First off, we have to start with a bomb.
As once again, yes, ladies and gentlemen, you're probably thinking to yourself, this man cannot stop talking about K-pop demon hunters.
And guess what?
You are correct.
So anyways, when it comes to K-pop demon hunters, the main thing I was wanting to get into is my first, well, first and only, because, you know, there's only one review you could do for a movie.
Anyways, obviously I broke down that overall soundtrack like a kilo of Miley Cyrus, but besides that point, the main thing we're doing for this specific segment is me giving my personal review of K-pop Dima Hunters because guess what, ladies and gentlemen, I actually watched the movie.
You guys.
And I was on the way, I was on the way to New York as far as when I watched the movie.
So safe to say, I definitely found a pocket of time.
where I wanted to focus in on the entire movie and give my personal sentiments because of course the success for my K-pop demon hunters coverage throughout the year of 2025 has been very through the roof to the point where K-pop demon hunters coverage as far as me over here at notorious mass effect is probably one of the most engaged with coverage I've had as far as the entire year I mean we started off covering
them June 30th of 2025 and let's just say a plethora of reviews have came out after the fact i mean i've
talked about the soundtrack extensively i've talked about k-pop dima hunters coming to theaters for two days only
and that was back on august 20th of 2025 because if you don't know they're set to have a second run
for October 31st through the november uh through november 2nd so if you didn't know
well now you know k-pop dima hunters is coming back to theaters and
it's more of a single long type of release so i believe they're going to have lyrics and things
of that nature if you're not watching the video version analytic dreams video on spotify to see the
video along with the audio because right now i have the actual trailer playing for um the Netflix
k-pop demon hunters coming to uh theaters for a second run so as a hall of fame pocket watcher
and of course me extensively covering the soundtrack to the point where the last time i talked about
them september 23rd 2025 i said
the k-pop demon hunters was netflix's most successful soundtrack ever and hold up before we let the
bomb go off because of course they also have the second most play project in the world let in
ladies and gentlemen let me show you this once again this is not normal for a soundtrack as you
can see they are battling it out with the likes of a t swift in a morgan walling as far as having the
most popular music in the year of 2025.
Oh, and then that's not it.
Hold on now.
And then when you come to actual releases from K-pop Dima Hunters,
not only do they have golden, not only do they have how's it done,
what it sounds like, take down, but also when you switch gears into the Saja Boys,
which we're gonna get into them when I start my movie review,
when you get into the Saja Boys, safe to say, soda pop and your
idol all of those tracks was about seven so seven tracks on the billboard hot 100 and we're talking
globally so now you look at k-pop demon hunters in the light that i just put in there because of
me putting immense respect for quite some time on k-pop demon hunters okay with all that glaze
out of the way it is time for my k-pop demon hunters movie review so watching the movie i'm not
go to lie to you i had high expectations and of course you know how you have high expectations
and then you ultimately let down well to get my short review of this movie my expectations were not let down
but when it comes to the movie and the quality it was a very simplistic story that they ran with
and of course i believe that this was a soundtrack before it was a movie now i'm not discrediting the movie because of
course so much research and data analysis went into me covering k-pop demon hunters throughout this year
but when it comes to the movie i was thinking to myself well maybe the movie adds an extra layer
to make me appreciate the the music even more and the track that it made me appreciate more
specifically was takedown because if you don't know my actual favorite track from the soundtrack
is Saja Boys, your idol.
So when it comes to that specific track,
that's my favorite track off of the K-pop Demon Hunter soundtrack,
and that's not even one of the most popular.
That's just my personal favorite.
But as far as the movie,
it makes you look at Take Down in a different light
after you watched the entire film.
And as far as the other tracks,
the other track that made me look at different
as far as the movie,
I forget which, I think it was a different
which I think it was free it's a track where the main girl from the k-pop demon hunters
which was roomy i believe and in the main guy from the saja boys i think it was genu i may be
miss speaking but i don't think i am it was the track free and makes you look at that track different
after watching the movie but in totality finishing the movie it was a nice kids movie and i'm saying
kids because i do not want to judge the overall storyline too harshly because of course if it's a kid's
movie the complexities of the storyline does not need to be there it just needs to be quality and i believe
they gave a serviceable storyline to get us through all of the tracks from the soundtrack i don't know
if they played every single track from the soundtrack but of course uh they play a takedown free
soda pop of course your idol that's another track that was a standout that's my favorite
track off of the personal um that's my favorite personal track off of the soundtrack but of course
when it came to the movie when your idol came and and the part that it played in the overall
storyline i was thinking to myself hold on now i think the directors and the producers over at
sony and Netflix knew that your idol was one of the standout hits because they played like their
magnum opus they that track played like okay sager boys has officially won right now i want to
spoil anything actually i am there's a spoiler review so i didn't
say anything too crazy as far as specifically i guess i did anyways i'm gonna put it in the title so
y'all can't say hey man why he's spoiling the movie so anyways um back to my spoiler review right
so anyways when it came to your idol that track played and that was at a point in the movie
where like hey pop d my hunches just seemed like they was down and out and sod your boys have
officially taken over or officially and efficiently taken over so
With that being said, another thing I want to point out, because it's not going to be an in-depth breakdown, like the storyline is really not that complex.
