Starting point is 00:00:03 Getting back into a band that I've covered before as far as Lincoln Park and, you know, my coverage of From Zero, heavy as the crown and the emptiness machine seem to be or seem to have positive reception to the point where now with their new track up from the bottom, I wanted to cover it and give their supporters more of a snapshot on what they are leading towards as far as his marketing rollout. and because their album from zero the deluxe edition is coming out may 16th of this year so it's coming up pretty soon and with that being said there's also something else that you may not be aware of and you know here at notorious mass effect this brings joy to my heart because this brings gaming and music into one package right so lincoln park is collaborating with the one and only epic games but more specifically Fortnite as their collaboration aligning with the launch of their single up from the bottom couldn't have had better timing as
Starting point is 00:01:06 it includes three jam tracks faint the emptiness machine and the new single up from the bottom up from the bottom plus cosmetics like instruments in an emo and I've seen the emo let's just say it's fire right the band playing in unison and of course that'd be the email is especially tied to how fortnight has ran as micro transactions for the beginning from the beginning of time right as with this particular package it overall costs well the bundle cost two thousand v bucks now you're probably wondering what is that in usd well i'm glad you asked that is
Starting point is 00:01:45 about 15 to 16 ladies and gentlemen and more specifically 16 you know they say 1598 because they say your brand can equate it being 16 i don't know why they say that they say psychologically it helps with the consumers the buying the product so essentially it's $16 right for this entire package now with that being said I do believe on the surface level a lot of fans of Lincoln Park would end up buying this bundle if they also play for a night because when they put out the original from zero album and also the tracks that they put out previously as far as heavy the crown especially the emptiness machine it really dominated the charts to the point where it had um it was towards the top of the chart i'm trying to see where it was that the emptiness machine
Starting point is 00:02:43 it dominated 16 billboard charts and hit number one on six of them and of course people who are familiar of the band they already know that they have a new lineup including the addition of Emily Armstrong as a co-front woman and she was helping out well she is now part of the actual band and helped out with the album as far as From Zero. So with that being said, their return to fame has been quite coveted
Starting point is 00:03:11 and that is why you see the huge discreferency as far as the latest album and the one before that because the album that they put out before that let's just say didn't garner as much attention as the From Zero album. So then putting out a deluxe edition for this album from Zero
Starting point is 00:03:31 just showcases how they are appreciative of the support as they're willing to add more tracks to it. And the first one is of course up from the bottom. So with the Fortnite collab, with the latest track being up from the bottom, I do believe that a lot of people are going to be inclined to check out this band.
Starting point is 00:03:50 If you don't know, the music video for Up From the Bottom, was directed by Johan and with the whole direction and the camera angles you can obviously tell that they had a veteran which is you know joehan directing the music video as it had one of their i think it's one of their best music videos as far as um choreography goes if that makes sense so when you're looking at it from that aspect when you're looking at it as a return to fame as lincoln park you know struggle for a a little bit, especially after the passing of their previous members. I do believe that this is a great return to form.
Starting point is 00:04:34 And when it comes to objectively speaking, a lot of people are checking out their music. And it's more of a new chapter as far as the continued recognition of new fans coming in and finding a connection, especially with their world tour that they're about to go on, right? and I think that starts in April I believe because now with them putting out the deluxe edition then going on tour and the tour yeah okay so the tour starts April 26 2025 in Austin Texas and the final stop is in Seattle of September 24th 2025 so if you're a huge fan of Lincoln Park just know the tour starts April 26 and it ends in September 24th so make sure to go to the Lincoln Park social media, find out where, when they're coming to your area,
Starting point is 00:05:23 and then, you know, buy your ticket if you're a huge fan. So that being said, I believe up from the bottom is going to be a successful track on the charts and it's just going to continue the trajectory of them going upwards, especially with their new vocalist, Emily Armstrong, the new drummer, Colin Britton, and of course the production, including a lot of contributions from Mike Shinoda, Johan, and of course, once again, Emily Armstrong. So if you want to know more of the direction as far as musically, they have a lot of Ada weights and really turntable scratches.
Starting point is 00:05:56 And that reminds me of the hip-hop elements. But then you realize they also have Shinoda to add a lot of rap elements as far as his verses amongst the track. So it's a lot of different elements and genres they're using in one. And it all works out as far as being a band and people bringing their own unique flair. to contribute to the track so with that being said click my link tree in my bio let me know one of my social medias what do you think about linking parks up from the bottom single and will you be listening to the deluxe edition from zero when it comes out may 16th of this year
