Starting point is 00:00:00 I don't know too much about Ken Carson, but what I can tell you is a lot of artists like collaborating with Ken Carson. I don't know the reason. You know, I'm not trying to come across as a hater. I just don't know the reason why Ken Carson is the one that everybody goes running to when they want to put out a single, right? But that's okay, because at the end of day, Little Teca has a new track with King Carson titled Fell and Love. And there was a reason why I brought up Ken Carson in the way that he is able to bring up these features, because in his last album extended, i mean he had destroyed lonely on it and that was basically it so for little teka to put him on his album along with uh codec black it makes me wonder what is the connection between king carson
Starting point is 00:00:42 and little teca that makes them want to collaborate for music maybe it's the camaraderie and not and there's no disrespect not being as popping because if you don't know there's a certain um i'm not gonna say a good boys club because that comes with a derogatory um neck I forget the word. Basically, it comes with a certain stamp that's not the way I want to. This is not the way I intended. So basically, what I mean is certain artists sell above the rest. Those pool of artists collaborate with each other to keep each other on top.
Starting point is 00:01:23 If you start to fall off, you start to get less and less of museums. to collaborate from that certain group is the reason why Drake Travis Scott future all the goats usually are on each other's album because the rich get richer while the poor get poorer so in terms of sales if you're not selling as much it'd be harder to get an artist like a codec black i'll be interested to know how much codec black charged little tecker for this feature because i'm pretty sure it probably took up 50 to 70% of the entire budget because I'm not going to lie to you if you're not a prominent artist trying to get a feature I mean maybe a young boy literally just put out that he's doing features
Starting point is 00:02:12 for 200,000 in music videos for 250,000 so with that being said what do you think codec black is charging probably around if not lower for a feature or a music video appearance right so that being said low tech of having codec black on this album is a reason why that was the single because we're going to get the most out of this investment because 250,000 if that's not an investment i don't know what it is so they was probably like let's get the most out of this about putting this out as a single along with two other tracks um and see what it does i don't think it did what they thought it was going to do but at the end of day at least you have codec black on your album because It's like
Starting point is 00:02:55 When it comes to sales, obviously Kodak Black is one of them as far as being the top of the top and being respected amongst that peers. I think once you get to a certain legendary status, people just start to give you features off of the look and Kodak Black has achieved that status. I mean, he was literally throughout the whole last body of work from Kendrick Lamar.
Starting point is 00:03:16 If that doesn't tell you something, then I don't know what will. But anyways, focusing on Little Tekka, fell in love, featuring Ken Carson, I'll have to listen to it, of course. I can't wait to get into the body of work from Lotecker. Like I keep saying, I feel like his quality doesn't always match his sales, which is nothing wrong with that.
Starting point is 00:03:32 I just have to point it out to be fair, because I definitely bring up sales to other artists, and I definitely critique them when they don't sell as much or when they do sell, because it's definitely a limit scale for how hot a certain artist is. So I can't wait to get into the album. I feel like it's going to be good music, and that has me excited because Lil Teka consistently puts out quality music if I do say so myself.
Starting point is 00:03:58 So anyways, click my link to my bio. Let me know one of my social media is. What do you think about Lil Teca and Ken Carson's track titled Fell in Love? And do you think is fire or trash?