Like, it's literally roomy, spoiler, right?
Getting the spoilers.
It's literally roomy dealing with also being a, no, is roomy taking out demons?
Because she's a demon hunter, right?
But she's also half demon.
Hold on now.
That was the bomb that was dropped in the entire story because whole time I'm thinking to myself, okay, they're not having too much.
trouble with the demons that can't be the main focal point and then the main dude from um
the sager boys came up for they have overall demon who's like a mysterious figure is not
it's like an entity right and in the demon world the entity was like how are we going to take down
this k-pop demon hunters and then the leader of the sager boy showed up he was like i can do it right
but then you come to realize i don't know if it's earlier after that shortly after that or before that i
forget roomy actually uh revealed to the audience because you know stuff that's revealed to the audience
sometimes it's not revealed to the main characters in the show and vice versa but they showed us
early on that she was half demon so we're going throughout the whole movie of her hiding that from
the other two cast members so i thought that was pretty cool and then i started to realize how the
storyline was going to shape once it came to uh came to fruition but her being a half demon and her
her mom, I guess, having some type of affiliation with a full demon.
Because how did they half demon end up?
Like, hold them now.
Time to start asking the real questions.
You know what I'm saying?
All right, my fault.
We ain't going to talk about that.
But Rumi was definitely a standout because, of course, the way that they had her half demon, half demon hunter storyline playing out.
I thought that was the most intriguing factor.
Because whenever they fought the demons, they never really lost.
Like, it wasn't really any way that the demons could have fought them.
Like the Saja Boys, I don't think they ever had a real encounter and took them out physically.
It was always musically.
So when it came to K-pop demon hunters putting BTA on the demons, physically, they had no problem.
They pulled out the weapons and it was a snapshot of what Power Rangers do to every single villain.
That's what they did every single time they fought the demons.
So when it comes to that, the main thing I was saying to myself is this was definitely a soundtrack before a movie.
usually you watch a movie and you think to yourself man this is a great movie that also has a great soundtrack
i will go out on the limb and at this point in time i don't think it's a hot take i'm not going to say
the soundtrack carries this film but if they were to have a sequel there's a lot of loose ends
that has to be explained or not about by the or not i'm about to explain it right now by or not
I mean, having K-pop demon hunters being so OP physically to the demons,
you would have to create an actual intriguing antagonist
besides the Sajer Boys who physically is also able to take them out in a fight.
Because there's nobody in the entire movie who really threatened them physically.
It was all musically with the Sajja Boys.
So I'm thinking for the sequel, have an actual entity.
no no have the entity have actual body have it voiced by a famous actor or whatever and now
whenever the k-pop demon hunters fight that entity it's like a shredder versus ninja turtles type of
fight where they always get smacked around right because shredder is always putting the beat down a
teenage new ninja turtles like you know just a little nerd lore for you so for a sequel you would
need a more physical um you will need a more uh a more intriguing
villain from a physical aspect
because from the sonically
Sajaboy's was the perfect antagonist
just from a song's perspective
like I keep saying your idol is my favorite
track that came from the Sajer boys
I don't know if you can do them again because of the
storyline but
for the sequel if they do have a sequel
because you know sequels are hard to do
especially after the soundtrack it's just blown up
to astronomical statistical
heights right
so now you're looking at the antagonist
as far as the Sajer Boys no longer
existing how are we're already going to have a sequel and make it live up to the original i think
have another version of the sager boys or no and have an entity that is as physically challenging
like a shredder to the teenage new ninja turtles and i want to go with the sager boys again i would
just make maybe a girl group this time maybe make um a clone of them like technically the saja boys
was a boy band make clones of the k-pop demon hunters and then that could be the sequel right i think
that'd be fire so i think that could be the antagonist so replace the saja boys with clones of
the k-pop demon hunters you know every superhero or yeah every show like this does it at some point in time
time you get an evil clone and then now that's your antagonist spider man has it with venom
them Batman has it with the Joker it happens time and time again it happened in Iron Man one make a clone of the K-pop demon hunters but instead of a boy band make it like actually clones of Rumi mirror and Zoe and make that antagonist of of K-pop demon hunters too like have them locked away or something I don't know you I'm not gonna make the whole storyline right I'm basically giving this as advice because of course I like the support that I've received from K pop demon hunters and
soundtrack so much that was like hold on let me try to get some top tier expert consultation for k-pop demon
hunters while giving my movie review so that's what i'm doing currently anyways and as far as um
the rest of the plot like i said it's a very simplistic story so i thought i was going to have a lot to
talk to talk about i was going to get break it down by character by character but it's really not a lot
so let me focus on roomie mirror and zoe so when it comes to roomie i already talked about her
to have demon um half demon hunter's storyline that was fired
When it came to Mirror, I believe, let me see, Mirror, K-Poc.
