Now, of course, we have to get into the most important tidbit for this album.
Callie Uchus, hopefully I'm saying that right, has hurt a lot of her fans in this very video.
Because let me tell you something.
Of course, they had no chance or else.
All right.
How do we want to talk this?
Now, I know so many Calliuch's fans out there fell to the knees and basically was just crying.
And hopefully, for your sake, they were tears of joy when you've seen this announcement up.
But, you know, for the delusional, hallucinating fans out there who thought they had a chance,
well, let this video be a reminder that this, at the end of the day,
was you when you found out about when you found out about that video you looked at that video
and your heart just crumbled into pieces because you realized that Don Tolliver
Ben swept her away from you now all jokes aside of course cali oochers just dropped a new
album and that's the biggest thing that you need to know for this segment cali oochers is going to
be tremendous in the charts in an impactful way that has fan-based
is already collaborating with one another, trying to have mass streams to keep their respective
artists on the charts.
How do I know this?
Because I'm in tune.
So anyways, Calli Uche has released a fourth studio album, a name, I can't pronounce, but I'm
going to try my best, right?
Orchitis, Orchitis?
I don't know.
I just tried.
So basically, the album, for those who don't know, is basically a blend of futuristic
Electronics, 1990s, nostalgia, and Latin roots, because if you don't know, it's Latin music
at the end of day.
And with this album, its projection and its goal is to redefine the perceptions of Latin
music by blending diverse genres and addressing stereotypes.
So, of course, Calla Uch's has some things to get off her chest, no pun intended,
for this album.
So, but the biggest thing I want to talk about.
It's just how this album just kind of spans a variety of genres.
I obviously haven't listened to it yet, but it was one of those things where
I've listened to the singles enough to get a glimpse of the album.
Because if you don't know, she put out several singles before the album.
I mean, the one with JT was a single.
I think another one.
I think Tehmada was a single.
What else?
It was another one that was a single.
I forget it was so many singles.
I think the one with Carol G was a single.
Basically, she gave us an offering that kind of,
kind of gave us a glimpse into what the album's going to sound like, which led me to this
conclusion.
So a lot of different melodies and just different cultures of music is going to be blended
into this album.
And for the rest of it, obviously, I can't wait to get into it.
But the way that she seamlessly switches from English to Spanish is what got me.
I'm not going to lie.
I don't know what it is.
I don't know what it was.
But Callie Uchis, going from English to Spanish.
Back to English, back to Spanish, showcasing the fluid bilingualism, I think is the biggest fact in how talented she is.
Because of course, there's a lot of subjective things, but what's not subjective is her ability to be fluid.
Like, bilingual to the point where you're fluid and you're giving offerings that is high quality via music.
So from her just having so many different shifts in her journey as an artist to now being able to showcase such a vulnerable side going back to the video with her being pregnant via Don Tolliver.
I think while also making this follow-up album exploring more of a downtempo side, it is going to be one of the more defining moments in her career as.
With her committing to this role of blending genres,
committing to breaking stereotypes for the Latin community and especially Latin music,
I think it's going to be very empowering and inspiring for anybody,
whether you're in the Latin community or not, to try your own creation
and give it to the public and just see what they say.
Because at this point, you can't really be more vulnerable than showing your mother's side,
which, you know, about to become a mother.
And then also showcasing how you're basically mothering a lot of artists under you
by empowering them to try different things and not just go with the status quo.
So that being said, I'm not going to get on my soapbox or whatever, but click my link to
in my bio.
Let me know one of my social medias.
What do you think about Calla Outsch's putting out her fourth studio album titled Orquitas?
And if you've listened to it, what is your favorite track from?
the album.
