That is a certain someone. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? I said, there's a certain someone that I believe is just severely underrated when it comes to the hierarchy in the hip hop game. Is it okay?

White Teng Top, we are talking about Future Hendricks, who I believe is in the top three, in the big three of hip hop currently. Because when it comes to actual impact and a notorious mass effect, future is unlike any other rapper I've ever seen as far as the ability to capitalize off of every single scenario. And he's not at fault in anyone.

And, you know, you come to realize, not only was he on those particular bodies of work, not only was he on the side of the opposition seemingly, but then, of course, I didn't even mention that man popped out on the falloff. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on?

And for those who don't know what the falloff is, because, you know, it's currently one of the most underperforming hip-hop albums of all time. But, you know, that's besides a point. The album was made by Jermaine Coat, right? Future was on that album as well. So this man just cannot be in the bad, but this man is basically in the good graces of the rap community. And I think it's well justified.

Even though when it comes to the way he went at Aubrey, it was very crazy, right? But seemingly all is forgiven because I believe not only did he put out this single to let us know that his album, The Real Me, is releasing in 10 days more specific. specifically. The real me is coming out July 10th, 2026. But I believe we may get not one, but two Aubrey Graham features. Is it okay? I got my dope on me. So that being said, as of right now, the single radio is out by future. And this brings up another interesting point,

as I just wonder, who was the first one to talk about the lack of radio for hip hop artists? No, you know, I'm not patting myself on the back. I'm just saying I may have been early to the party, but now the future has pointed it out, maybe we'll have a real discussion. You know what I'm saying? Oh, you ain't got to do all that. You ain't got to do all that.

400, well, exactly 470,000 first week sales, which is the second biggest in the year of 2026. So physical units set to the side because of course hip-hop artists like Kendrick, Jermaine, of course, which

anyways, it's very funny, like a bunch of sales and then the album's just nowhere in the Billboard 200. Anyways, when it comes to physical units, that's not the main thing I wanted to focus on. I just wanted to let y'all know how pop artists are doing it in the physical lane as far as compared to other genres.

So it's not only hip-hop. It's other genres as well that's suffering to pop artists when it comes to physical units. But now let's get to the hip-hop specific problem. But then you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.

because the radio don't know about your singles. So it's very archaic. They wait till the masses tell them what's the most popular, and then they support it with radio. So that's why this is so low for Olivia. So anyways, continuing with my point. basically as you can see every other genre whether it's pop whether it's country whether it's is any other genres on here that's basically it's pop country and that's all i see uh well no we got k-pop

with jenny from black pink and tame impala so that's technically like a k-pop and something though so i forget what tame impala specifically does i mean i listen to that track i really enjoy it it doesn't really um fit any other genre so i'm gonna say k-pop so we see pop we see k-pop and we see k-k-pop and we see country on here, right? Pay attention to this right here. 52.5, and I hate to do this because I'm a huge Jenny fan, but Jenny from Black Peen Containment Pollard currently has 52 million radio plays, right? And then you have the country artists. Choosing Texas is currently the most popular track in the world. Taylor Swift and Disney, as far as a collab with I knew it, I knew you, is currently the second most popular track in the world, battling it out with Ella Langley,

because once again, we see Ella Langley once more, but 31 million. as far as radio for her track B, Her, which is currently the third most play track in the world. So the reason why I'm breaking this down is because look at this like right here, ladies and gentlemen. Is it okay? I got my dope on me? Safe to say, 20.2. I know that ain't who I think it is. Now, enough time has passed for the radio to know that Janus F's STFU is probably one of the more

clamored for tracks, right? How come they only giving Drake Janus STFU 20.2 million? Hmm, interesting. You guys. See, that's the problem. But that's not it, ladies and gentlemen. As that's not the only hip-hop artist I'm wanting to point out, because of course, when you look at Drake specifically,

he is suing his label and that's rubbing the music industry in the wrong way. Uh, yeah, rubbing the music industry the wrong way because of course he's trying to, um, I'm not going to say he's trying to blow up the music industry, but him focusing on bot usage in the music industry. When you know how the game, runs is kind of detrimental to your career let's just leave you like that so I don't want to just you know single Drake out so let's go to Young Miami ladies and gentlemen but then you know what I'm saying I was like damn look at the state of hip hop like what's going on

once again don't pay attention to Livy Rodriguez she just came out where her album but young Miami currently has 17.9 million airplay slash radio now you come to realize all of these albums and singles the above 40 you have 31 you have 52 62 for a Olivia Dean 64 for Bruno Mars. I mean, goodness gracious. The reason why this is bold is because this is the highest airplay slash radio. And I very much thoroughly enjoy. I just might by Bruno Mars.

