Starting point is 00:00:04 Now, I know Metro said that this is a whole new album and it's not a deluxe edition. So why in the world would you put steel on the same album that came out two weeks ago? Am I tripping? Like, if you don't want people to think it's a deluxe, if you want people to think it's his own album, then why in the world would you put just steel over the original album? album title because I remember when future and Hendrix came out nobody thought that Hendrix was a deluxe the future it was obviously two different vibes because if you would have put like future part two or future and then put some
Starting point is 00:00:50 adjective after it then we would have thought it would have been a deluxe but this type of confusing marketing strategy is interesting because he says it's not a deluxe yet the marketing the the color palettes everything is still the same so anyways obviously as a drake stand you already know i stand as far as this whole uh fiasco that's about to happen as you know timing and hip hop is one of the biggest things as far as getting your message out there and people being more um receiving of it because when everybody is waiting for you to respond and then you end up responding to respond and then you end up bonding in a way that ends up completely overshadowing the person who's trying to come at you's album.
Starting point is 00:01:43 I think that means that we have a heavyweight battle in the making. As I'm not just saying Drake versus Kendrick is the reason why I'm excited for this album to come out. But Drake versus Rick Ross, I don't know why people are not bringing it up. Rick Ross had a whole track off of the album. them we don't trust you with future which was very reminiscent of a limit pepper freestyle type track that he usually does with drake but now he's doing it with future and not only that he was playing the verse from like that on his IG story basically letting people know which what side he was on because if you don't know metro booming is basically trying to bring together
Starting point is 00:02:31 the avengers to go at thanos aka a draer because why in the world where everybody team up just to go against one guy if they didn't think he was that powerful right you don't see the guardians of the galaxy and the avengers coming together to take out the green goblin right you don't see the x-men and the fantastic four coming together to take out some irrelevant villain right you don't see the x-man and the fantastic four coming together to take out some irrelevant villain that that's not a grand scale type of threat, you know? I couldn't think of any Fantastic Four. Every Fantastic Four villain is really like that now that I think about it. Anyways, back to my music type. So going to the album, We Don't Trust You. Basically, when looking at it, the everyday hustle track is very interesting
Starting point is 00:03:34 because the way that Rick Ross went at that track is kind of reminiscent of Lemon Pepper freestyle, like I just said. But basically, I was going into like the background. So Rick Ross, past girlfriend, was seen giving tickets to a Drake concert and she was posting it all on her social media. How do I know this? Because I am an astute observer. And, you know, a little messy at times. So Rick Ross's girlfriend. went to a Drake's a Drake concert and let's just say that may or may not be adding to the overall
Starting point is 00:04:14 theme for why everybody is teaming up to go at Drake just because you're the biggest by far in this genre does not mean that every chance you get you should try to take our girl so with that being the main focus and that being the main contributor to everybody coming together because I don't think there's any other reason besides a woman. Why in the world would everybody be so upset at Drake? If you've heard the rumors between Drake and Wayne, it's very disturbing how Drake cannot control himself in certain ways. Let's just leave it at that.
Starting point is 00:05:00 So if that's the main focal point for what Metro, future, Rick Ross, I don't know about Kendrick. I think Kendri just don't like him in general. The weekend. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Chris Brown on this deluxe. Like, it's very interesting how, all right, just to lay it out there. Look up the story between Drake and DJ Drama, where, and even if you don't want to look it up, because I'm not going to be super messy.
Starting point is 00:05:31 But the story with Drake and DJ Drama, the story with Drake and Little Wayne, And of course, the story with allegedly Drake and Metro Boomin as far as his girl, they all share similarities to the point where I think the rap game is just fed up with him thinking he can just walk all over his quote unquote coworkers and they won't retaliate. That's all I think it is. I don't think it's more serious than that. I think it's all over a girl. people may think I'm tripping with this take but let it be known a lot of wars have been fought over a woman so let's not act like this ain't some just one one off or one in a lifetime type of occurrence where somebody just goes crazy because of a woman there's a lot of crash out scenarios that
Starting point is 00:06:29 start with pillow talking and it ends up in somebody being severely injured let's just leave it like that. So anyways, that's why I think everybody's upset at Drake. I don't think it's really anything besides it. So, which may seem, you know, very insignificant when it comes to the overall landscape of how you can make money from Drake. But I think people just got to a point where they was like, if we all team up, we can let him know that you got to stop doing this. so and that's just the insider stuff that i've just been hearing on why this is going about the way it is so this is actually wartime as you can see i'm not just going to be biased and only cover stuff that makes drake seem great even though he is my favorite artist and he is my goat and i do think
Starting point is 00:07:25 he's going to come with some very very pivotal bars either tonight or the following day basically this weekend. At some point, he is going to drop something that's going to shake up the landscape of hip hop over Friday to Sunday. And that time span, he's going to drop something that changes the entire hip-hop industry. So people would say,
Starting point is 00:07:53 oh, you're just going off of what you hear, but I heard this even before. Basically, before Jay Cole dropped his, might delete, later that's when i heard about the whole oh drake's taking this very seriously so that's why when jermaine was talking about the whole calling and stuff like oh i guess i got a disc because my friends want me to that's why i was like bro just get out the way like you're just you know most overrated rapper of all
Starting point is 00:08:21 time drake's actually taking this serious like you should um so yeah you should just probably sit this one out because he i don't think i think either germane knew what this is about to what's about to happen. No, it's just no other way because why would he do that to his career? Because it's like he must know what's about to happen. And for those who was like, well, what's about to happen? Well, obviously, I don't know the complete details, but there's a reason why I started off talking about why everybody is coming together to go at Drake. And that's going to be a very, a very significant part of this battle going forward. So yeah, man, we don't trust. you well we still don't trust you but it's not a deluxe album good job metro with the marketing i mean
Starting point is 00:09:09 goodness like you couldn't just named it a whole like imagine having a we don't trust you and then we still don't trust you and then making trying to convince people that it's not a deluxe album like come on bro anyways um coming out april 12th well really midnight so as soon as midnight hits april 12th this album will um have some interesting counters to it musically let's just leave it at that so anyways click my link to my bio let me know one of my social medias what do you think about the album we still don't trust you and obviously the track listing is out as you can see on analytic dreams video on spotify and regarding that which track are you most just straight off the title because these are some interesting titles they have on here which track are you most looking forward to
