Their joint effort, "Me Jalo", part of the "Mala Mía" EP, resonates with themes of love and betrayal, encapsulating the narrative essence of corridos with a danceable twist. Starting point is 00:00:04 Getting into the immensely talented Fueza Regida and his latest track titled, Me J-Lo. Now, of course, I probably butcher that. So when it comes to me J-Lo and then the Spanish pronunciation, let's figure that out so I can not butcher this anymore. So when it comes to this specific phrase, Hello. Okay, it's Mihalo. There we go. A learning live. Don't you love to see it?
Starting point is 00:00:33 Anyways, of course, when it comes to the Latin community, I think when it comes to their fan base, they definitely, in their supporters, they definitely appreciate the immense research I do to go into this field because I think as far as the entire music industry, people who impact the masses like a Ferreza Regina, like a bad bunny or like an annual Paisal Pluma, junior age, all those type of musicians, they influence other artists outside of the genre. So whenever I'm getting into the entire music industry, that was my main enlightened moment, seeing that people from other genres have so much influence on the genre that you currently listen to, which made it even more fascinating to learn even more about their culture and things of what they like enjoy doing as far as musically, hobbies, things of that nature. So the reason why I say that is because I've covered Fraser Regina. at least seven to eight times on this podcast dating all the way back to september 18th 2023 now of course the latest track that i covered from fereza regita was two boda now ladies gentlemen if you don't know two boda has been on the charts for about 16 weeks consecutively and if you don't know it's currently the 77th most played track in the world and it reached the heights of being the 22nd most played track in the world so it was a very pivotal track
Starting point is 00:01:58 especially for fereza regita now for this specific for the pacifical what type of a word did i just make up that's insane anyways that means this is as far as me hollow make sure i'm saying that right again hold up one second hello there we go me hollow so as far as me hollow and then this being a joint ep title of mala mia uh it is obviously fusing a lot of choritos with a lot of danceable beats as far as what they're usually known for as far as in the latin community and when it comes to fraser regita notice how i said it's a part of the joint it's a it's a collaborative ep right the other musician that's on this ep is the one and only group o front terror which i've also covered him extensively on this podcast because he also makes a number of hits
Starting point is 00:02:55 especially not just for the masses, but especially for the Mexican community. Because if you don't know, the top songs in Mexico right now, as far as when it comes to Fereza Regina and Grupo Frontera, their top track in Mexico, currently speaking, as of right now in Mexico, which may be redundant, but y'all get the point, right, is Mihalo. So mihalo is the eighth most played track in Mexico, and that has one of the tracks off of Foresa Regina and Grupo Frontera's mixtape, Mala. Mia. So that's the most successful track currently right now together. As far as as Foresa Regina specifically, two Boda is not going anywhere off of the charts. And that's
Starting point is 00:03:34 the track he has with Oscar Mayadone. That's the 77th most played track in the world. So when it comes to these two particular artists and especially them getting to Koretos and just like more specifically traditional Koretos, because there's a difference. They like to infuse a lot of hip-hop elements, which me and as a hip-hop cover for the most part of my music coverage, I enjoy seeing the way that other genres inspire one another. I think that's the most exciting part about getting to a lot of these different popular musicians that impact the masses. Because if you don't know, whenever you come with a popular sound and it's gravitating to the masses, somebody's going to try to copy it.
Starting point is 00:04:22 it may not be the thing that up-and-coming artists want to hear but once something is successful multiple people are going to try to copy it so with fresa regita time and time again coming with here after here after here he's showcasing he can switch it up while also sticking with the traditional corridor corridors and of course when it comes to mihalo that specifically like that track specifically is using a lot of narrative driven uh caridos with the, of course, danceable beat that you're used to in the Latin community. So with that being said, it's really not too much you get into. I mean, as far as the hot Latin tracks, the charting on there.
Starting point is 00:05:03 But specifically, I wanted to point it out Mexico because I have a lot of supporters from Mexico. So whenever I'm getting to this chart specifically from Mexico, that's the main reason. Because a lot of supporters who support from over there, I immensely appreciate y'all for taking the time out of your day to even listen to this podcast. So when I break down the Latin music community, just know it's coming from a well, research place. So anyways, with the overall EP that is Malamia, just know that it is currently out now on all DSPs. It has Frezor Regina and Grupo Frontera. And of course, the most popular track off of that EP currently is Mihalo. That's the eighth most play track in Mexico. So with that being said, click my link to your bio. Let me know on one of my social medias. What do you think about
Starting point is 00:05:46 mihalo by Friza Regina and Grupo Frontera? And if you've listened to the track, what is your favorite track just in general from either artists.