But that's insane. So 50, 48 million, 38 million. Of course, don't pay attention to Olivia Rodriguez. Her album just came out. That's why it's so low. And then you realize hip-hop artists are really some of the only artists. Here we go again, with Shabang, 7.1 million. Everybody been doing the Shabang Challenge on TikTok, right?

7.1 million radio airplay units. Now, that's compared to other genres. We have K-pop right here with the Dracula track. We have Drake right here with the Janus STFU. We have Ella Langley, Taylor Swift with the Pops Last Country. And there's just a huge discreferency in the actual airplay. And that's essentially what I'm talking about when it comes to future talking about this isn't for the radio.

Because the radio said, you aren't for us. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? And that's why I think this is very interesting, as there's no other numbers that's low. I mean, you can look at Boston, Stella Lefty. Let's see, who else?

And that's basically it. Earnings by Malcolm Todd. It has 2.6 million radio airplay. But we're talking about collectively speaking hip-hop artists are very much towards the bottom of radio airplay. Now, of course, you can say it's because of the subject matter, which, you know, that's a fair argument. But I just wanted to point out why future will be putting

out a track titled Radio and literally saying on the radio track, this isn't for the radio. Make it make sense, man. You guys. See, that's the problem. So anyways, after Professor Dreams, you know, how to break that down. You know what I'm saying?

Nothing too crazy. I mean, come on now. Come on now, you ain't got to do all that. Don't listen to Drewski, but you should rate this five stars. So anyways, when it comes to futures track radio, I believe the reason why this is so significant is because hip hop is having

interesting time on the charts because of Airplay missing and I'm not going to say it's physical units because I think as I have up right now Analytic Dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio. I currently have up his merch as far as the CDs, T-shirts, etc. As far as the bundles that he's doing for his album.

I think hip-hop artists can still sell physical units but when you look at pop artists leading the pack when it comes to physical units no matter what genre is being considered and then you look at the lack of airplay slash radio for hip-hop pop musicians, you come to realize that hip hop is currently suffering from the system as far as collectively on Billboard because of the inclusion of radio and how radio is heavily favoring

certain genres over rap. And I think that's very purposeful. I don't think that's an accident by any stretch of imagination. And even though I'm a huge Drake fan, he's one of my favorite artists, I will say he's probably the biggest reason why this is happening in the first place. So ultimately, I don't think the real me would end up sticking, just like a plethora of other hip hop tracks having stick. I'm stuck. I mean, Jay Cole made history because somehow he sold like the fifth biggest first week sales for the year of 2026.

And then his album's completely off of the Billboard 200 as far as albums. I'm like, one in the world. How that happened? Who do need do? And we beat he, folk. what do you do we beat them we go forward now jermaine fans may call me a snitch for pointing out that obvious fact i just want to let you know your favorite artist your favorite artist not mine your favorite artist is completely off of the charts when it comes to albums now of course

you know quality doesn't equal consumption i just want to let you know that if a top three hip-hop act drops the album it should probably stay in the top 10 for more than two weeks so that means a future and his album the real me i think that's going to showcase once again how big how much of a mammoth. Paul's goodness, that was kind of crazy. Yeah, that was wild. See, that's the problem. How, yeah, I'm not going to repeat that.

Basically, we're going to see how much consumption future can drum up for his past albums. As you already know the we don't trust you, album did $251,000. Goodness, that was crazy. In 2024, and basically went number one. We still don't trust you. They came right after that.

Did $128,000 went number one, of course. And then you had mixtape Pluto. in the same year that did a hundred twenty nine thousand and also in number one so in the span of six months he had three number ones even drake didn't do that i mean even though he dropped three albums at the same time future doing we don't trust you coming back a week later but we still don't trust you and then coming back in the in the span of under six months with mixtape pluto nobody it's not talked about enough how all those albums went number one and sold triple digits as far as first week sales.

Now, once again, because we cover the gaming and music IPs that notoriously affect the mass is just because you sell a lot. Does not mean you make the highest quality of product and just because you don't sell. Does not mean you make it just abysmal garbage? The two do not correlate. But when it comes to the future, I believe he does make high quality music as far as what hip hop is about. And the reason why I say that is because, you know, the subject matter is very below sea level.

But as far as the vibes of the scene he's trying to create, I think it's phenomenal soundtracks to the hip-hop. pop culture that we live in. So anyways, the reason I say that is because the real meat, I think, will at least sell between 120 to 140 first week. And that's me low ball in future. Because, of course, I believe the like that track helped. We don't trust you get up into 251,000 first week.

