Starting point is 00:00:00 Shepard, promise me you'll tell them to subscribe for ad free content. Now ladies and gentlemen, of course we've gotten into this particular band before, specifically on April 8th, 2026, when we covered Mana's track, Clevado and Unbar. Now, of course, we are back again because when it comes to notoriously effect of the masses, that's effectively what this band has accomplished. As of course, Mana in their particular 2020, which if you look closely, you come to realize the only single they have in 2026 is the remix with Duolipa and Furdi Mana, which that in particular, it's very interesting because of course, I think this particular track, so this particular track released September 7th, 1992. Now I know what you're saying. What in the actual? You got it. It is 2026 and we're talking about a track from 1992.
Starting point is 00:01:00 but yes ladies and gentlemen as when you look at it specifically not only is this band consisting of fur a livera as far as vocals and guitar alex gonzalez as far as the drums and sergio valin as far as guitar and juan caleros as far as the base but they collectively came together to make this smash hit because if you don't know when it comes to the particular track oi me a more that came out september 7th 1992 sold 10 plus million copies worldwide. And when you look at the album in its totality, it's the best-selling Spanish rock album ever. I don't know what you're saying, dreams.
Starting point is 00:01:46 Or Shepard. I thought we was talking about a particular track. Well, yes, ladies and gentlemen, we are, as the self-titled track Oimei Amour is currently the 18th most played track in Mexico. Not only that, but of course, when you look it up, right, it's all type of remixes because this track is beyond successful. So when you look at it, this particular track, as far as it coming out in 1992, had 11 other
Starting point is 00:02:16 songs on it. That album that I just talked about is 53 minutes in length, right? So when you come to the album, if you wanted to look it up, is Dondei Guaran. That's that right? What, Huagran? Hold up now. I definitely, I definitely butcher that. Let me see if Jarvis can actually help me out with this pronunciation,
Starting point is 00:02:37 because I totally forgot that I did not know what I'd say that. So let me see. Because if y'all want to look it up, it wouldn't help if I'm butchering it, right? You know, that doesn't help at all. So let me see. Donned Juggeran lost Ninos. Jeteran. See, I thought you wasn't supposed to use the J?
Starting point is 00:02:52 I thought it was an H. Am I tripping? Hold on more time, one more time. Donned Jugaran lost Ninos. Okay. Ju-Garon. I guess you're supposed to use the J. I thought it was a H. Anyways. I said Donde Jujaran Los Ninos. That came out January 1st, 1992. But of course, when you look at the single Oi-Mey Moore, which is, which came out September 7th, 1992, you come to realize that not only
Starting point is 00:03:21 is this track notoriously affecting the masses, but this particular track is one of the most successful tracks of all time because of course not as far as the career achievements for mana is through the roof as they've had 50 50 million plus records sold worldwide for grammy awards non-latan grammy awards performed in 30 plus countries ranked number nine on billboard's 50 best latin rock bands of all time and widely regarded as one of the most influential rock and espionole bands so whenever we're getting into this particular group you also have to keep in mind that currently they are on tour so if you're wanting to watch them live they are on the vivier ireseigne ire tour and it's ongoing promoted by live nation once again live nation is uh you know
Starting point is 00:04:17 showcasing that all right my fault i ain't going to get into the monopolistic tactics right now but anyways so they are on tour it launched september 2025 and And they have a pletto of sold out shows. And that is not surprising at all. Granted, the achievements I just read out, but if you wanted to know the live performance achievements, basically the last major prior tour in Mexico, Lindo W. K.
Starting point is 00:04:42 K.Rito, K. Kriito, spanned 14 countries, sold out over 100 concerts, and drew more than 1.8 million fans. And when you come to estimates, because you already know I'm a Hall of Fame pocket watcher, right? No, I mean, obviously I didn't know that because, you know, as far as a Hall of Fame pocket watcher, which I do call myself, when it comes to the revenue, $197 million.
Starting point is 00:05:14 And Mana holds the record such as most L.A. Arena shows in strong streaming as far as $1.3 billion annual Spotify streams and 12 plus billion YouTube views all time. So in general, when I look at the, because I think the YouTube charts is right here. So I didn't look at the YouTube charts before I got into them. I didn't exactly think they'll be on there, but they may be on there. If I can spell chart correctly, there we go. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:05:43 There we go. So when we look at mana, yeah, they don't have one on here as far as charting. But that's fine. Because, of course, when it comes to singles, when it comes to live performance, I think there's certain outlets that you can get your music out to the masses on, right? I think live performance and DSPs is the greatest platforms to have a mass effect when it comes to music specifically. So, safe to say, Mata has that. So getting into the rest of the details with this particular group, if he didn't know, they were on the FIFA Cup, the FIFA World Cup stage.