Because like I said, I watched it on the way to New York, and that was a while ago.
Shout out to the people who's subscribing and listen to that vlog.
I appreciate y'all.
But anyway, so that happened like three weeks, I think at this point.
Yeah, I think it was three weeks ago.
Mirror was a taller one.
Okay, yeah.
So Mirror's storyline was solid.
I like how she was able to call out Roommie for a lot of the stuff that she was going through.
As far as Zoe, Zoe was.
my favorite because she was rapping she actually had rap verses in a lot of the songs and what the
sager boys did they also had a rapper on their side and that just goes back into the overall um
yen and yang as far as them having specific roles on each each group um so roomy had a lot no
zoe had a lot of rap verses as far as particular songs so i liked her as well but of course my
favorite was roomy because i like the overall storyline as far as half demon have demon hunter so
when it comes into the Saja boys, I didn't really have any standouts besides the main character
because of course Rumi, Rumi, and the main character was having a lot of different back and
forths as far as if they was together, if they wasn't. And then of course he backstabed at the end
and then he and they up done, right? So that was the main intriguing thing for me, the main guy
from the Sajja boys. Now, as far as plot points, the most intriguing factor to me was when
they was trying to beat the Saja Boys in the competition.
It kind of turned into like American Idol, but for K-pop, right?
It was Korean Idol or something like that.
You know what I'm saying?
Like Korea Idol.
The main thing with them is specifically making a song that captivates the masses more
than Sajie Boys.
And I don't think that was executed as efficiently as a complex storyline would
would call for it but of course once again it's a kid show so a lot of things that are loose ends are
just throwing out the window and if it's an overall great story i guess it's a great kids movie but now i guess
it was a good kids movie but you do have to keep in mind as a kids movie when you're watching the
storylines play out because a lot of things don't make any sense and then you just got to be like well it's
a kid's movie it doesn't have to make sense right and plus you know the superhero stuff supernatural
but anyways that's the main thing um honestly that this review was
going to be longer let me see because usually I break down because you know I'm a
Hall of Fame pocket watch I ain't gonna like to you it's one of one of the greatest
perks to cover in the industry is knowing specifically what a lot of things is
making from a lot of different places and let's just say let's just talk about the
August 23rd 24 single long release in theaters right grossed over 19 million dollars
and it was Netflix's ever first ever number one in the US box office so not only
are they the most watched animated show on Netflix
but they transitioned into the movie theaters after a plethora of people have already watched it for
not for free but for a subscription on their couches right they still went out and watched k-pop demon hunters
in theaters i just wanted to show you all what type of marketing power has been going on for the entire
25 k-pop demon hunters statistically speaking have have been putting up some of the best numbers
in the music industry and it's not even close i already showed you as far as the project being number two
and it coming out in June 20th of this year
and it's October 26th, 2025
as of me recording this
and it's still the second most played album in the world
even Morgan Wallen can't take over
K-pop Demon Hunters
and he has the third most played project in the world
and of course T. Swift, I mean, she's doing her thing
she still has the most popular project.
A T. Swift and K. Pop Demon Hunters collab
would be fire but
I just had that epiphany.
Maybe there's a bunch of different ways
they could go with the sequel.
What if instead of the Saja boys, the K-pop Dima hunters fight the entity in physical form that comes out at random times like maybe he can only come out at night, right?
But then in a daytime, what if there's an American artist that's going up against them?
And you already know who we could get for that.