But without that type of anthem, I do believe he will have Drake on there, at least once, maybe twice. But even with Drake, I think it would do around 120 to 150,000 first week. first week. But we're going to see, you know, Don Tolover, Drake, they're the only hip hop artists notoriously affecting the masses when it comes to the other genres in hip hop as far as the body of work and singles collectively. But then, of course, you look at Germain dropping this year, and it shouldn't have been like that. It should have been Drake and Cole representing hip hop. As of right now, it's only Don Tolover and Drake. And when it comes to singles, shout out to

Carisha, you know what I'm saying? As Young Miami does have, Let me see if I can find this right quick. Young, Miami does have the 35th most played track in the world currently with Spend Day and it's been on the charge for about four weeks. And then of course you type in J. Cole. I just want to be petty. It don't pop a bit all, man. Anyway, so shout out to Drake.

Shout out to Don Tolliver for completely being the mascots of hip hop as of right now as far as what it looks like to be and have longevity as far as projects in the year of 2026. Hopefully future can join that. collective because, you know, R&B hip hop is my preferred genres. I would love to see more power players come into the top 10 when it comes to Billboard specifically and just, because Billboard is really an indication of the masses, like no matter how you slice it. Like the same thing when you go to the box office and see what the numbers are for movies or TV shows. This basically

tells you what the masses are clamoring for. So in the past, a plethora of hip hop artists used to be on the singles and album list. As of right now, we don't. only have two hip hop artists and when it comes to r mb acts i mean it's still ciza with a 12 year old album i mean you'll may think i'm joking but i kid you not when you look at ciza let me see ciza put out her album sOS december 9th 2022 ladies and gentlemen it is um june 29th 2026 and sOS is still the 15th most play track in the world i mean that's just insane i mean that's just insane so anyways drake don tulliver currently is notoriously affecting the masses when it comes to a hip-hop. Siza's always

doing her thing. I mean, she literally has a cultural classic. I mean, it's, forget cultural. That's a cult classic at this point. Well, no, because that makes smaller, doesn't it? Basically, SOS is I don't want to get too crazy, but I will compare it to like a, I will compare it to like

the female version of a Michael Jackson's like thriller. And that's probably insane to say. But, you know, what Siza has done with SOS, I mean, I'll just bro, December 9th, 22, 22 when the album came out, it's still the 15th most play album in the world. I mean, somebody's enjoying it. When I say somebody, I mean, a lot of people. So anyways, yeah, with that out the way. Future, I'm very excited for this album. I did listen to the radio

track. Like I said, it's very solid. Nothing doesn't impress me. It doesn't. I'm just overwhelmed. I'm not overwhelmed. I'm not overwhelmed. I'm just very much overwhelmed. It's not a bad track. It's not a good track. It's just okay. It's, you know, for future, at his big age. Because, you know, this has been, hold on, man. Let me look this up right quick. Let me see age. Yeah, it's been 42 years old.

You know what I'm saying? You feel me? You know, I ain't trying to age shame. But for future subject matter, it never comes into play his age, unlike other people. Is it okay? I got my dope on me? Now, granted, Drake is more lyrical,

so people want more, uh, people want more deep dive. as far as his life and they want that reflected into his music because of future's limited subject matter i believe people don't care as much i think it should be it should play some type of factor especially being 40 plus like he's not like 35 right or 36 he's 42 rapping about drugs girls and the stuff he's doing with him right so that just never comes into play now i'm not trying to be the party pooper i'm just letting you know objective facts that the man

that you listen to for drugs and me too i listen to him I listen to him. I kid you now. I'm part of the problem. But still, he's 42 rapping about this subject matter. And nobody cares. You know, everybody's just like, which once again brings me back full circle on how future is just one of the most. I'm not, I don't know if he's the luckiest artist ever, but he just comes out on the best end of the stick, pause every single time when it comes to these different

scenarios, whether it's the Kendrick Drake Beef, he's on both albums when it comes to the Metro album and then when it comes to the Drake album, he's on both of those. He's on the Jake Cole album. Everybody seems to love him. he literally just had a track with Tyler for FIFA. It's not, Tyler's not the main thing. Basically, FIFA. He had a collaborative effort with FIFA with a specific track title game time,

and Tyler was also on that track for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. And that's like a huge deal right now. Not like it is. I'm not going to say exactly where I live, but let's just say I'm pretty close to where some of the actual games are happening. And I went to one, literally saw the goat as far as Messi score a goal. And I understand. I understand why it's one of the biggest sports in the world.

Those fans are very passionate. So with that being said, I think right now future just cannot lose. The only time he technically lost is when he made that track with Little Baby title one of them for DJ Callet. It peaked at number 70 on Billboard Hot 100 and it completely vanished. Now, if DJ Callet could end up getting Drake Bell into the... I mean, if DJ Cal... I'm not even going to say it.

Basically, you know what I was about to say. Yeah, DJ Callet needs a little bit. find a different marketing strategy. But when it comes to future, it's really not too much slander I would give other than, you know, his real age and his limited subject matter.
