Wacked out murals.
Now, this is a very unique event for the simple fact that getting into the greatest rapper of modern, of the modern generation, I believe the respect level is through the roof from me personally for the way this man pursuers together.
Now, of course, I have my jokes for every musician.
the industry and that is no different for the best rapper of the modern generation aka white tank top
but anyways whacked out murals right that's the first track off of the album and boy did he start
off high because whenever you're getting into this body of work that essentially is a west coast
album but not only a west coast album is putting on a lot of underground west coast rappers
and then the overall project is 44 minutes in length
so it's not the longest project but it's also not short
why am i saying that because jam packed right from the start
this man has addressed drake he addressed little wayne
and he addressed snoop dog for co-signing taylor may freestyle
now technically if y'all don't know what kendrick is referring to
Snoop Dog was basically talking about Drake putting him into the
putting him into the Taylor Made freestyle
because if you don't know he used AI to mimic Tupac's voice
but then also Snoop Dog had a verse on the track
but the thing about it is Snoop Dog is still alive
you know rest in peace to Tupac so whenever you're still alive
a West Coast musician is going against a Canadian rap
and he puts out a verse unbeknownst to you, people on the West Coast because you're from there,
as far as Snoop Dog, would think your allegiance would be with the West Coast rapper that is Kendrick.
So whenever he came out and gave this very ambiguous type of answer or response to his name
being used in a tailor-made freestyle, it made people believe he was co-signing Drake,
even though technically he wasn't explicitly co-signing Drake, but he didn't come out like,
oh, I can't believe you did that.
Take my name out, right?
Like the Tupac estate literally sued Drake to take that track down off of his Instagram,
which is why it's no longer there.
So Tupac, you know, in his honor and his glory, his estate came out.
I was like, hey, you ain't fin to do this to West Coast.
especially not to know legend like Tupac take that down or was well they sent a C-s and desist so they
was like officially sent something to take it down Snoop Dog on the hand had a very uh
interesting response let me play that right now i let me see if i can find this they did okay so
uh snoop dog okay here you go so yeah analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along
with the audio but this is this is what uh snoop dog had to say they did what
When?
Are you sure?
And then he shows his jacket, which is death row, but very interesting because I don't know the ties between death row and Kendrick or T.E.
Or anything of that matter.
All I know is Snoop Dogs from L.A.
Obviously, Kendrick already has a co-sign from Dr. Dre.
Very interesting how Snoop Dog himself is not coming out just condemning Drake using his voice in the midst of a battle with the L.A.
musician. Instead, he's given this very nonchalant answer, which a lot of people was upset with,
especially on the West Coast.
Y'all have a good night.
What you all?
Right off. Everybody called my phone blowing me up. What the fuck? What happened? What's it going on?
I'm going back to bed. Good night.
So obviously, Snoop Dog cannot care less that Drake used his voice in the midst of a battle against
the L.A. artist. So that's why
when Kendra comes out on West
on whacked out murals
and I think he said something like
edibles let me see edibles
yeah he says Snoop posted
tailor made
I prayed it was the edibles
I couldn't believe it
it was only right for me
to let it go
when I tell you that Kendrick had a lot
jam packed into this intro track for his album
essentially going against
what a lot of people
thought he was going to do which is basically
not acknowledge the beef at all and just basically talk about something in his life as far as
introspective. Kendrick doubled down. This is an incomplete West Coast album going at specific
issues in the aftermath of the beef. Of course, he also named drop Little Wayne as far as the
Super Bowl line. I already covered that if you just look up. Kendrick Lamar, GNX, analytic dreams
that should pop up. And basically I cover that. That was one of my highlights as far as the album
is considered. But of course, we're getting into every single track because this man is the
best rapper in the modern generation. So it's only right that I give him this type of respect. So with that
being said, let's get into track two.
