J-Co, y'all probably did not think I was going to cover this specific musician, but like I keep telling y'all, the whole music scene influences one another.
No matter what region you are in, if you're big enough, you will end up influencing an artist somewhere else and they will try to take your whole entire flow.
What a soldier boy wants to say? He stole my whole flow and that's what they be trying to do daily.
So as with Jaco putting out a new album, Let Click Vita Rockstar, out now in all DSPs put out today, September 9th to be more exact.
He's going on tour because of this album, and he's going to be performing this from September 28th to December 10th.
So that's the right date.
Yeah, I think September 28th to December 10th, spanning across 16 stops across major U.S.
cities and as far as that um his big tour is something to highlight because of course with this album
you know to go on tour and to sell merchandise and and to um specifically the bandana you know
that's one of the things in the latin uh trap or just latin music regga tone type scenario
the way that they use um their bandanas um i'm not gonna say it's more like law-abiding
compared to hip hop because you know that snitching but um let's just say i like the way that they
symbolize the head the bandana for them you know in their culture anyways some of the biggest thing
for jaco is that vita rock star project that's out now um we're definitely represent a huge
moment for jaco's career uh potentially uh sparking just new motion for him
as far as his direction and a musical journey because if you don't know
getting into the U.S. is a little hard as far as musically impact-wise.
So if you're trying to impact the U.S. musically, but you're from somewhere else, overseas,
right, let's just say overseas to make it in general, then R.I.A. certification will go in
and you need a certain amount of U.S. streams to be on certain charts to get public perception.
Because for the simple fact that U.S. basically caters to their artists, right?
All of the numbers are really catered to U.S. artists.
And you see that in the way that the R.I.A. certification is broken down.
So to still have humongous impact as an overseas musician, putting out music that a lot of people are anticipating, can't wait to listen to.
And then, who would have thought that Universal Music Group would have reached out to sign J-Code?
Now, y'all already know my sentiments on Universal.
music group the big dogs in the industry nobody messes with them not even the streaming platforms
because guess what if you don't play ball they basically say all right well you don't want to do this
that's fine let's just take our artists and you may be wondering who we have i mean just you know
taylor swift um you know chapelle rowan uh post malone you know just little artists like that uh drake
i don't know if y'all heard of them noa canon uh noah khanan uh noah khani uh noah khani
or however say his name.
We could just take them off the,
not even to mention Morgan Wallen,
we got him too.
So most streaming platforms play ball
when it comes to Universal Music Group.
Because currently,
as of August 22nd,
2024, as far as the week ending charts,
I mean, they have 61% of market share.
So signing to Universal Music Group
means you have the biggest and best resources,
even though they are allocating those resources
to the big dogs as far as the Taylor Swift's,
to post Malone to Morgan Wallens,
you still have an infrastructure that's successful in its own right
and probably will give you a better percentage
on impacting the masses, especially in the United States.
As if you look closely on the overall stamp of approval
when it comes to major label, it says UMG recordings
and there above it, it says Universal Music Latino.
So when you get big enough to have other spinoffs in other regions,
you come to realize that they are playing ball or they're playing the long game as far as
chess right they're thinking four or five steps ahead when as an independent artist it's hard
to do that by yourself because you can only handle so much so anyways if you was wondering what
you're going to hear in this album it's more of regga tone latin trap and just other urban
type sounds as far as a rock star twist he's really playing off of the rock star mantra
and that's one of the things that I got from listening to his music.
It's, I would say it's enjoyable.
I mean, it's definitely different.
It's definitely different.
But with the Latin trap influence, I think it was an enjoyable listen.
That's what I would say.
So if you want to listen to LeClick Vita Rockstar is out now on all DSPs today.
And it's basically a three-disc album.
goodness it's 29 tracks an hour and 49 minutes i mean talk about content right he definitely has a lot
of content for you to go through and make your own playlist uh depending on what tracks you like but
besides that click my link true in my bio let me know one of my social medias what do you think
about jaco and if you've been a jaco fan for the longest what is your favorite track
off of le click vda rock star out now on our dsps
