There you go.
Give me one more.
Who is he talking to?
Ah!
Come on.
Not for real.
Like, who is he talking to?
Just like that.
You must be passing to Adonis.
You ready?
Exactly.
What to deal with everybody.
All right, before he gets into his spill,
Analytic Dreams video on Spotify.
To see the video along with the
audio because after exiting church service and just you know praising the Lord you come to find out
that this announcement made by the one and only Kendrick Lamar just leads me to believe
that the Lord or the devil depending on which one or how you perceive this video works in
mysterious ways.
Mm-mm-mm.
So anyways, let's keep going.
I named Kendrick Lamar, and I'll be performing at Super Bowl 59.
Will you be pulling up?
I hope so.
You know there's only one opportunity to win the championship.
No round tools.
Let's get it.
Boom!
I won't want you to miss it.
Meet me in New Orleans.
February 9th,
2005.
Wear your best dress, too, even if you're watching from home.
Let's go.
So I'm talking about, man.
Now we can get to it, for real.
Come on, you got to...
Whoa, look at this man's fit.
If this man don't look like a unlocked,
no, a locked DLC character at the NFL street,
I don't know what it is,
because this man's fit is beyond ridiculous.
To it, for real.
Come on.
You can tell he never played football in his life.
But you know, that's what's the point.
All jokes aside,
Roger Goodell, who is the CEO of the National Football League,
Lucian Grange, who's the CEO of Universal Music Studios,
John Janick, who's the CEO for Inoscope Records,
the label, the subdivision, I might add,
to the biggest music label in the world,
which is Universal Music Group,
and had a huge impact as far as this specific track,
not like us,
having such tremendous impact on the charts,
which is currently the ninth most played track in the world.
Shout out to Sabrina Carpenter,
finally pushing him out of the top three.
I mean, goodness, how long could the masses listen
to a pedophile anthem
without getting tired of it.
So when that dropped out of the top three,
which just happened,
literally just happened,
because Sabrina Carpenter put out her new album,
short and sweet,
that broke all type of records selling 362,000 first week,
talking about an achievement, right?
Then this announcement comes after the downslide,
or, you know, I'm not going to say the downward spiral,
but basically the slide of not like us going from the top three
to the ninth most play track in the world,
which is still significant as far as the hold it's had on the charts.
This type of announcement will inevitably push it back up.
I don't know if it would be in top three, but people will probably listen to Not Like Us a little bit more.
For the simple fact that Kendrick Lamar is set to headline the 2025 Super Bowl halftime show,
taking place February 9th, like he just said, 2025 at Caesar's Superdome in New Orleans.
And this was and this will mark his second Super Bowl appearance.
Because if you don't know, his first one was when Dr. Dre headline the halftime show.
And he brought out 50 Cent, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar.
I think there was somebody else.
I think Mary Jay Blige he brought out.
Yeah.
So Kendrick's already been at us.
He's already performed at a Super Bowl halftime show.
Now, why in the world did I name all of those CEOs at the beginning of the segment?
Well, I'm glad you asked.
I want y'all to just fall along with me as I go down just a lot of tidbits that you should know before getting into this.
Before getting into how this actually happened.
So Jay-Z, which is, or who is, the greatest rapper to ever live, ever touch a mic.
He is the owner of Rock Nation.
So one of the things about marketing is that cross-collaborative efforts is needed to boost
your exposure to the masses.
So Rock Nation has a collaborative contract with the NFL, which is technically labeled live
music entertainment strategists, and that is for Jay-Z to uphold and to oversee.
So what does this mean?
The partnership is basically to uplift the entertainment offerings and ensure that the
Super Bowl halftime show features top.
tier talent.
So with that being said,
Kaepernick, Colin Kaepernick,
had his whole debacle with the NFL
because he took a knee during
the U.S. anthem.
Because of that, a lot of backlash
and a lot of controversy
and a whole lot of divide
and division happened with the NFL
and the black community.
