Starting point is 00:00:00 First off, I want to start this off by saying that Mr. West, of course, one of the greatest musicians of all time. But y'all remember when he popped up at the Travis Scott Circus Maximus Concert in Rome? I mean, talk about natural selection at his finest. Imagine paying for a ticket not only for a person like Travis Scott, but then having Kanye West showing up in the midst of it. I mean, at that point, sometimes I just believe that Thanos theory wasn't just all the way crazy. Like, some of y'all need help. So that's how I want to start this off. But basically, this whole segment is covering Kanye West and Todd Dulleson, of course, putting out a collab project.
Starting point is 00:00:43 With that being said, a lot of music should be coming from this collaboration. But we always know with Kanye West, he announced his music and then it doesn't come out. but this time he didn't announce music somebody else announced music from his PR team so I believe it's coming out that's my theory
Starting point is 00:01:03 that's my logic and I'm sticking to it because if Kanye West says the album is coming out it's not coming out since he didn't say it's coming out it's definitely coming out and at this point with my prediction
Starting point is 00:01:14 on Donda 2 not coming out when he literally said right after Donda it was coming out I think you should give me a little leeway on my track record for being able to predict when the Kanye West album comes out.
Starting point is 00:01:26 Because to this day, y'all swore up and down that Donda 2 was going to be available on DSPs. I want y'all to go to your local shop or whatever DSP you stream music on. Type in Donda 2 and see what happens.
Starting point is 00:01:42 Nothing's going to pop up because he lied to y'all. I always love to say, rappers are professional liars and at the end of the day, hey, if you believe them, then after the second, third, fourth time, it's really on you.
Starting point is 00:01:53 So, putting Kanye was to decide which is hard to do when you're one of the greatest musicians ever. That's why I started off with that. Todd Dalla's on the other hand has trouble making his own album stick to the public. Me, personally, I love Todd Dalla
Starting point is 00:02:09 Sine's music, whether it's an album or it's a feature. Got to the point where public perception was that he was just a strictly feature-based artist. He was one of those where he would put out a feature and then it would be ten times better than when he put on his solo project, right?
Starting point is 00:02:25 It was like the Gunna effect, but then out of nowhere, Gonda just dropped supposedly fire, and everybody just started to realize that he made good albums. I actually don't know when that switch happened with Gunna, because for the longest, people were treating Gunna, like Todd Dalla sign. They were saying he was giving out his best verses
Starting point is 00:02:43 on other people's albums. Remember when he put out that verse on Hot, on Young Thugs, so much fun? That track specifically, people were like, why did he not save that for his own album? And obviously, current day, times have changed. People think Gunna makes, well, not think he does make good album solo by himself. But the whole feature thing, you know, it's kind of non-existent because, you know,
Starting point is 00:03:08 he may or may not told on a criminal. But that's besides the point. So let's keep going. So Kanye West and Todd Dollar Sign are collaborating on the album. We don't know what it's called, right? There's a league track from the collaboration that's called. new body. So new body that featured
Starting point is 00:03:26 Nikki Minaj. I believe there's a version out there that's an entire rendition of the song because I've heard New Body before with Nikki Minaj on it and that song is straightfire. Like the amount of unreleased music Kanye West has that's just fire.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Like, not only does he have one of the greatest hip-hop discographies of all time, but when it comes to unreleased music, he's probably up there as well. I mean, to not release new body, obviously Nikki was vouching for it. Todd Ellis signed, I mean, he was really quiet about it because I don't know if you knew about this, the collaborative project or whatever, but he wasn't saying too much. But Nikki was pretty outspoken about New Body. And I don't know if the premiere came from a radio show or not, but somehow, some way, the full version with her verse leaked on the internet.
Starting point is 00:04:14 So that being said, surely not too much to get into. Of course, when I get into Mr. West, there's a level of respect. because y'all know my favorite artist of all time is Drake. But as far as the best music of all time in the hip-hop genre, Kanye West, hands down, has the best discography I've ever seen. And obviously, when I talk about versatility, that's when I take Drake over Kanye when we're talking about rapping and singing. But when we're talking about music, which is Aidaway's tweaking the high hats,
Starting point is 00:04:46 going there producing and not even putting a vocal down, but completely changes somebody sound strictly off producing. Like as a producer and an artist, which could be considered the same thing. Kanye West is the best. You have Farrell, you have Dr. Dre, you have so many other producers in the game with long-standing, oh, DJ drama.
Starting point is 00:05:14 You have just so many different producers in the game who have changed the sound of hip-hop. And for Kanye West to also be such a legendary musician, I mean, he's just one of the greatest of all time. It's like if LeBron played in the game, dropped triple doubles while also being the GM for other teams, forget his own team, being the GM for other teams. That's kind of how Kanye West is in the music landscape. And he has so much impact on the genre of hip hop that whenever he goes on his anti-Semitic rhetoric and he spits his anti-Semitic rhetoric, that's what I meant to say. people let it slide. Of course I don't.
Starting point is 00:05:52 That's why I brought it up at the beginning. But people let it slide strictly off his talent. And that happens for most celebrities more often than not. They look at their talent. They look at what they're doing off the court, off the studio, out of the TV show. And they just disregard it because of the talent. So with that being said, click my link to share in my bio. Let me know in one of my social medias.
Starting point is 00:06:15 What do you think about Kanye West in general and his impact on hip hop and also are you excited or even anticipating this Kanye West and Ty Dollar Signed collaborative album that's set to be released October trying to find it October 27th