Starting point is 00:06:18 So you probably think of it to yourself. But didn't we just cover FIFA and you didn't say Mata one bit? Well, no, ladies and gentlemen, I did not because that was. When we cover that, July 21st, 2026, I covered the FIFA World Cup halftime show as far as the halftime show for the final. So I should have put World Cup final. But when it comes to Mana specifically, they also perform. And when they perform, basically they perform during the 2026 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony.
Starting point is 00:06:52 Because if you don't know, there's a plethora of games that goes on to FIFA World Cup. Now, don't get me being a LARP to break it down to you. I don't know too much. I'll just cover in the music aspect of the FIFA World Cup. And shout out to y'all for supporting that. But when it comes to MENA specifically, they performed during the 26 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony. And they returned for the World Cup quarterfinal halftime show,
Starting point is 00:07:15 feature Mexico versus England on July 5th at Estadio, Ciudad de Mexico, formerly Estadio Azteca. And then with Duolipa, because they do have that remix, that they just put out this year. The only single that they have out this year. Now, that doesn't mean they haven't put out music in the year of 2026 because they have a whole album out right now that is titled Veverasin Iyer Tour. Literally, that's what the album's titled. So if you type that up, on whatever platform you listen to music on, it should pop up. It has about 17 tracks at an hour and 21 minutes at length. That's a good amount, you know? So mainly, the reason why I bring that up
Starting point is 00:07:53 is because they do have musical offering. But when it comes to singles, They only have one particular track and that's the track with Duolipa, which is the Oi, Mi Amor, live from Mexico. So I'm assuming with that particular track, they wanted to perform it just because of the broad appeal and it being so recent. And of course, their track from 1992, still doing a humaculent on their charts. So because it's not the 2026 Omi Amor track that's charting in Mexico. It's the original 1992 track that's charting in the year of 2026 in Mexico. more specifically the 18th most played track in Mexico. So getting back into FIFA World Cup,
Starting point is 00:08:31 the collaboration did reach number 26 on the Argentina Hot 100s. So if you didn't know that, guess what? Your boy dreams got all type of fun facts for you, you know what I mean? You know what I mean? We're not analytic dreams for a reason. You know what I'm saying? I mean, we're analytic dreams for a reason. So basically, when it comes to reinvigorating the engagement from the masses
Starting point is 00:08:52 via the World Cup final live performance. Obviously, a lot of artists was on the FIFA World Cup stage as far as Shakira, Burnaboy, Jay Balvin. We talked about BTS. Of course, we talked about I Show Speed and his performance.
Starting point is 00:09:09 But you probably think of it to yourself. Well, what's the biggest beneficial factor from being on the FIFA World Cup stage as a musician? I think it's obvious, but if you needed to be spelled out, just know. FIFA is one of the most viewed sports ever. Most viewed events ever because it's off of football, which is America soccer.
Starting point is 00:09:32 Right. So when you look at FIFA and the exposure for artists, you reach a global audience of billions. I'm not exaggerating. That's literally the limitless potential you can have as a musician performing on a FIFA world stage. So now when you keep that in mind, you come to realize the answer. the anthem, the official anthem by Day Day Day, the track Day Day by Shakira and Burnaboy held Spotify's Global Daily number one for 19 consecutive days. And that's based off of them being a theme song for FIFA.
Starting point is 00:10:06 So now, obviously Burnaboy and Shakira have had success in the own right, but having the outright theme anthem and having that spot at number one for 19 days, I mean, that type of credit I believe should go to FIFA and that type of eyeballs they had on the event because of course historically FIFA has produced global exposure for all musicians and in today's age
Starting point is 00:10:30 with the technology technological advancements as far as social media you kind of realize it's even bigger it's more than billions billions is just talking about the FIFA event now we're talking about social media the potential is limitless for your single so anyways
Starting point is 00:10:45 that is the benefits of performing at the FIFA World Cup event and safety to say Monna took that opportunity and ran with it. So shout out to a band formed in 1986, being the best-selling Spanish language rock album ever, having the best-selling Spanish-language rock album ever. And putting out Oi Me a Moore, as far as that particular track, still being notoriously affecting the masses as it came out in 1992 in the year of 2026, still the 18th most play track in Mexico.
Starting point is 00:11:20 So at that being said, click my link to share my bio to follow me on my social media's. And of course, if you are a mana fan or if you're just a Spanish rock fan in general, what is your favorite track and song in that particular genre and why?