So as of an effect
to that, like you know, as far
a cause and effect the effect of that was the NFL reaching out to one of the most prominent
black figureheads in the community simply because of public consumption and how he's perceived
by his own people jZ was given a position as far as headlining live music entertainment
for the NFL so everything as far as the partnership with rock nation through jZ and
NFL through Roger Goodell is to blend the entertainment with social activism.
I can't say it.
Activism.
Activism.
I think I said it right.
Anyways, y'all know what I'm saying, right?
Motop-faceted and very intricate to not only get the black community back involved
with the NFL, which nowadays, you won't even remember that that even happened as far
the whole debacle with the black community in the NFL.
People were saying if you was watching the NFL, you were not black because of certain things
that was happening with the injustices in the way that the NFL was reacting to it.
So because of that, Jay-Z now has had the most prominent acts come out for the halftime show.
The weekend, Dr. Dre, Rihanna, and now, ladies and gentlemen, by himself, he is headlining
the Super Bowl halftime show.
And I say by himself, but in all actuality,
This Super Bowl is in New Orleans.
Some of y'all who follow hip-hop may know of a certain rapper who will fall under a New Orleans legend.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is Little Wayne.
Best believe me, Kendrick Lamar is 100% bringing out Little Wayne.
I don't know why people think because of the tiff he had with the Canadian, aka Aubrey Graham, aka the goat,
but most commonly referred to as Drake
that he won't put those differences aside
to bring out his mentor.
Kendrick and Little Wayne do not have beef.
It's the same as when Drake made all type of records
with Rick Ross and everybody knows the beef that Rick Ross
and Little Wayne had.
Well, if you don't know, then look it up
and we don't have time to get into that
for this specific segment.
So Kendrick's definitely bringing out Little Wayne.
One of the biggest things that is prominent
with his announcement is the simple fact that a lot of Drake fans, myself included, will be watching
the Super Bowl halftime show like this, analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with
the audio. Throughout the halftime show, best believe me, this is a perfect depiction of how my face
is going to look. Because while I am a Kendrick fan, and I've always acknowledged, even before
the battle, which is saying something, I've always acknowledged that Kendrick is the best modern
day rapper we've ever seen as far as the past five to ten years. The reason why I say Jay-Z's the best
over time is because if you don't know, Jay-Z has been around for longer than multiple
decades. You know, he's basically an icon living. So with Kendrick, he's more modern in the
fact that whenever he was making his big splash, it was in 2017. I think Damn was his most
statistical, his highest achieving album ever.
And he also had four number one hits on a, as far as himself, Kendrick Lamar, he also has four number one hits on the Billboard Hot 100.
So when it comes to the Rock Nation and NFL partnership offering top tier talent during the Super Bowl halftime show, Kendrick obviously falls in line with that.
But the biggest thing I wanted to touch on was the Kendrick and Drake back and forth because, of course, that's going to be something that pops up again and again and again throughout this.
entire lead up to the halftime show who's kens going to bring out is he going to perform not like us
will roger goddell let him perform a pedophile anthem and if he does how many times is he going to
perform that because if you don't know the nfl has a lot of rules and guidelines to how how you can
perform in a type of provocative or the basically expletive manner you can go about your
performance because you try to keep it on a certain PG level because the whole world is watching.
If you don't know, the Super Bowl halftime show is one of the most coveted positions ever as far as
the artist because the whole world is watching your performance. So if Kendrick Lamar is up there
playing a pedophile anthem seven times in a row, that's probably not going to go over well.
So I would guess that not like us will in fact play,
but it will not be like the pop out show type of performance.
He's not going to play it once halfway through, stop it, play it once the second half,
and then play it again in entirety, and then play it over and over with adding like new dancers
and things of that nature.
Like it's going to be a whole entire set list.
It's not just going to be not like us for the whole halftime performance because I
leave they get like 15 to 17 minutes maybe that's a little long but they don't get um
too much time to perform because of the the spotlight and the amount of of moving parts you don't
get that long to perform at the halftime show so he's definitely got to get through his set list
pretty quick and kendrick is on some of the greatest material ever created for music so
as far as not like us it would be detrimental and very downgrading to kind of
entire discography to only play
Not Like Us multiple times.
