Kane Brown has just released his latest album titled The High Road.
Now, as far as Kane Brown and the release of this project, The High Road,
just know that it's under Sony music, a major label.
And as far as Sony, they have 28% of the entire music market share.
So of course, when it comes to marketing strategies and music consumption,
it's definitely an uphill battle for Kane Brown,
even though he's under a major label because of course the big dogs in the music industry is universal music group with a whopping 56%. But of course, technically, Sony is second with 28%. And Warner is second with 11% and others is 5%, which I just attribute to independent. But actually, that number may be even lower because when I think about it, there are major labels out there that's not called Warner or Sony and Universal. So obviously they're accounting for that, but the number is so insignificant that, you know, at this
point they just put it as others but anyways why do i say that basically because if you followed
kane brown's career then you know that with his pop rnb and hip-hop elements he has a lot of sustained
success as far as dating all the way back in 2016 with his hit single what if and then of course
at 2018 when he had his hit single have uh having
and lose it i think that's what was title and then in 2022 he basically kept that momentum and
2025 we are now here as the high road is out now on all dsps now when it comes to this album of course
the standout for this specific track as far as what the marketing team came together as far as
putting it on playlisting and things in that nature the track that they chose as far as being the standout
off of this album is haunted with jelly robe which of course if you already know that you're
know jelly roll i believe he's the artist who put out beautifully broken i've covered jelly roll a bunch
of times but i was just wanting to make sure it was a beautifully broken yeah beautifully broken
that was released last year and it was the original beautifully broken was released october 10th
24 i've covered jelly row numerous numerous times because of his advocate or him advocating for mental
health by actually putting actions forth when it comes to helping that cause in different
organizations that attribute financially to that cause.
But anyways, this is about Kane Brown.
So the high road.
The high road is, of course, out now on all DSPs.
When it comes to the runtime of the high road, it is 58 minutes and 34 seconds, 18 tracks.
So it's definitely a solid body of work when it comes to the length.
And, well, I guess it's subjective
because some people like short an album, some people like longer.
But if you're being in the game this long,
you probably know how to make a variety of sounds
as far as on the project.
So 58 minutes is not out of the norm
for a seasoned artist like a Kane Brown
because a lot of artists can't handle 18 tracks
because they all sound the same, right?
But if you're a good musician,
the 18 tracks is justifiable
because of Kane Brown being known
for mixing it up and going from country,
to pop to R&B to hip hop elements.
Like it's a lot blend into his overall style
and the way he came into the game.
So a lot of people aren't really taken aback
when they see a 58 minute runtime
for a body of work.
So as far as the jelly roll collaboration,
it's very interesting because Kane Brown
came out himself and he was like
he thought it was smoke with jelly roll.
I want a type of flavor.
It's smoked jelly.
That has to taste disgusting.
Anyways, there was initial friction.
right between jelly roll and cane brown well supposedly but actually there was friction but it
turned into a friendship through shared interest aka call of duty see one of the most profitable
and top selling games year after year as far as the call of duty franchise is out here bringing
superstar artists together when they first started out beefing don't you love to see gaming
and music just collaborate and come together in such a genuine fashion you know what i'm saying
it's almost like that's what the notorious master fake is about but anyways getting back into
cane brown the collaboration of haunted definitely is more of a awareness type of track for uh
depression and mental health which is why i am a huge advocate for jelly roll because i feel like
i'm not going to name anybody specifically all i'm going to say is these two musicians as far
of jelly roll and the other one that i'm not going to name they both make sad boy music let's just put it like that
But one, as far as Jelly Road, seems to go about his way and what seems to go out of his way to actually fund causes to actually change the overall stigma of mental health and depression to help it and evolve it going forward.
And the other one just seemingly continues to make Sad Boy music, but the actions really is not groundbreaking as far as trying to change it or trying to help the cause.
that or the organizations that funds those type of mental health workshops and things of that nature.
But, you know, I guess Jelly Row is a little different when he puts out sad boy music in the sense
that he actually tries to help the people instead of the other musician that dropped on the same date,
right? You got to put the puzzle pieces together because I like this musician, right?
They both are a little big. That's the last hint I'm giving you.
But let's just say Jelly Row, I think there's a lot more things with his actions to help people out
who's dealing with depression and mental health.
And the other one just puts out sad boy music and goes about his day.
So with that being said, hopefully I'll figure that who I'm talking about.
If not, hey man, I don't know what to tell you, man.
I got to follow the music field and got to follow notorious mass fake because I've
technically named them before and talked about the jelly roll and him comparison
because they battled it out for the first week sales.
But anyways, that's enough hints.
So Kane Brown, getting back to Kane Brown.
His album, The High Row is out now in all DSPs.
And of course, with Kane Brown, I don't know,
I was talking about, I guess he talks about his family because it plays a central role in shaping Brown's music.
So he announced that him and Caitlin Brown welcomed her third child, crew Allen in June 2024.
And the only reason I'm saying that, because I like the sad of people's family business, you know what I mean?
But Kane Brown said himself that his family plays a central role and shaping Brown's music as reflected in a lot of his works as far as throughout the years.
So in summary, the way that he puts up music and the impact of it on his fans is of like sense of relatability because he's really given his real life recollections through musical creation.
So with that being said, of course, definitely check out the high road that's out now in all DSPs.
When it comes to when it comes to Kane Brown and his overall success on the charts, I really couldn't find anything.
on like as far as currently i i couldn't find any of his tracks or albums on the chart so
or not i couldn't find it's just not there he's not in the top of 100 is not in the top 50 of
albums like but he could get there right he just dropped his album so that being said

and his latest album the high road and also what do you think about his track titled haunted
with jelly roll
