Now, upon further review of this album, you know, given my first impressions, because obviously it just came out, so my opinion could change.
But right now, Cinderella, I do like the way they preview this as the premiere track off of the album.
And then they had a lot of surprises for the album because sometimes the premiere track is the one they showcase as a snippet, as some type of club or show.
And then get to the album and then that was actually the best thing, like the, the time.
teaser was the best thing. But then you get into the actual We Don't Trust You
album and you realize the weekends on Young Metro, you realize Kendrick's on like that.
And it's, well, it should be surprising for those who don't get spoiled because there's no features.
So whenever you're listening to the album, whenever Kendrick comes on, whenever the weekend
comes on, it should be surprising. But with the internet existing, I hardly believe
most people are going to be surprised by the appearances on this album.
because that's probably what they're going to go for it so with that being said
Cinderella I do like to track I think I think Travis is on a particular run and I would
say it's a very significant run in his career if it wasn't for the fact that the
whole Astro world fiasco happened that he caused so I have to say allegedly so
allegedly he caused because, you know, he was arrested for inciting a riot way back in 2017,
2018 in Arkansas.
And a couple more incidents happened with him inciting a riot.
And then, you know, they just culminated into the whole Astroirwara fiasco where a bunch of
people died.
So as morbid as that is, I'm going to bring that up every time.
somebody chooses to have affiliation with Travis Scott because somebody has to push the message
that promoting a certain performance in a way that you should be glad that you survive that
experience is not a marketing strategy.
Gambling with your life is not a marketing strategy.
Telling people, oh, I hope I make it out because it's a Travis Scott concert.
It's not a good thing to be going through your brain.
So with that being said, let's just focus on the music wise.
Well, on the music.
So music wise, Travis Guy and Metro seems to be the best duo in hip hop currently.
As far as the past two to three years, Travis Guy and Metro seems to be the best duo.
I mean, off of the Spider-Verse album, off of Heroes and Villains, off of this album.
I mean, I think, hold on, let me make sure.
I think Travis Scott was on the Spider-Verse album.
Because if not for Travis, I mean, obviously Metro has been on the run.
If I could find it.
I don't think he was on it.
He has like three versions of this album.
Like, which one is the real version?
Yeah, Swetly, Future.
I could have swore Travis Scott was on Spider-Ver's album.
I guess not.
I guess I'm just talking about heroes and villains.
and then ultimately all the other tracks
that they ended up putting out together
because it's hard to know
what Metro contributed
towards when it comes to Travis
because not all producers get the feature credit
which is like a common thing.
I don't know what it is because, you know,
they basically make majority of the song in the vibe.
But lock on me, trance, Niagara Falls.
Oh, that's what it is.
Okay, so he just had so much
many tracks off of heroes and villains i just i thought one of them was on spot averse album but it wasn't so lock on me
trance nigeria falls uh rain drops which that's the one right there rain drops fire uh too many nights
no that's don't tolliver's yeah so anyways to follow that up with cinderella and then to also follow
it up with the other track off of this album which is i forget the on this feature so which one is it
I think it's ice attack.
I don't know.
If they're not going to list features, hey, I'm not going to give them credit.
So I don't know why they let people not give them features because if you're a premier artist, like I'm trying to get features.
Like, it just don't make sense because at the end of the day, nobody's trying to go through track by track to see who's feature.
Okay, it's not ice attack.
Maybe it's type.
Let me see.
Jack Quees-Webster.
Yeah, okay, so it's type exfidav.
It's PG podcast.
So the type track will play with Cardi, Travis Scott, and Future, that's also fired.
So, you know, Metro and Travis, you know, I just named like, what, six tracks.
They are all phenomenal.
I think they may be the better duo as far as this year and last year.
I mean, I would say Drake in 2021, but I think 21, so like one lane type of artist, one flow type of artist,
that's hard to put him in the same category as Travis and Metro because they can,
go anywhere with it with metro i mean with drake and 21 you know 21's limited um so i wouldn't say that
but you know at the end of the day i like cinderella and it's one of my more uh standout tracks
off of the album so anyways click my link to dream on bio let me know one of my social medias
what do you think about the cinderella track off of future in metros's we don't trust you
and if you've listened to the album in its entirety what is your favorite track
currently.