I'm not just saying that as a Drake stand.
I want to hear like that.
I want to hear Mona Lisa,
which he's definitely going to perform
as far as bringing out Little Wayne.
Little Wayne will probably have his mini set.
I want to be surprised if Kendrick and Little,
I want to be surprised if
Little Wayne is attached to Kendrick
for this halftime show
just like Kendrick was to Dr. Drake.
So with that being said,
overall,
Now, 2024 has been a humongous year for Kendrick Lamar.
So whenever me and the Drake stands are out here watching the Super Bowl show,
a Super Bowl halftime show like this as far as the video I'm playing right now,
y'all will understand why we're looking at it like this?
Because our goat got completely obliterated lyrically, statistically,
and he would never be looked at the same because of that one man that would be on
stage February 9th, 2025. So not to be dramatic, but when this news was broken on a Sunday,
and I just exited from church service and just received the Lord's sermon as far as praising the Lord
and basically learning all the things to be a better man, that almost went out the window when I saw
this video because lord knows the type of turmoil and vitriol that was spewed from this man
towards my goat i mean calling somebody a pedophile with no type of facts to back it up saying
this man has a whole other kid with no type of facts to back it up do you all not know that kendrick
claim drake has a whole daughter and now the whole world just acts like he never said that so with that
With that being stated, people just wanted Kendrick to win.
And that's even more evident that they wanted him to win as this position is not Kendrick's decision.
This is the higher-ups coming together to basically be like, to basically come up with what they would think is the best performance for the current year.
So they came together and they was thinking of all the different acts they could have had for the half.
halftime show, but you know which one stood out the one that took the world by storm by putting
out a pedophile anthem.
So this will mark the sixth year that Jay-Z's Rock Nation has produced the event.
Best believe me, whenever Jay-Z is done with his clean-up duty for the black community,
as far as helping out the NFL, you can probably guess that
your post Malones,
Morgan Wallins,
Noah Cahans,
Taylor Swift's, Sabrina Carpenter's
of the world is going to be up next.
I don't think we'll see another black face
on Super Bowl halftime show after Jay-Z's
collaborative run with the NFL is over.
Because the job is finished.
This man, Jay-Z, has done a tremendous job
on just changing the overall perception
when it comes to the division of the black community
in the NFL. Colin Kaepernick,
mine as well, might as well,
might as well, I think that's how you said,
just stood for the anthem because at this point,
Jay-Z let you know what it was from the get-go,
basically in the opening press conference saying,
we're past that when referring to Colin Kaepardich's knee,
telling the black community, we're past that.
And six to seven years later,
now we see what he was talking about,
because they are obviously past that as everybody and the mom is trying to be a part of the NFL
halftime show now when back then it was looked at as like the injustices aren't being acknowledged
like the NBA was doing NBA does a great job Adam Silver does a great job on highlighting
the injustices for the black community but it seems like the NFL couldn't care less when
they had 80% of their revenue being conducted by the athletes who,
who were predominantly black.
So with that being stated,
all I got to say is for this Kendrick Lamar halftime performance,
Jay-Z did his job.
The job is done.
You know what Kobe said, job's not finished?
Well, my brother, Sean Carter, you did it.
You ultimately changed the whole perception of the NFL,
giving another highlight to a person who comes out with music every once in a while.
But it's also a top-tier talent.
So on one hand, as a Drake stand, I want to hate on it.
But on the other hand, you can't because the objective facts is that not like us,
it's still the number ninth most played track in the world.
And it slid because of Sabrina Carpenter.
But still the ninth most played track in the world.
And like that, with future Metro Boomin and Kendra Mar is still the 29th most played track in the world.
And that track has been on our charts for about 23 weeks.
and not like us has been on the charts for about 17 weeks.
