Starting point is 00:00:03 Now I've already talked about this specific group and on two different occasions as far as the emptiness in the machine and heavy as the crown. Of course, the emptiness machine came out September 27th, 2024 as far as me speaking on this monumental comeback from Lincoln Park as far as the album being set as far as a release date. And then not only that, but just obviously shining the light on. the tragic loss of Chester Bennington back in 2017 as the band completely returned as far as after their grieving and then the ultimate chart-topping success of the emptiness in the machine
Starting point is 00:00:49 which basically dominated 16 billboard charts and hit number one on six of them and that was the new band lineup success so now with the album from Z-Whorred. Now out on all DSPs. I also talked about them when they put out the second single, which is heavy as the crown. I was October 11th, 2024. And basically, the emptiness machine made a tremendous amount of impact in the music industry because of the resurgence. And of course, you know, the tragic loss of Chester Bennington.
Starting point is 00:01:28 But then, of course, what heavy is the crown climbing to number two on the official rock and metal singles charting UK just behind their other track the emptiness in the machine you realize that overall people have been waiting for this band to come back but obviously gave them some time to grieve because of course the loss of their uh their their uh i guess you would call it a co-worker or friend or family really don't know what you know because it's different members of the band so i don't know if they're family friends i don't know how that goes but obviously they was hurt and you know, rightfully so. So they took their time and the fans waited and whenever they came back, they boosted them
Starting point is 00:02:11 up to the highest degree. So now from Zero is officially out, which is an entire body of work from Lincoln Park, which is 31 minutes and length under the marketing strategy of Warner Records. So safe to say, this album is going to have a little bit of success, right? Lincoln Park, the resurgence is to be commended. It definitely is something I wanted to highlight for the simple fact that after seven years and then putting out this album and then of course having new members of the band, I mean, you had Emily Armstrong, which is formerly known as Dead Sarah.
Starting point is 00:02:57 So she was the new lead vocalist. You had Colin Britton, which replaced or who replaced. Rob Burden on the drums and then of course the core members of Mike Shinoda Johan and Dave Phoenix Farrell Ferrell oh no I think it's feral they all remain so they was already a part of the group but they still remain for the new culmination of the group so with the new group putting out these successful tracks as far as the emptiness in the machine and heavy as the crown and they're coming out with an entire body of work out now in all ds titled from zero you
Starting point is 00:03:40 probably can already guess that there's going to be significant amount of impact with this particular track on the charts so with this album i do believe that when they come back it may not be the um longest hiatus in between albums so i'm not saying like oh they're going to start putting our albums consistently but now i think they found a groove as far as the new band members, right? Putting out successful tracks that ultimately as a musician gives you a lot of confidence going forward. Because obviously the band that we have now,
Starting point is 00:04:16 the new band, which is very important, because when you have, it's like sports, you have a new member, a new, well, like multiple new members. The chemistry is up in the air. We don't know how it's going to be. And then once you find out that this can actually work and we're all clicking on all cylinders and we're on the same page, then it's probably easier to put out music in the future as far as after this album is considered. But especially for today,
Starting point is 00:04:43 we're focusing on the successful launch of From Zero by Lincoln Park, marking the end of their seven-year hiatus. So with that being said, click my link, sure in my bio. Let me know on one of my social media is, what do you think about Lincoln Park's latest album that they just dropped from Zero? And if you've listen to it, what is your favorite track off of the album?
