So Weezeef Baby, aka Little Wayne, is back with the new music, and it says featuring DMX, but please don't get your hopes up because it's just a sample.
Now, I had to say that as soon as I could because I know people are going to be like, Little Wayne featuring DMX, like, that's going to be insane.
I got to press play on that just to hear Little Wayne rap with a DMX sample, which is not a bad thing.
Of course, Little Wayne rapping is never a bad thing.
Don't ever get that twisted.
Like, come on now.
like top 10 all time you know what i'm saying but um as far as the dmx or featuring dmx i kind of compared
to when drake had juice world on his certified level boy album on his track with kid cuddy but he was
only as a sample like juice world was just saying a couple words and then it got into the song it's
kind of like if drake put featuring juice world like it wouldn't have made sense it would have been
cloud chasing now would I ever accuse such a legend of cloud chasing definitely not because
of course little Wayne is him but featuring DMX after he's passed away kind of makes me feel
like we're going to get a DMX unreleased first and to not get that was a little
disappointing I would have to say but the track overall is little Wayne rapping
over a beat with a DMX sample.
So it can't really be average or below average
because Lil Wayne is not either of those
when it comes to rapping.
So it's a very, very good track.
I might even say great track by Little Wayne
because it's him rapping over a beat
that's one memorable and two has a nostalgic factor
when it comes to the sample,
which I always say sampling is one of the best ways
to put your track in the top 10.
And when you look at it artistically,
you may say, well, you've never had a top 10 hit.
How can you say that?
But when you look at the analytics
and all the different tracks that went top five,
but number one, they've all had some type of sample
or interpolation from a popular track way back in the day,
which is why some of these people come out of the woodworks,
who was just like, hey, I need my bread.
And that's why you see all these musicians getting sued.
And if they're not getting sued, sometimes they just come out and say,
hey, this track's not, or this tracks getting changed or this is getting taken off
because of licensing issues.
You know, it happens all the time.
Because I will give a prime example to another passed away artist,
but, you know, that's enough of talking about artists that are passed away.
I don't want to harp too much on that.
But Little Wayne is one of the greatest rappers of all time.
and he displays that again with this track titled Can't Nobody featuring a sample from DMX.
So, I mean, come on.
Like some of these lyrics from Louis Wayne is just one of those readalongs where little Wayne really separates himself from the pack.
I mean, one of the lyrics is sometimes I smiled to hide the miles of my road traveled,
shake my hand and felt like you just touched a stone handle
I want the
Gucci okay this is more of a
Is it flam? No no no like a
A braggadocious type of line
But he says Gucci buffs on my eyes
Look like solar panels so I kind of like that
Because in general you know a lot of people take from little way
As far as creativity wise and impact and just how to look as a rapist
like literally one-on-one what is a rapper people think of little way so he's impacted nearly
three decades of of musicians so it's like little wayne can do no wrong and whenever he raps
about his lifestyle you know he's coming from a place of uniqueness because all these rappers
i mean all of them are an influence by little way so anyways uh click my link to my bio let me know
one of my social medias. What do you think about Little Wayne's track titled Can't Nobody? And what did you
think about the feature from DMX being a sample rather than the actual unreleased verse?