Now, a lot of people say this is hot take because I think Ariana Grande is one of the greatest singers we've ever had on Planet Earth.
and she already has the acting background and she was in Wicked you guys just had a crazy epiphany so anyways um either that can work or it can but i was just thinking of ways for a sequel because this this definitely deserves some type of sequel as i believe they was looking for toys or something not looking but they're looking to create toys let's see the partnering with some type of brand and they're making toys but i don't oh yeah here it is okay so Netflix um
Inc.
Major Deal with Mattel and Hashbro's a Hasbro for K-pop Demon Hunters' toys.
So they already get started, ladies and gentlemen.
Drop a bomb for that one.
The key to a longevity type of career is making different,
is entering different waves of marketing,
whether it's streaming, whether it's theaters,
whether it's musically,
and now they're attacking toys, games, and products.
so when it comes to that basically um they're trying to partner with metel and hasbro
and with that being said that they're going to be developing products across multiple categories
including dolls action figures accessories collectibles all right i'm going to stop playing the
button but y'all get the point placets and collaborations with co-brands with hashbrose
category spanning special feature plush youth electronics and roadplay among other categories with a
special k-pop demon hunter's edition of monopoly go shipping in january so anyways you know as far as over here
at notorious mass effect you know i couldn't get through a movie review without throwing some analytical
facts at you so uh the main thing besides giving my overall movie review because that was that was
basically it's a simplistic story um it is solid it's not bad by any
stretch of the imagination and animation is top tier i mean same people who made spider man i into the spiderverse
and across the spider verse beyond all that stuff right same team so now you're looking at it from that
standpoint animation is just straight up top tier like one of the best animated shows i've seen
literally it could be an anime if he wanted to that's how great the animation is just straight fire
um from the facial movements when they're eating to the facial movements when they get upset or
happy it's just very exaggerated in the greatest way possible and it doesn't have to
slow effect like the Spider-Man to the Spider-Verse, which isn't bad.
I'm just saying this.
It's his own thing.
It's not just copying Spider-Man to the Spider-Verse.
So I'm trying to see if I'm missing anything.
That was basically, I basically glaze this IP to the moon and back.
I ain't got to cap to you.
And I waited for a while to put out this review because I wanted to do it justice by actually
watching a movie.
Because I always think, you know, I have time.
And then I don't have time.
I come to realize my whole day planned out.
so I was able to watch this movie while I was going to New York
I already said that a bunch of times but hey I was just letting y'all know I actually
carved out the plain time to watch K-pop Demon Hunters so just imagine me
imagine me on the plane watching K-pop Demon Hunters they probably think it to
themselves I didn't know that demographic list in the K-pop demon hunters and I'm thinking
to myself you guys see that's the problem
so anyways I need to make this longer than it needs to be I literally covered everything
I have a whole list right here it's as far as I've very
I've already talked about that a bunch of times we just talked about it's we know I only got
into the sing-along money that it generated we can get into a bunch of other stuff but of course
I have so much k-pop demon hunters coverage that you can just type in k-pop demon hunters
analytic dreams with a z and it would pop up just so much um last time I talked about then was
talking about how it was Netflix's most successful soundtrack ever so I'll probably got into a lot
of more analytics for that specific segment but oh also don't
forget actual up-to-date info is that the movie is coming out again. I said this earlier,
but I want to say it again. There's a second run set for October 31st through November 2nd.
And it's going to be a crazy event because, of course, it's the holiday seasons. And I'm pretty
sure everybody's going to go out to watch this movie. They're going to be like, hey, what do you
want to watch? Well, you ever heard of that K-pop Demon Hunters? And, um,
even if you watched it, it's more of a sing-along.
Even when they launched it the first time in theaters, it was a sing-along.
So they probably already know that people seen this already and just going in to watch it again, which, to be fair, the songs are fire.
Now, I don't want to take that away.
That's definitely still the highlight of the movie.
The songs are straight fire.
You're an idol to this day.
I'll be saying the lines.
Like, what would you say, preaching to the choir?
Can I get the mic a little higher?
Like I say that 24-7, just walking around for no reason.
So anyways, I like this song.
What else?
Yeah, that's basically it.
Hopefully I like my K-pop Demon Hunters review.
You know, I don't watch movies and TV shows,
unless it's attached to superheroes.
So to me, even put out a review the K-pop Deema Hunters.
I want to end this off by saying,
the support from my K-pop Dema Hunter's coverage,
just know, I sincerely appreciate it.
And with that being said,
click my link, sure in my bio.
Let me know one of my social media.
What did you think about my K-pop Dima Hunter's movies?
review and will you be going to watch it in theaters when it goes for a second run set for
October 31st through November 2nd?
