It has been a minute since we've gotten into Juice World and everything consisting of Juice World's music.
Because I don't know if y'all know.
But as far as Post-Hummus success with music, Juice World is the 1% of the 1% to quote Bernie Sanders.
Because over 500,000 units sold and one of the first artists ever to have four albums sell over 500,000 units post-Hum and
then you had legends never die go number one on billboard 200 and broke streaming records making it one of the most successful post hummus debuts ever
and then of course with the official certification in regards to r i double a 2021 juice world had 50 new r iAA platinum and gold certifications
And of course, everybody knows lucid dreams and all the success, all the success it had, along with all girls are the same.
Now, the reason I'm bringing all this up is because Juice World is back again, ladies and gentlemen, as far as posthumously, of course.
With him being under certain management, I think it's apparent that they keep putting out Juice World music just to feed hits a state, which is nothing wrong with that because at the end of the day,
his estate has continued to release his music posthumously because they want to submit his legacy
even more if juice world's estate didn't want his music to be released then guess what it would
not be on dsps so now we have a new ep titled the pre-party that is now out on dsps and is paying
tribute to Juice World's legacy.
It includes tracks like World Tour Aquafina,
Light Years featuring Young Thug.
And then of course, the specific track, Aquafina,
was a fan favorite even before it was released
because of it being teased on Instagram live back in 2018.
And you know with certain fan bases,
once a song is teased,
and they get the positive reception that they need from the quote unquote leak or not the league,
but just the tease, then it drastically increases the percentage of it doing well on streaming platforms
because people already like the song.
And then when we get to light years, that specific track was teased early 2020 right before
the pandemic.
So when you think of how much goes into music and just overall production, this specific track Aquafina is produced by DJ Relent.
The overall theme of the track is more of excess and escapism, but personally, my sentiments will remain the same.
I think it's time to stop releasing Juice World new music because,
Because it's going to get to a point where it just feels like it's forced.
And that's how I felt with this last album.
I believe he's under management by Little Bibby.
But as far as officially, as far as what they have it under,
is grade A productions under exclusive license to Interscope Records.
So with that being considered, everything about Juice World as far as him putting up numbers with his post hummus albums is all great.
in the sense of topping the charts and showcasing how you're one of the more pivotal artists
to ever come through as far as the new generation when it comes to hip-hop but at this point you have
so much offering well you have so much as far as juice world's discography that i think it's okay
to stop releasing music because do i think they will ever be able to replicate goodbye good riddance
Death Race for Love.
I think not.
I think it's ultimately about time.
We wrap it up because the overall discography of Juice Whirl is already legendary when it comes to statistics in itself.
So now, with this specific EP titled Pre-Party, I just don't know what to think about it because I think of it.
because I just,
the overall timeline of post hummus music,
I think there has to be a certain limit
because there is no artists,
I think,
that could allow all this music to be released from them,
and they would have approved of every song.
Because usually when you're artists,
you go through,
you make millions of tracks,
and out of that million,
you probably choose like 14 or 15
to release that specific year.
So whenever you're getting this far and two,
post-hummers music, you are in fact releasing music that didn't come out for a reason.
So now, even though they're completed tracks, there's always a reason why it didn't come out,
whether he was withholding it because he didn't like the chorus.
Maybe he didn't like the verse.
Maybe he felt like he could punch up certain lines in the verse as far as like redoing it and
punching in and punching out.
But there's a reason why the track didn't come out in the first place when he was alive.
So now the first album after he passed away, Ledges Never Die, that's okay because of course he was already working on the album.
But now with all this new music, it's his estate making the creative decision on what his fans would enjoy as far as Juice World music.
So I'm just going to keep my same stance that Juice World should probably, well, no, Juice World's estate should probably be okay with his discography.
But of course, it's a slippery slope because at the end of the day, he does feed his family with this post-hummus music.
So it's a slippery slope on a personal end.
I would like them to stop.
But on the estate's end, I understand why they would keep going back to one of their greatest generators when it comes to revenue.
So with that being said, click my link to your in my bio.
Let me know one of my social media's.
What do you think of Juice World and just this estate continuously putting out post-homish music?
and what has been your favorite release post-Hummisley from Juice Whirl.
