And you know what they say.
If Metro don't trust you, then you better run.
And that is the PG version of what Morgan Freeman said.
So with that sound bite out of the way,
Metro booming and Future is set up to give us one of the best bodies of work of 2024.
Well, not bodies of work.
One of the best projects of 2020.
Because they plan to release a collaborative joint project,
and they've been releasing a plethora of snippets.
The one we're going to focus on for this particular segment
is the one that has the one and only Mr. AstroWorld fiasco himself
and Travis Scott.
Because I don't want anybody to ever remember or ever forget
what happened in the Astro World incident
and how so many incidents before that led up to the ultimate demise
of a lot of people in Astro.
But, you know, hey, it's Metro and future time.
I'm just saying that any time people are going to attach Travis Scott's name to whatever they're doing to boost their publicity and exposure to the masses, I'm going to point out the Astroir situation because obviously a lot of people just don't care about that whole result and how it's affected many lives.
But hey, that's besides the point, right?
So anyways, Metro Boomer and Future are using Travis Scott's name, of course, and for this particular track, Cinderella to be a part of the joint album, I think it will only boost the quality of it, you know, from an objective standpoint.
You know, I mean, technically music is subjective, but at this point, Travis Scott is really one of the best musicians in hip-hop, and I think it's by far.
So with a talent like that, you can see why a lot of people will let things go.
But obviously me, being a connoisseur and a reviewer of the industry, I'm not going to let that type of stuff slide.
Because obviously, with other people, they would have crucified them for it.
So, I mean, has anybody seen the baby?
Anyways, let's keep going.
So Future is delivering lines throughout the track, you know, straight up, trap, anthem, quotables,
Metro, his type of production,
is not even to be questioned at this point.
Like, if somebody asked the question,
who was the best producer from 2014 to 2024,
who do you think people would unanimously say?
I think it would be Metro Booman.
People forget that summer future, actually,
I don't think people forget,
people would just dismiss the fact
that Metro Booment was a part of,
of a lot and i mean a lot of future classics i don't want to run through them because of course
we're going to be here all day if we even do that but let's just say mask off low life wicked
just to name a few so let's keep going so the the project is going to release sometime in
twenty twenty four the only frustrating part about this is we haven't received a release date
Metro Booman literally came out one day and was like, hey, I'm not putting out the album until I finish Spider-Man.
Now, who in the world asks what type of video game he was playing?
Nobody.
He just came and offered that information to the public thinking we care that a video game is postponing the thing we actually want from him.
So with that being said, Metro also, because, you know, he's been just putting a lot of his thoughts on the web.
And by web, I mean, the internet.
So anyways, he also said that Sartre,
like the track in my collection
is two of his top personal favorites from future
and he loves when we get on the Hendricks wave
so not only do I think he's honestly telling us
what he prefers from future sonically
but I think he's also given an indication
of how the project is going to sound
in a certain sense
obviously it's going to be new, it's going to have
new sounds we probably haven't heard before
But from a foundation standpoint, I think he's given us a glimpse right here what we should expect for this upcoming collaborative project.
So with the track Cinderella by Travis Scott Future Metro, I listened to the snippet.
And I don't know if I'm biased or what, but the snippet sounds fire.
But it is super hard to make a snippet not sound good.
That's why whenever little baby, I don't know why little baby just came into my mind about this, but it was just so bad.
He put out the snippet for the track, hey, and you can obviously tell this is some subpar music making at its finest.
Like the track, the snippet that he put out for the track, hey, should have told him that, hey, maybe we shouldn't put this out.
So I don't know why his friends was in the background in the video, acting like it was a,
It was the best thing since sliced bread, but that snippet should have been told little baby to not put that out.
So that's why I say snippets could, in turn, have an effect of people turning on the project.
But with the likes of a future coming off of I Never Likes You, with the likes of Metro Boomin coming off of Heroes and Villains, coming off a literal movie soundtrack that people call better than the first one and the Spider-Man across the Spider-Ver soundtrack, I think it's safe to say that we're going to get one of the best albums.
of 2024.
So with that being said, click my link to your my bio.
Let me know one of my social medias.
What do you think about future and Metro booming teaming up with the one and only
Travis Scott with the track Cinderella?
And also, out of all the snippets that Metro has been given us for the upcoming joint project,
which one has been your favorite?
