Ice spice put out a new track and guess what the title is now after bikini bottom after in her mood like thank you to expedite of because it's a PG podcast you know all of these just intricate track titles I just knew we was bound for a another one with this latest single. And it did not disappoint because technically the naming of tracks doesn't have to be the focal point if people just want to watch your performance on a music video. Because nowadays, if you're a music label and you have a musician that is coveted by a large demographic and let's just say they enjoy what they see more than what they hear.

Then at that point, Ice Spice is probably one of the greatest musicians we've ever seen. On the flip side, listening to a song on mute should not make it better. So for this new single, after building all the suspense up, is titled Fat But. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is where we are in hip hop. And people wonder, while country is just running the charts. You know what I'm saying? Like, I think if we champion certain artists that put more thought into the music, maybe we'll start to compete with the likes of a Morgan Wallin, likes of a Post Malone.

I mean, just a little bit more thought into the track title, a little more thought into the lyrics, you know, more introspective type bars talking about your life. But for now, the hip-hop fandom has crowned ice spice and because of them crowning her, she has a new track out titled Fat Butt. And now, I don't know if y'all notice, but people are trying to turn on her,

which in all actuality, I want them to stay on that side. Like, if you are going to Crown Ice Spice, don't switch up on her now because she's basically putting out the same quality of music that she did when she first came out. So if y'all switch up on her, then shame on you. You knew what you was doing putting Ice Spice on this pedestal and now you have to live with that decision. It's the same type of speech I give to my Jermaine Co-fans every chance I get because he finally proved me right with his. His just disgraceful, is that word? I think so.

His distasteful speech he gave at his festival, basically putting him in hip-hop timeout for an indefinite amount of time. But for Ice Spites, she's not in hip-hop timeout. She should be, but currently with a new single, Fat But, you know, somebody's going to watch the video. as far as listening to the music, I don't know. I just simply don't know. But as far as watching the content that Ice Spice produces, I think she engages a good majority of the masses.

So my advice, which is simply to be, keep sharing snippets, keep sharing previews, keep being one of the more premier artists when it comes to TikTok charts because that is where your bread and butter is.

And I'm not mad at it. I mean, get it how you get it. And for Ice Spice, who acts or plays the fool, but I don't think she's actually a fool as her marketing team is obviously trying

to replicate the Nikki Minaj image with this new track fat butt. You think it's a coincidence that Nikki Minaj and IcePice haven't had any type of interaction since their monumental single that was on the Barbie soundtrack. I don't like being the first one to say this because I feel like, you know, sometimes there has to be women hip-hop reviewers out there that has already said this. But if not, then let me just say that Ice Spice and Nickymanage may or may not be on the greatest

of terms. let me just put it like that right how do i not how do i know i don't know man i just made it up how about that you know what i'm saying you know at some point people gonna realize but with ice spice niki it's very interesting how now she's replicating the niki minage image sound after their alleged dispute so all i got to say is the upcoming album y2k is going to showcase a lot because because it comes out July 26th. I believe Megan the Stallion is putting out her album, which is unfortunate.

Because when I was covering the track with Glorilla and Megan the Stallion, which is straightfire, by the way. I think there was Wanna Be, if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, the Wanna Be remix, which is still, I think one of the top 50 most played tracks in the world. Oh, 20th, excuse me. want to be which is a bona fide hit at this point being on a charts for about 10 weeks still in the top 20 literally at number 20 peaked at number 11 bona fide hit right so ice spice is unfairly being ganged up

upon and the team that she chose I don't know which one switched up first but let's just say they're no longer on the same team so she's basically a third party in this democratic and republican race democratic meaning like the two different parties i'm not trying to talk political let me let me put in layman's terms crips and bloods right you have one side which would be the bloods cardy let me not use that let's just say red and blue right team red would be cardi Megan glowrilla flow milly lotto yeah team blue would be Nikki ice ice Spice, sexy red, Bea,

I think who else? I can't think of any other ones. So anyways, those are the two sides, right? But with the alleged departure with Ice Spice and Nikki, now Ice Spice is just a third party, because Nikki's going to be fine. I mean, she is the greatest woman rapper of all time.

