Analytic Dreamz: Notorious Mass Effect - "JT (FROM CITY GIRLS) - OKAY"

Starting point is 00:00:03 You know, of course, music comes and goes, but one thing that seems to stay longer in 24 is the beef. When we talk about beef in 2024, your music is already inevitably going to get a surplus in sales because guess what? People are more excited for a plane crash than they are an actual safe flight. And that's just the harsh reality of humanity. So anyways, on a less morbid note, JT has released a new single titled OK showcasing infectious bars. And basically, the reason why it's infectious is because it's infused with a lot of bars attributed towards a certain person.

Starting point is 00:00:54 Now, y'all could say I'm reaching, but of course, seemingly, allegedly, JT is taking shots at Cardi B as she put plainly and simply I might add she ate crab legs not her whole tooth missing and girls know how to dis each other don't they so anyways um the whole going at Cardi B the whole back and forth with Glowrilla and it's kind of funny because you know they put up pictures right they put up pictures I was like shit I put it up should i not put it up you know i don't want cardi b fans to be mad to me so all i'm gonna say is y'all look it up right i ain't joking about the whole tooth missing thing but hey if y'all want to see it y'all can do your own research on your own time because hey let me tell you that picture does

Starting point is 00:01:50 look crazy i'm like what in the world is going on and how do we know it's from eating crab you know i mean maybe yeah how do we know it's from eating crab right you never know what could of happen for her tooth to be let's just say that but the implementation of beef is interesting because i did a lot of research you know journalistic integrity you know what i'm saying anyways i did a lot of research and found out that a whole another beef that came about the whole um a whole another beef came as a side show of her versus glo rilla so if you don't know j t and glorilla had a little back and forth because apparently there's some type of mysterious physical altercation between J.T. and Glorilla. And Glorilla, being the person she is, wasn't going to talk about it.

Starting point is 00:02:46 But J.T. ended up coming out and hinting that the beef might turn physical, but she also noted that it didn't happen. Basically, she denied the rumors and express her intention and wished everyone well, right? but the back and forth didn't stop there which is where the next segment comes in because i'm not going to lie at first i was going to put in her track review but i don't want this to be completely beef so let's get into the actual track so j t released a new track titled okay basically talking about her challenging times from a place of confidence and success you know every artist telltale narrative but the thing about it is this track is uh gaining some track as far as the masses.

Starting point is 00:03:38 And I'm not saying it's going to chart because charting and JT usually don't go in the same sentence. But what I will say is the way that she is continuously putting out music and trying to and captivate the masses or some type of hit is very noble of her as an artist. So she's also handlining her first tour and a lot of people are making fun of her because of the venue size but let me just say this to get people to show up to your performance is not easy if people going to make plans to come out and see you perform music that in itself is an accomplishment i don't care how big or how small it is so with jt going on tour and people clowning her

Starting point is 00:04:24 for it i think that's the best thing for jt to do go out touch to people musically and let them get a a deep connection to your discography to where they go home and want to play it even more that's how you build up a core fan base so anyways um yeah that's basically all my advice i have for jt keep touring keep putting in the work as far as putting out music and the only reason i'm really covering this is is unfortunately because of the you know the shots that she took at cardy b and the beef with glowrilla and the beef with uh koresha and i don't really touch beef at all but now that there's music attached with it I'm here to break it down for you so anyways the next uh segment would definitely be me breaking down j t versus koresha because the world got to know what's going on out here right
