Starting point is 00:00:00 Now, when getting into Kirby, I already talked about how the enhanced edition, as far as Kirby and the Forgotten Land, should have been titled Forgotten Game, because at the end of the day, y'all just didn't support it. But guess what? When it comes to that enhanced edition, maybe that was just a one-off because everybody and a mama seems to be excited for Kirby Air Riders. I just know Mario is looking at Nintendo right now. now saying to himself,

Starting point is 00:00:31 this is the same type of treatment that LeBron is getting on the Lakers right now because of course, you, the flagship person of this franchise for years, right? And now you've got other players such as the Sonic Crossworlds game, Kirby Air Riders, and you're thinking to

Starting point is 00:00:49 yourself, hold up now. Shepherd, just look at the state of gaming. Like, what is going on? I know y'all not fronting on Big Mario, so Nintendo has most multiple racing games that seem to have more critical acclaim than Mario Kart World. Not to get it confused with the other Mario Carts because those are still iconic and classic. But when it comes to World, a lot of people aren't really messing with it like that.

Starting point is 00:01:12 Like literally, I remember watching the stream where they had everybody in their Mama who streamed streaming together for one specific race, showing you how many people can be in one race at one time. Right. I swear to you, that was the only time I've seen those creators play Mario Car World since then. you guys see that's the problem and those would be on Twitch you know exactly what I'm talking about there was a specific stream they had all the creators play Mario Kart World and obviously you can say oh it's a sponsorship things that nature but I'll follow RDC World see I wasn't even wanted to say a name but I didn't said it so follow it already C World and the main thing with them um they love Mario

Starting point is 00:01:51 Cart World to the no they mark they love Mario Kart to the point where they play like every other stream right when it came to world I was thinking like, oh, we're about to get some upgraded mechanics that makes it even better when they play it, right? Sadly mistaken. You guys. See, that's the problem. Let's just say, they technically gave him more of a chance. And it just wasn't up to snuff.

Starting point is 00:02:14 Sonic Crossworlds and especially the maps of Sonic Cross Worlds, I'm not trying to glaze too much because, you know, of course it's Kirby Air Riders. But Kirby Air Riders seems that it's going to be another successor to what Mario couldn't. do as far as mario cart world anyways as you can see right now analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio you can see the gameplay for um uh kirby air riders the main thing they'll show in throughout this hour and two minute video so of course we're not going to play the whole thing basically going to break down what they had in the midst of it so they had different game modes like top ride road trip city trial and with that being said the top ride returns from the original top down quick races on small tracks i'm pretty sure that's what you're seeing right now

Starting point is 00:02:58 it comes to road trips new modes new mode blending air ride top ride and city trial journey across stages choose challenges such as time races gourmet race style i think this i say it collect machines slash items and it's tied to the story so as far as that i think that's what this is no i think that is yeah i think that's what this is right here they're just showing the maps right now but as far as a realistic aspect Yeah, that's what it looks like. So, of course, they got the top down, and they have the realistic aspect like this. When it comes to the different maps, when it comes to the different riders and machines,

Starting point is 00:03:39 there's new riders such as the Squeak Squad, what the world, triple, the Roach, I think that's what you say. De Roach, Taranza, Rick from Dreamland 2, Marks from Superstar, Enemies from Lolo and Lala, Rocky, Scarfy, Waddley D. as you can tell I'm not a huge Kirby fan I don't know who in the world those names are Mode exclusive Mac Man Aline

Starting point is 00:04:06 Okay Who in the world making these names bro I feel like they're just trying to make names To make me butcher them I don't understand none of that What was it Tortutiling

Starting point is 00:04:18 Tortooniling? I think that's how he said Oh no hey I'm done pronouncing these names Customization and features And of course the main thing that a lot of people are wondering when it comes to this game the online play so there's going to be a global test ride demo in november a air ride of three courses 16 player lobbies and city trial and you need nintendo switch online and of course yeah you could pre-order to get a hat bonus

Starting point is 00:04:47 that's what they say so when it comes to that that's the main thing you need to know about this one hour and two minute video so that's why i wanted to sum it up before we got to the actual gameplay But of course, I wonder if they have an actual, let me see, I wonder if they have an actual round of Kirby Airwriters. So if they're just talking about it. I think they're just talking about it. Yeah, it was just basically talking about it. But of course, as far as the gameplay, that's the main thing I was on to showcase. So I'm glad you're seeing it right now.

Starting point is 00:05:15 I was, yeah, so these are some of the different maps. I don't know what it is, but I always like that aesthetic. Like, as a superhero fan, I always like these type of aesthetics. And I feel like it ages better. Like all that realism stuff, like five to six years later, you kind of realize the graphics is the realism type of approach to graphics is not even realistic. Once you start to get into the future and you look back at a graphically realistic game, and it looks terrible compared to games who go for this type of art style.

Starting point is 00:06:01 This type of art style, it just, I think it ages gracefully. I think it ages the best, honestly. comic book cartooning type of aspect so they're showing the different vehicles right now I know Mario Kart is just looking at this right now feeling like Soldier Boy right now

Starting point is 00:06:38 like it just stole my whole flow man bar for bar word for word It's all right though hey Still on Nintendo platforms They're gonna have to take their beef up with Nintendo So that being said that's my breakdown of Kirby Air Riders to direct everything that went on
