Now, of course, y'all already know the amount of high praise I give to Friza Regina.
This man has been going so crazy on the charts to the point where he may be one of the top artists and the Caritos tombados genre.
Because if you think about it, obviously, if you're implementing, hold up.
I definitely spelled that wrong.
Oh no, I didn't.
Okay.
Obviously, when you're implementing the trap elements,
I am more intrigued because of course, that's what I listen to.
So more engaging for me specifically,
because usually if I don't understand the lyrics
when listening to other genres,
because I listen to a lot of other genres,
which, you know, you could definitely click my link to you in my bio.
I have a link to where it shows what I'm listening to,
so you can see the different genres I'm listening to.
But majority, I'm listening to hip-hop and R&B.
The main thing about different genres is sonically is it pleasing in the song structure.
Usually from there, I can tell if the track is high quality or not.
Because I always sell you.
Just because you make high quality does not mean you're going to have high sales commercially.
And just because you don't sell at all means you're making the absolute worst music ever.
The two do not correlate.
When I get into sales, I have to reiterate that a lot because some people get it misconstrued.
So with that being said, Fred's or Regina.
If you don't know, Fresa Regita are they are the pioneers of Caritos tombados.
They formed in 2017 and when it comes to blending traditional Mexican caritos with trap and regga tone,
that is what sets them apart as they've had 63 songs on a hot Latin songs charts.
So they are no stranger to putting out tracks that have a notorious.
mass effect as far as them diving deep into the discography so now with that specific fact getting
into mexico and then realizing they currently have nine tracks charting in mexico to the point
where poor esos is the third most played track in mexico and then overall me hollow with
groupon frontera is the 58th most play track just in the world period these
this artist or these this band is one of the more premier artists that we've seen in a minute
and i'm calling them a band i don't know if it's i think it's the um it's just because of the future
but i'm pretty sure freder regita is one person am i tripping with that um i'm pretty sure it's just
one person so uh no no no it is a band because the leader is uh hazo's jop or t's pass okay
because i was like am i am i missing it mixing them up with somebody else
because i cover a lot of latin musicians so sometimes um i mix up the names so with that being said um
freder regita they basically came out and said that they aspire to be the beatles this is a quote quote
the Beatles of caritos now that is a mouthful but they have the numbers to back it up it's not like
they're just talking obviously for this particular track or for this particular segment we're talking
about uh peleculando peliculando and that being the 30th most played track in the world but of course they have
another track that's going crazy on their album as far as marl borro roho and that's not even talking about the
other um seven tracks they have on the charts in mexico specifically and of course it's not talking
about miho which is the most popular track in general when you're considering earth like planet
earth they have the 50th most played track and when it initially was rising it peaked at 48
but overall it's been on the charts for 11 weeks which is a phenomenal accomplishment and just
showcases how fresa regita's claim to being or aspiring to being to be the Beatles of coritos
is a mouthful but then you look at the analytical objective accomplishments when it comes to the
masses and you can understand why they would have those aspirations so
another thing i was going to get into is that this album is already out and when it comes to this album
i already covered this as far as one one one ex panthea which i ain't all out to you that that
album title was tripping me up a little bit i didn't know how to pronounce it but i just went what
one one one ex panthea and if you didn't know the deluxe is actually out and uh that came out
may 5th 2023 so that is 15 tracks in total 42 minutes and length but now we're about to get into
the other track that's going crazy
on the album as far as marlborough rojo so with that being said let's transition into moro
burrow rojo which is currently the 38th most play track in mexico
