Starting point is 00:00:01 People are saying that the Kanye West album is currently Shadow Band, but I don't know how true that is. But I do want to say that certain lines on this album is going to very much start up some you know what. Because of course this is a PG podcast, but everything about Kanye West's rollout and his portrayal of the album cover in general is not PG. So now when you drop an album. that obviously you've been holding back from the public for so long and then it ends up being the way of which gains critical acclaim as a lot of people are saying they enjoy it and they're really listening to the album and how the music is straightfire I just think that Kanye is probably the most legendary musician that we've ever seen. scene as far as production wise and verse wise the way you construct a beat to the way you um the way you perform vocally i think connie west is up there with some of the best of all time because if you can perform vocally like the greatest rappers of singer you probably can't

Starting point is 00:01:31 produce like Kanye west and if you can even come close to producing like Kanye west you probably can't vocally uh invoke emotions like a Kanye West hopefully that makes sense anyways so with this album of course the Friday 13th actor himself yes I kid you not came out and said that Kanye West

Starting point is 00:01:53 uh that he loves the album cover but he said you got to get a better mask than that let's see if I can actually pull this up so if y'all don't know Kane Holder is the actor for Friday the 13 which you know obviously has jason but here's what he had to say about the album cover because if you've seen the album cover you would know how this ties together so anyways this is what he had to say back here you're pretty relevant these days given the mask Kanye's rucking around

Starting point is 00:02:20 i know i was watching a bunch of the videos and i ain't gonna lie that's a crazy way to say somebody's relevant because of the mask another famous person is wearing now you're relevant that's crazy but anyways let's keep going yeah i do he he Kanye you got you got to to let me get you a better mask though that's kind of a cheesy one i could get you a nice one and if you would just during your performance give the eyes a little bit that's what gets people when you're wearing the mask do the big eyes i love that maybe you can't hang on a lot there's some professional advice right here i don't know if connie's going to use it and and like forget going back and giving us different versions of the the album and going back and tweaking that he may tweak the

Starting point is 00:03:03 album cover to actually showcase the eyes a lot more. Get him a movie worn one. Oh, I have him at my house. You do? Yes, I do. All of them. Would you be willing to send him one of those if he was down? Uh, possibly, yes.

Starting point is 00:03:18 If he were- All right, that was a great answer. He's just giving PG answers or PR-trained answers at this point. So we're just going to move on. But you heard how he felt about the album cover and stuff. And he gave pretty good advice, I ain't gonna lie. So anyways, obviously, with there certain album i think that the biggest thing you need to know is that this album consists of his daughter northwest

Starting point is 00:03:41 quavo nipsy hustle y g quavo that's interesting Travis guy and playboy cardi that's probably going to go up little dirk playbric cardi again enriched the kid that's funny that playbric cardi he was supposed to be on office's album i think and then he didn't go on office his album but he's on Kanye's twice. This shows you how much more respect Kanye has and a lot of solidified musicians in the game. So anyways, Chris Brown is on the album, Chris Brown and Todd Dollar Sign. Now, that's a that's a duo right there. Like, I don't even know if you can think of a better duo. Honestly, I think this whole collab with Thai Dollar Sign is like, everybody wants me to make an album with Drake where here's the best next option. The next best option is Ty Dollar Sign. Not rapping-wise.

Starting point is 00:04:29 just as far as the vocal talent and what he brings to a track is very Drake-esque, I would say. Todd Dollar just doesn't get his flowers at all. So anyways, that's why I say that. I think Chris Brown would have been too hard to do a collab album with because, you know, Chris Brown got his own stuff going on. Not to say that Todd Dollar sign doesn't. But I would say Todd Dollar's sign is more flexible. Pause than Chris Brown when it comes to his overall. overall schedule.

Starting point is 00:05:05 And that's basically it. So yeah, albums out, it's not really too much to get into, but to let you know that the album's out. I think, honestly, for the people who's talking about

Starting point is 00:05:15 it may get taken off again, it may be, like it may get taken off again, because like I just said, a lot of different people are coming out saying that, you know, he's out here with copyright infringement,
