be mistaken about that, but
as far as Fallout 3
and New Vegas, I think it was removed from
PS Plus, so I think it would be best to get on
Xbox, and then of course PC, which I
think is the best place, because it has all the games.
It has Fallout 1 through 4 tactics,
New Vegas, Shelter, and
76. When you look at the
Nintendo Switch 2 somehow they have the fault or shelter available to them but they may be
getting Fallout 4 because like I said that's the most successful game out of all the
installments in the franchise Fallout 4 had a whopping 750 million as far as initial gross
so with Fallout 4 being the most popular video game and the seasons not even they have
I don't even think they focus on Fallout 4 yet so they're working a way up to having an iconic
fallout storyline and it's reminding me of and once again i'm not trying to jump you know i'm not
trying to jump the gun but it is reminding me of when walk at walking dead had a fantastic show
and then they made the um the video game uh by telltel i believe yeah with clementine yeah that's
what it's reminding me of as far as the high quality video game story being just as high quality
as a tv show which is very hard to do if you ask any fallout fan because it's really really
make your own story in fallout which you know similar to mass effect which you're going back to
why i'm so hype about the mass effect tv show coming out so that being said it's not really too much
again too with fallout i think when you look at it in totality a lot of people enjoy nostalgia
man let's just say fallout has all type of nostalgia in it as if new vgas is seemingly to you know
certain fallout connoisseurs their favorite then season two is going to be the perfect season for them to get
into this show. I do believe you should still watch season one, but of course, you've used one
to skip around. Hey, I'm not going to stop you. You know, if you want to jump around,
then that's up to you, right? So getting back into the rest of the, um, continue, well,
getting back into the continuation of season two, currently, it is dominating both critics and
audience ratings like we already talked about, uh, before on Rotten Tomatoes. So now, if you look at
Bethesda aggressively monetizing the renewed franchise spotlight,
through season passes, re-releases, and cross-platform campaigns.
It's safe to say that they already have acknowledged the TV show.
And now they're trying to get people who only watch TV to try out some of their video games.
Because guess what?
You know, the core IP came from somewhere.
So now, when you look at Fallout 5, that is likely post-2035.
Ladies and gentlemen.
Shepard, just look at the state of gaming.
Like, what is going on?
I hate to break that news to you.
abruptly but just hey you're not going to get fallout five anytime soon i think i said it early
in this segment y'all are supporting this tv show so much to the point where not only is it helping
out the ratings for amazon but it's also helping out the past fallout game so you're not going
to get fallout five anytime soon and of course you can say the same to me you know as far as mass
effect you know but hey you know please don't bring it up you guys see that's the problem it hurts my heart
every time i think about how the next mass effect is it's never going to come out and you know i'm just a
We eat a little lad.
And it still made that come out in my lifetime.
Shepherd.
I'm just keeping it eight more than 92.
So anyways, with that being said, I think that's essentially it.
You know, don't forget, it is subsequent episodes.
So it means like weekly on Wednesdays.
And episode two is set to come out December 24th and the finale, which is episode eight.
It's set to come out February 4th.
So if you just want to catch up on season one, let's just say you still have a lot of time to do so.
So with that been said, click my link, sure in my bio, let me know one of my social
medias. What do you think about Fallout currently having the best show on Amazon? And also,
aside from Mass Effect, could you know, we already know that. What video game story would you
like to be adapted by Amazon?