And not only that, as far as a total album or a project is considered,
damn, it's the 40th most played album in the world.
Been on the 40th for quite some time now.
But as far as on the charts, I mean, it's been on the charts forever.
But top 40, I don't know how long it's been in the top 40.
But as far as his other album that was also, oh, yeah, good kid Matt City.
It's the 46 most play project in the world.
Excuse me.
So,
Kendrick Lamar's consumption in 2024 is through the roof.
Still not outselling Drake.
You had to put that in there.
You know I had to do that.
Because people are listening to Drake's old albums more than they are listening to.
Actually, people are listening to Drake's entire discography
more than they're listening to Kendrick's 2024 releases or his past discography is considered.
So when it comes to 2024,
for specific releases,
Kendrick is out selling Drake by landslide.
And if Kendrick and Drake put out an album,
best believe me,
Kendrick is going to do $400,000 to $500,000 first week.
That's without all the tricks and trays of selling socks
and shirts and hoodies.
No bundles considered.
It's going to sell $400,000 to $500,000 simply off streaming.
Drake, not so much.
and that hurts my heart to say
but you know
gotta give it
as objectively as I can
because
I think Drake could do
around 400 if he did the bundles
but
when
Drake came out
and gave a statement
basically
rapping
I think it was
track it is
but
which track was that
anyways
the track doesn't matter
basically
What I wanted to get at was the actual content of what he was saying because this is very evident in today's society to be a little dramatic.
Because if you really look at it from, I'm trying to find it as I talk, but it's not really, it's not popping up.
If you really look at it from a totality standpoint, Metro booming puts out not like us, has all the Avengers coming at Drake.
Kendrick Lamar effectively goes into one of the biggest hip-hop battles of all time,
putting out one of the biggest hip-hop disses of all times.
Objectively, not like us is the biggest hip-hop disc of all time.
And he's probably going to perform that on the biggest stage ever created for an artist.
So ultimately, you just look at the fact that the higher-ups have all came together as a collective with conspiracies to end
I run and send me a message.
Now that was the content that I was trying to get at.
As far as a specific track that that's on, because, you know, there's a Drake line for
everything.
Just like there's a Jay-Z line for everything, there's a Drake line for everything.
There's a Drake line for everything because usually I was using the Do Not Disturb line, where
he basically said he would probably self-destruct if he ever loses, but he never, I'll probably
self-destructive I ever lose by never
do. He said that on Do Not Disturb. One of the best
lyrical tracks ever performed.
But on this one,
30 for 30 freestyle.
That's what it was.
Which was all the way back in 2015.
Talk about being a
profit, right?
So, when the higher-ups
have all come together as a collective
with conspiracies to
end my run and send me a message.
40. Did you get the message?
Which is his producer,
40 because I just checked my phone and I didn't get it.
I mean, I'll say hats off for a solid effort, but we didn't flinch for even a second.
We got our stuff together, not here to fight wars.
People want to talk high scores.
And then he goes into like someone else.
But basically, yeah, they effectively did exactly what you just said.
They effectively ended your run as the most dominant hip hop artists in the world.
because currently you could not drum up more anticipation than Kendrick Lamar.
So objectively speaking, they ended your run as the number one hip-hop guy as of right now.
But of course, that's why me and all the Drake stands are telling him to take a break.
Take a break, come back, and then the world will realize all that you've given them
and then come back to you just like nothing ever happened.
But as far as this specific year, 2024,
Kendrick Lamar has unequivocally showcased why he is referred to
and will be continued to be referred as the boogeyman.
So with that being said,
Kendrick Lamar, ladies and gentlemen,
headlining the 2025 Super Bowl halftime show.
and this will take place February 9th, 2025 at the Season Superdome in New Orleans.
So click my link to your in my bio.
Let me know one of my social media is.
What do you think about Kendrick Lamar being able and being allowed by Jay-Z and Roger Goodell
to perform the pedophile anthem at the February 9th, 2025 Super Bowl halftime show?
