Enkanto, Frozen 2, Spider-Man across the Spider-verse, Barbie, and now K-pop Demon Hunters.
You're probably thinking to yourself, what do these projects all have in common?
Well, I'm glad you asked, as when it comes to the notorious mass effect, all of these soundtracks ran its specific year, whether it was Encanto in 2021, peaking at number one for 9,000.
weeks on the billboard 200 whether it was frozen two holding number one for three weeks in early
2020 obviously it came out in 2019 but it charted in 2020 then you have spider man across the spiderverse
which to this day it's one of the most disrespectful soundtracks because if you think about it not only did it
include certain hits like annihilate in other tracks on that album uh cultivated by leelin wayne
i mean uh metro booming but when you think of
about it, 2023 also had Barbie that peaked at number two for two weeks and had a 35 week chart
run with their hits like Dance the Night by Duolipa. And of course, the comedic track, I'm just Ken,
by Ryan Gosling also helped with the success of the overall soundtrack. And then of course,
2025. We have K-pop Demon Hunters. Absolutely.
obliterating the charts when it comes to certain hits because specifically getting into the
k-pop demon hunters movie you come to realize there's two groups that has tracks on the charts now
of course already covered golden where i got into the specific artist and how that track was running
the charts as far as from the netflix film as if you don't know this track is from the girl group
in the movie those two groups that i'm about to get into the girl group
from the movie is one of the artists is E.J. with E.J.A.E. The other one is Audrey Nuna. Another one is
Ria A Ria Ami. I think that's how you say it. Anyways, the golden track is the most
successful off the soundtrack currently. So I already covered that in its entirety. As far as
it's currently the 23rd most played track in the world. And as far as future chart data
for July 19th, it is set to be the 14th most played track in the world.
So this soundtrack, this overall movie is continuing to have people engaged in the content time and time again because word of mouth gets around, which leads people to try out certain things that are beyond their usual palette.
And then if they actually like it, now you have a hit on your hands as the other group in this movie, the boy group, the K-pop boy band, because there was the K-pop girl group, which I covered as far as,
the golden track and of course the overall demon hunter soundtrack are covered but now specifically let's
dive into the k-pop boy band as far as who's also in the movie and analytic dreams video on
spotify to see the idol video along with me talking about this specific group as when it comes to
the boy band there's Andrew Choi a toy I think that's how you say it neck wave danny chung
Kevin Wu
and Samuel Lee
I think that's how you say
Anyways
That's the other group in this K-pop movie
Now what's so significant about this group
Is that they also have a track
That's blown up from their specific performance
As when it comes to
The chart data once again
Your Idol
Which is specifically by the boy group in this movie
It's set to be the 20th most played track in the world
in the world now currently I'm talking about future projections but as far as right now
Golden is the 23rd most play track in the world how's it done as the 42nd what it sounds like is the
55th and then of course you have takedown which is the 64th though all of those four tracks are
off of the soundtrack and is gaining even more traction to the point where me listing off the
greatest soundtracks in the past five years makes a lot more sense now as you usually do not see
soundtracks like this dominate the charts because people listen to a soundtrack i'm not saying the
soundtracks are beneath regular artist projects but usually an artist gets way more engagement
when they put out music than a soundtrack from a movie uh tv show etc so this is breaking a lot of
ground to the point where on Spotify US Daily Top Songs, they ended up beating out
BTS's dynamite for the most successful K-pop group track in US Spotify history.
Safe to say that this is a successful soundtrack to say the very least, right?
