So King Vaughn is back again, and by back, I mean the estate of King Vaughn is back with a new post-hummus album titled Grandson.
Now, looking at the track listing, of course, it's 17 tracks, you know, and that's a lot.
That's definitely a lot.
I know for my King Vaughn fans out there, y'all probably like, that's not enough.
But for the average fan, listening to 17 tracks of Murder, Murder, Kill, Kill, is a lot of mental.
capacity taken up by violence.
So that's a lot of tracks.
And then the more notorious track, of course, the one that I, that popped out to me, was
the King Vaughn track and feature on Little Dirk.
Because if you don't know, Little Dirk was very heavy on the co-sign for King Vonn, which
made his passing even more tragic because of the, well, first, you know, for his family
members and if he had any sons or daughters. But then also an extension of that, the beef it
caused between Dirk and Young Boy. Like Little Dirk literally said on the interview with academics
off the record that the reason that he could never be friends, quote unquote, like industry
buddies with young boy is because his real death involved. And obviously he was referring to when
King Vaughn was killed by Little Tim
after his altercation with
Kwondo Rondo. But anyways,
we're going to focus on specifically
in music as
this project features a lot
of people who's notable,
I might add, G Herbo,
King Vaughn,
King Vaugh, my fault, Little Dirk,
Polo G,
who else? Forty-2 Doug,
Moneybag, Yo. Like, obviously
you have,
I'm not going to say the cream,
made a crop but you i'm not trying to be disrespectful either but you definitely have your set of
notable artists on this album and i believe that his last album before his death was welcome to oblock
which released in 2020 i believe i don't think it was i don't think it was i don't think it was
I don't think it was 2022.
I forget when he passed away.
That's kind of insensitive, ain't?
Okay, so I know grandson came out 2019.
We fact-checking this,
because I'm definitely not just going to give you our random date
and then not find it.
So King Vaughn put out his Welcome to O'Block album in 2020.
And then he put out what it means to be King,
which I think that was his first post-Hummus album in 2022.
to, yeah, if I do have my timelines correct.
And then now he has his second post-homas album with grandson.
So what it means to be king had a runtime of 48 minutes.
This album has a runtime of 46 minutes.
So it's a pretty sweet spot, I guess you can say,
but it's still a number of tracks to get through
if you're stuck on the subject of murder, murder, kill, kill.
You know, so it's only so much.
a person can hear about spinning the block until they spin around and pause the track and go put on
some Lecray or some Justin Bieber or just something to soothe the soul after listening to all
their violence. But anyways, I feel like for King Vaughn, his fans would definitely enjoy this album
as I think when it comes to this subject matter, King Vaughn is one of the best, which is kind of crazy to
say, even though like he's the best that could talk about murdering people and killing people.
But I mean, technically when you put up the quality amongst other artists like him,
Little Dirk, like they really know how to rap and make it intriguing about very violent activities.
That's all I got to say.
I mean, Little Dirk literally said on a track quoting the, I don't want to get into it because I'm a
civilian.
But all I got to say is on the track with Little Dirk and 21 Savage on his latest album.
His chorus is talking about something that literally happened to Cuando Rondo.
That's all I'm gonna say.
I'm not the feds, hey, you do your research and figure out what I'm talking about.
But anyways, King Vaughn and Little Dirk are just the best at rapping about this specific subject matter.
And it's because allegedly, they actually did it.
So anyways, click my link, treat my bio, let me know one of my social media's.
What do you think about King Vaughn and Little Dirk, respectively?
And will you be giving this album titled Grandson a Listen?
