Join Here: https://ow.ly/msoH50WCu0KAnalytic Dreamz dives deep into... Lil Uzi Vert’s monumental shift to full independence after fulfilling the Atlantic Records contract with Eternal Atake 2 (Nov 2024, Billboard 200 #3 debut). Now distributed, managed, and published exclusively through Roc Nation, Uzi joins an ultra-elite circle alongside only Jay-Z and Rihanna. Roc Nation President Krystian Santini hails Uzi as a “global icon” granted complete creative control with maximum resources. The new era launched with a surprise two-pack drop: morning single “Chanel Boy” (prod. ZeeGoinXrazy) – a high-synth Eternal Atake throwback dripping in Chanel luxury references – paired with a gritty NYC video featuring helicopters, Black SUVs, and full designer flex. Hours later came “Relevant” (prod. Trillion & Rima), a red-bandana Balenciaga statement reasserting dominance with immediate visual accompaniment.Analytic Dreamz breaks down the full 2025 context: Uzi’s low-profile year, cleared sexual harassment lawsuit (dismissed with prejudice), and the active $110M copyright case over “Just Wanna Rock” claiming 93–97% melodic similarity to Rief Rawyal’s “Pain and Pleasure.”This segment analyzes how Uzi’s Roc-backed independence creates one of rap’s most powerful artist-business structures, signals a return to beloved spacey sonics, and kicks off a new rollout era with unstoppable momentum. Essential listening for Uzi fans and hip-hop business observers.Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

I really love y'all.
Shepard.
Nah, I'm talking from a little Uzi's perspective.
But anyways, dot, dot, dot, dot.
Don't ever think I don't.
What in the world?
Bro.
This the English language?
Come on, man.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
I'm trying to read off this man, quote,
and he's not using the correct sentences.
Like, the punctuation is horrendous.
You guys.
See, that's the problem.
There should be some type of comma, but it's okay.
It's okay.
I'm gonna get past it.
I really love y'all.
Dot, dot, dot.
Don't ever think I don't.
The close ones leave, but the fans don't.
That's what's up right there.
I know that ain't who I think it is.
Yeah, that's what I was saying the whole time.
I know that ain't who I think of.
Because my brother, I know in the year of 2025, you did not just put out your first single.
that technically came out yesterday,
which is November,
for the people watching in the future,
was technically November 24th, 2025.
And that's the first time little Uzi put out an offering
in the year of 2025, ladies and gentlemen.
No, not a first album,
not just first feature, not a single.
It's first just musical offering in the year of 2025.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
But the Uzi fans care?
of course not because it's just going to leak his music anyway you know what I'm saying so no need for
little Uzi to put out music when all the hackers can do it themselves now I don't advocate for hacking
but it seems like in the little Uzi fandom um that's just that's just actively okay to hack your favorite
artist and put their music out for free so that being said um little Uzi verre ladies and gentlemen
has made news once again because of course I believe he's an immensely talented artist
and of course he just put out his specific track Chanel
boy and he put out another particular track if I could find the actual track it's called
relevant and the main thing about this you may just think oh I mean little Uzi put out music
for the first time of 2025 that's also a big deal but the main thing I was going to point out
is that it now says core slash rock nation distribution you guys now you already know what that
means when rock nation is the backer of something as big as little Uzi
Pause.
You already know there's a huge marketing rollout to come out for the album.
Because if you look at the last album,
Generation Now slash Atlantic Records was the credits as far as a subsidiary and a major label.
And now you look at the single.
And now that it says core slash rock nation distribution,
I would assume that little Uzi may have one of the biggest years that he's ever had in his career.
I know, hold up now.
I know that may be a hot take.
but when I talk about Jay-Z
being the most influential
person ever
in hip-hop
rock nation is a branch
of that specific tree
and the reason why I say that
is because
now let's take to
another branch
as far as Rihanna
what are those two names
have in common with
little Uzi Vurt
they're all sign
to Rock Nation distribution
but then you know what I'm saying
I was like damn look at the state of hip-hop
like what's going on
now you may be thinking i thought little uzi was independent well technically you're correct but
after being independent as far as leaving or quote unquote completing his deal with atlantic
records with uh his delivery of eternal a take two which happened november 2024 so it's been a full
year since then technically so when everybody say oh quality music just take time that's why
these artists be taken five to six years to release music no my brother if they're under under a major
label and they're not putting out music, they're most likely 95% likely to be beefing with the label.
So with that being said, Little UziVirte is soon, I mean, as soon as he was released from his deal,
as far as from Atlantic Records, he released music.
Now, distributing through Rock Nation distribution, which of course is managed by Rock Nation,
which of course is published by Rock Nation, okay, y'all get the point, right?
So now, when you look at Little Uzi Verk being the one of only three,
Three artists to be signed to this distribution and the other two artists are Jay-Z and Rihanna.
You come to realize why my hot take is.
Little Uzi Verk may be on the road to having his best gear ever in music.
So that being said, the Rock Nation president came out and called little Uzi a quote, global
icon and a dynamic force.
Until you realize, hold on now, y'all just got a little Uzi.
safe to say you already know what he's going to do for you in the future but that's just me putting on
my conspiracy yeah you know nothing too crazy it's not like artists from rock nation have had unfair
treatment as far as being pushed in front of the masses right to the point where certain people
who are handled by rock nation would have theories thrown out there like hey what if so and so
perform that to Super Bowl.
It's safe to say, a lot of people
stick it to yourself,
I think nobody on planet Earth
ever thought that. Now, there's a specific artist
I'm talking about, but of course, I'm not trying to get sued.