So it's like not even a question when it comes to her legacy. When it comes to Ice Spice, all of the fickle fans that are flipping on her right now who are championing the same type of quality literally earlier this year this same year that was championing this same type of quality and now have flipped on her have made it increasingly hard

for Ice Spice that actually have a good album release week because if Megan the Stallion is actually dropping the album on the same day that Ice Spice is then I'm not going to lie iSpice is going to make up a lie and say that a sample didn't clear so we got to push your album back because you have to consider the optics with a megan nostalgia dropping at the same day that you drop your album because y'all are not on the same side so it's obviously going to be used against you if you end up putting the album at the same time as megan she outsails you to me I don't think there's any question that Megan the Stallion is the bigger artist, but if they put it in a way, which they definitely will, that your first week sales are significantly lower than Megan the Stallions, then it will forever be known. You will forever be known as the person who was only popping when Nikki Minaj gave you a co-sign.

Sounds eerily familiar to how Drake helps a lot of different. artists and sometimes they aren't able to capitalize off of it so you don't want to be that musician the biggest advice I could give to you is that you should find a running mate you see how Megan the Stallion and Glorilla teamed up and have one of the biggest hits in the world currently I mean as far as hip-hop I mean they probably have one of the most popular hip-hop songs in the world. Yeah, because only more popular hip-hop songs is not like us, which is the six most played track in the world, piqued at number one, of course. And then like that, which is Kendrick Lamar again with Metro Boomin. Number 15, peaked at number one, of course. And then you have

Glorilla and Megan the Stallion with wannabe. So my advice would just be find a running mate and attach yourself to that running mate double back to drake because the rumor was Drake was trying to do the same thing he's doing with sexy red right now and ice spice turned him down basically and then that's where everybody was like oh Drake was trying to hit but the whole time he was trying to do the same thing he's currently doing with sexy red which if you look at the numbers sexy red is doing fantastic I mean her get it's sexy track is the 33 most played song in the world and has been on the charts for about 13 weeks. So that's a bona fide hit.

So the person you aligned with, I think you should have known that it was going to end a certain way if you wanted to branch out and work with other musicians, especially in the women variety because it's definitely a side that you have to pick

when it comes to women rappers. If you don't pick Nikki, if you don't pick Cardi, you already, set up to fail so you have to pick one of the other if you want to reach the heights because a lot of people like beef and that's the way to hop on it as far as just picking aside and rocking with that person but now the side that you pick doesn't rock with you so now you're a third party because i don't know if you could double back and do like a song with cardi hopefully you can because i don't know if

carty holds any ill will uh will towards you but with you reping with nicky and now it's more of uh shaky grounds we don't know what's going on it's seeming that you cannot survive on your own so I would find a running mate and attach and hold on for a dear life

sexy red just put out her album so I doubt she will be willing to help too much but if you could get her on your album that would be a big plus maybe Corla Ray

which I don't know if that's the best advice I'm not going to lie I was looking spooky for Ice Spice I think the biggest thing for Ice Spice is that the looks is definitely outweighing the quality of music and that's not a bad thing

if you play it in a certain direction but I think she wants to be considered a musician so as far as that and giving advice attach yourself to a popping woman rapper currently because I'm not going to lie the industry and I'm using this term loosely

so it's not I'm not even going to use that term because people are going to run with it but let's just say people see it and then they try to replicate it people like sheep when it comes to the most popular thing and the thing that works so Megan Glorilla teamed up one of the biggest

tracks in the world you artist X have to team up to give you the highest possibility of having the biggest track in the world remember back when you had the biggest tracks aqua with uh Nikki off of the Barbie soundtrack the collaboration with Taylor Swift that came because her boyfriend was racist towards you and remember you can look all this up though I'm saying um the track were pink Panthers that was running the charts like attaching your name to other people may just have to be the way you get your monetary games

because at this point trying to transform yourself into a Nikki is just simply not going to work so that being said for all my Ice Spice fans in the count uh in for all my Ice Spice fans listening right now because I definitely do take y'all's opinion

very seriously because I like to hear from the actual artist fan base and from what I've heard they're saying it's over. I don't want to say it's over I think maybe the whole Nicki hive may be having some type of animosity
