Getting into Marshmello and Truino in the latest collaboration titled Fail and Tile?
I don't even think I pronounced that even close to correct.
So anyways, let's just listen to Jarvis pronounce this for me because in general,
I do not understand how to pronounce this track.
Song History.
Fail in Tao.
Fail in Tao.
Fail in Tao.
All right.
So hopefully I don't butcher that anymore.
Anyways, Truino and Marshmelo have a new track titled Fail in Tau, which of course, if you don't know, I've covered Truino probably two times in the lifespan of this podcast.
The first time being July 12, 2024, while I covered Truino's track, Real Gangsta in Love.
Oh, no, Real Gangsta Love. And of course, I covered him in January 31st, 2025, where he put out the track with Feed titled Cruz.
Now, of course, I covered Feed a plethora of times, really like several goodness, a lot of times.
And of course, Marshmallow had his hand in a lot of tracks where he was, he made a track with Kane Brown, Miles on it.
I covered that back in June 7th.
And then, of course, the Polo G. Marshmallow South Side track titled Grown Man.
So I'm very familiar with both of these artists, especially Truino being from the Latin music field.
I've covered a lot of artists from there.
So this particular segment is about the latest track.
uh fail and t i've already forgot how to say what is it fail and tau i think i said it right hold
let's run it back one more time fail in tau all right fail in tau all right there we go so this just
well no release wednesday so if you don't know it's more of an edium latin fusion so as far as dragon
as dragon ball feet uh dragon ball z fans you already know what that means as these two very distinct genres
coming together, especially blending Truino's Latin rap delivered over
Marshmallow's signature EDM is very significant, especially because you don't get this too often
from Marshmallow because he does collaborate with a lot of artists.
Like I said, I remember covering Marshmallow when he was with Kane Brown for the track
Miles on it.
But now with this new track put out, you don't really know how it's going to encapsulate
the masses because you don't hear this fusion of genres too often.
Really, hip hop and I would say country, you see more often than EDM and Latin rap as far as just the blending of both genres.
So I'll be interested to see how this comes about.
But, I mean, having messy to do the ad for your new track out now, it's very interesting.
I mean, out of all the people you can have do your ad and you have one of the most popular athletes on planet Earth kicking around a football through a,
goal post and then basically uh well yeah a field goal a goal post yeah goal post i'm tripping uh
and then ultimately promoting your track so i think that's i don't know how much that cost to get messy
to do that but i'm pretty sure it wasn't cheap so obviously they have a lot of money behind this
track and i just think in general it has a high potential to go up there as far as the charts
because if you don't know when it comes to edm marshmallow is
I don't know if he's the absolute goat, but at the bare minimum, he's one of the goats of EDM.
And with that being said, him combining with Truino, who's an up-and-coming Latin musician,
putting up all type of numbers on the charts, it ultimately makes sense as far as this fusion of genres and sounds
as both of them have their own respective fan bases.
And now you're combining it, just immense potential to be a global banger, like just not to be too,
cliche, I think this would definitely have mass appeal as far as on the charts and especially
TikTok.
So I think that song is likely to debut in the top 10, especially in Mexico.
That's my assumption.
So I'll take it with a grain of salt.
Like I'm not just saying it's going to be factual that it charts in the top 10, but I think
it's going to have high charting potential, especially with this blending of genres not
being too often as far as Latin rap and EDM, right?
Come to think of it, when's the last time you've heard an EDM in Latin genre fusion?
All right?
It's really not that often.
So anyways, when it comes to that, I think it's going to be fantastic.
I've listened to Trujano before.
I like his music.
As far as the Latin community, I really prefer Pace of Pluma.
I don't know what it is.
I just really like his flow.
I like his cadence and the way he puts together songs.
I've even listened to a full album from Paisa Pluma.
And that's just my favorite from the Latin music field.
So I think at some point,
point Trino may creep up in there as far as like my actual playlist and my rotation.
But as of right now, Paisal Plumas usually the Latin musician that I go towards as far as if I want to
play something from that community.
So with that being said, click my link to my bio.
Let me know one of my social media is.
What do you think about Trino and Marshmallows' latest collab titled Fail and Tile?
I'll definitely butcher that, but it's okay.
What do you think about that track?
and overall, do you think this idiom Latin rap fusion was a success?