So that being said, as far
as the independent, quote-unquote,
releases from Little Uzi Verk, Chanel Boy
and Relevant is now out, well, no,
Chanel Boy is out on DSP. Shout out to Moon's Samurai
for following on Twitch. If you're listening to this on my podcast
platforms, just know I'm live currently.
With that being said, Chanel Boy,
is out that's produced by z going crazy and of course you have relevant which of course is produced by
trillian and rema so with that specific fact that out of the way the main thing i just wanted to let you
know is that deep dive into the rock nation distribution i'm not trying to get on my rest tip pause you
guys see that's the problem but there's a reason why russ may be one of the most hated artists
in the industry i think when you're actually
immensely successful and you're technically independent as far as putting out music through tune core
and then you come out and say things like an 85 to 15 split to press upload as madness which is
what rock nation distribution is and then people call you crazy because guess what now you're fighting
against the machine as a majorly successful independent artist i don't think you understand
russ may be one of the most successful independent artists we have in the game that's truly
independent. No Rock Nation management, no Sony management, no distribution deals, just straight,
Russ, demon, putting out music on DSPs and affected the masses. So now, when you look at him
talking about why Rock Nation is such a bad distribution deal, let me say specifically what he says
as far as going back and forth. Well, a lot of people who he really shouldn't have been going back
and forthway because we just figured out most of the influencers on the internet is just straight bots.
the most influential artist that was cosplaying as a black man mind you as far as you know being
the head of the kbots um they just got exposed from being from india so anyways despite that
Russ basically came out and talked about uh how the 85 percent the 85 slash 15 percent split is madness
right i was wanting to deep down more into that so when you look at the deal uh he said something
specifically because he said a lot of things but i want to pull this up specifically
as far as him talking about the payment and how i think i found it okay here we go yeah okay
analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio because i'm showing it right now
so the one and only russ demon this man coming out giving free game because of course i don't know why
but he's just one of the more disrespect to artist so he has to prove that he's really talking their
real talk so russ said a fifty dollar annual fee versus 15% of your entire catalogs revenue
which is what rock nation is are not remote
comparable. One is a fixed cost
to other is a tax on your
entire career.
But then you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of
hip hop. Like, what's going on? Free
quote, quote, free to upload
is okie dokey. Well, it's the
okey dokey. Fix
fees protects artists.
Percentages drain artists.
And he made it even simpler,
even more simple for people who didn't understand.
He said, if you make even $1,000
a year, 15%
is $150.
dollars you guys and he ended off by saying you've already paid near three times the amount of any
flat fee distributor you guys see that's the problem shout to russ for being one of the sound minds in the
hip-hop game because as a russ fan as i've already said he had my favorite album of 2025 well not
not favorite my fault my favorite hip-hop album of 2025 with his album wild as far as my favorite
album you know i'm glad you're asked uh the weekend hurry up tomorrow is my favorite album of the year but anyways
um russ interestingly enough gets disrespects so much that nobody will even bring up his name and
discussion wild is like a phenomenal album like really really top-tier rapping um with that being said
the reason why i even bring up russ when talking about rock nation is because of little uzi being
part of j z and riana as far as spearheading the signy artist that the uh
the mascot type artist for this label to make other artists look at this and say,
hmm, I wonder if I should sign the Rock Nation distribution.
So the rest is basically just laying it out that it's not the greatest deal.
You can go to Distro Kid, you can go to TuneCorp and get way more benefits at a flat fee.
There's somebody taking 15% that's not even going to do anything for the buttons,
except for pressing upload, which you can still do on Distro Kid and TuneCore,
and you play a flat rate, which is way cheaper.
So anyways, if you hear anybody talk about this Rock Nation
distribution deal that says it's a great deal you already know what's going on you guys see that's
all i'm gonna say you're not even gonna say any names you already know what's going on if they come out
and be like yeah rock nation distribution that's the best uh deal i've ever seen man people should really
support that because you know support black business like when you look at the the actual
details of 15% of your entire catalog versus a flat fee versus uh um the flat fees from digital kid
and tune court you just come to realize it's just not a good deal at all
getting back to little uzi i don't care too much for little uzi being on rock nation i do believe
when it comes to him being on rock nation he will have personal benefits now when it comes to the
landscape of rappers them signing to uh rock nation distribution is not going to be the same as little
uzi being on there because he's already solidified he has a lot of industry ties that you do that that you do not
and of course once again the rock nation distribution is a bad deal for the plethora of things i just laid out
So, little OuziVir, being under Rock Nation, I think it's going to work for him specifically,
but not for other up-and-coming rappers that's trying to get that Rock Nation cosign so they think
they're going to blow up.
It's not going to work like that.
So when it comes to 2025, if you were wondering, if you was wondering where your favorite
artist was, guess what?
That man was hibernating and basically in the, what was the Dragon Ball Z type of, I forget
what they call it, is a hybrid, basically the, the chamber.
some chamber right the time chamber whatever that dragon ball stuff is i don't watch anime but basically
it was hibernating and uh uzi was hibernating and waiting to come out to basically put out this new
music under rock nation distribution so with that being said click my link true in my bio let me know
on one of my social medias what do you think about little uzi vert now going quote unquote
independent but really under rock nation distribution and one of the only three artists being signed
which is low once again it's little uzi verve j z and riana you guys so click my link here in my bio
let me know in one of my social medias what do you think about little uzi verse career trajectory
now that he's under rock nation do you believe his career success was skyrocket or do you think
it will plummet