My coverage of this as far as the entire soundtrack, as far as the girl group specifically,
always was going to lead to me covering the boy band specifically because i just want you all to know
the amount of moving parts that is in this successful soundtrack to make it one of the highest
soundtracks of 2025 if not the highest having seven tracks from one soundtrack entering the hot 100 as
far as billboard is beyond phenomenal as you have golden how's it done so to pop what it sounds like
free and take down obviously what i just went over is what enter the hot 100 and of course the current
charts i talked about have four tracks and the top of 100 so you have to like keep up a little bit so the
top 100 currently they only have four tracks but as far as entering and then they've left after
the following weeks they've officially has seven songs enter but now with the track your idol they're set to have
eight so overall eight tracks entering the billboard hot 100 and you realize that the soundtrack has a
total of 12 tracks this is ultimately gearing up to win all type of awards at whether it's the
grammies any type of whether it's the billboard music awards i believe this would end up winning
a grammy as encanto ended up sweeping the grimmies in 2023 and y'all already know my cover
of that if you don't just type in let me see we uh let me see if i just type in bruno uh i believe i
covered this en canto i'm not seeing this at all what in the world i thought i covered it i
guess not anyways so i do believe i covered incanto so i mean if it's not pulling up i guess i
didn't but my um me talking about incanto in previous streams i basically
talked about how that was one of the more obvious soundtracks as far as it being so popular and
everybody talking about it. This one, I'm not going to say his niche, but it's not a lot of
people coming out and talking about how great this soundtrack is performing on the charts
compared to regular superstar artists, right? So in Canto, back in 2021, had the same type of effect.
There was a specific track titled, We Don't Talk About Bruno. And with that specific track,
with that specific track
it ended up sweeping the
grammy's winning best compilation soundtrack
for visual media
best score soundtrack best song
written for visual media
then you have frozen
in 2019
that oh that
actually they didn't win any
grammies but it was nominated for best song
written for visual media
for the track into the unknown
Spider Man across
the Spiderverse was also nominated for
best compilation soundtrack for visual
media at the grand uh at the grimmies in 2024 but it did not win at all and then you have barbie which
won best compilation soundtrack for visual media and then uh for it was for the track what was i made for
for billy ishle and phineas o'connell and it also won best song written for visual media and it won
song of the year as far as dance the night barbie world and i'm just uh oh no no that's the billy
Irish song. What was I made for that won a song of the year? And then Dance the Night, Barbie
World and I'm Just Ken was also nominated from the soundtrack for Best Song Rating for Visual
Media but did not win. So ultimately, out of all of the nominations, there's a good amount
of soundtracks in the past five years that have won the award for Best Compilation
Soundtrack for Visual Media for dominating the Billboard charts. This particular movement,
movie is doing the exact same thing. And I do believe at some point, there's going to have to
be talk as far as giving K-pop demon hunters, one of, if not the greatest, uh, showcases at the
Grammys as far as awarding them with a lot of these awards that Barbie ended up winning in
2023, the Encanto ended up winning back in 2021. I do believe this soundtrack is on that level of
quality. And of course, I've listened to it myself. And I like to track Golden.
Um, your idol, out of all the tracks I've listened to, your idol is my favorite.
Um, I like the message because it also goes with the movie.
If you haven't seen the movie, it's actually pretty good.
Um, your idol, I think is, it's one of the better tracks for me personally.
Now, for other people who are more inclined as far as listening to K-pop, uh, they may have different tracks.
But as far as me personally, I really like this track that I'm currently going over as far as your idol.
So at the end of the day, I just wanted to let you know that K-pop demon hunters, not only is the
solid movie with rotten tomato scores of 95% and 90% audience rating, which is phenomenal, right?
But it also showcased how in the industry, having a soundtrack impact the masses like this,
especially on Billboard, is very minuscule.
You never see this in comparison to superstars in the game.
I mean, it's charting higher than any project besides two.
K-pop Demon Hunter soundtrack is currently the third.
most played soundtrack in the world.
Morgan Wallin, I'm the problem is at number one.
Lord, with her album version is at number two.
And ultimately, you have K-pop Demon Hunter's soundtrack
as the third most played project in the world.
And with that, I think ultimately you now understand
how big of a deal not only is the movie as far as quality-wise,
but also the soundtrack.
So with that being said, click my link to you in my bio.
Let me know on one of my social medias.
what do you think about k-pop demon hunter's soundtrack and at the end of the day if you haven't
been aware of the soundtrack are you more likely to listen not only to the soundtrack but also watch the
movie
