Breaking news, ladies and gentlemen, Clay Thompson has finally figured out after years, decades of putting in hard work, right? To the point where some would say the most you could score off of a shot is a four point play. Now with that being said, the main thing for this NBA side tangent is because Megan the Stallion just put out her track lover girl, which if you don't know is I believe it's her second single because I believe she had whenever that dropped in April 2025. Actually, let me go see when that actually can. out yeah okay so not 2025 obviously the year but April 25th 2025 so that's when whenever came out and as far as that particular track I'm not gonna focus on the objective success of these particular tracks because the main thing I want to get across is something else because of course the Megan Hive may be a little

irate at me bringing this up but because I'm in the media industry I have to keep it eight more than 92 You guys. See, that's the problem. Now, the reason why I say that is because along with Megan the Stallion's track, lover girl, she's been making a lot of waves recently behind the scenes as far as media pundits such as myself, right? So anyways, the one and only DJ Academics. He came out with a lot to say, especially when it came to his deposition.

If you don't know, DJ Academics was subpoenaed for two depositions. one in August of this year, one in October. And when it comes to the questioning, it's very interesting how he was asked time and time again if he was paid by Tori, Drake, or Nikki to bash Megan the Stallion or Amplify Graham's Post, which is Milagro Grams, by the way. So academics obviously denied those allegations, but the main reason I'm bringing that up is because of every time Megan the Stallion putting out a release, this is going to have the type of coverage from media connoisseurs such as myself because they see a lot of things happening behind the scenes

and whether it's true true or not the overall perception from the media is that you're attacking them through depositions and it's not just DJ academics it was Aiden Ross as well Joe Budden and of course when it comes to that all of this is through the allegations of the suit claiming that Milagros acted as a paid surrogate for Toray lanes to harass Megan including promoting deep fakes and lies and the case is ongoing in New Jersey Fed court now when it comes to the Megan the Stallion winning the gag order over Milagro Grams in June 2025 it's probably why you haven't heard anything from malagros specifically but of course dj academics one of the biggest mouths in the history poll in the media game pause you guys see that's the problem he was

definitely gonna tell it all especially when he was subpoenaed so don't want to spend too much time on that because this is about megan right so the main thing i was going to get at with megan the stallion is i really like her music megan the stallion is one of the few musicians to where the video could be play it on mute and there'll be high quality and then the audio only version could be played and it's still high quality but then you know what i'm saying i was like damn look at the state of hip-hop like what's going on essentially what i'm trying to get across is that megan the stallion is a phenomenal artist i will never forget how her and the baby had a goku and i think it's gohan i don't really watch dragon ball dragon ball z like that let's just say goku and vegeta type of battle in the double xl freestyle

To this day, people talk about the 2016 freestyle, and of course, you know, that's phenomenal, right? With Uzi, 21 Savage, the whole nine. But what Megan the Stallion and the Baby did in that double XL freestyle is one of the best double XL freestyle I've heard in a minute. And I don't even know if it was a freestyle. I think it was the cipher. It was the one when it was rapping over the beat and it was both in the same video. So if you type in Megan the Stallion and the baby, it'll probably pop up. But I am highly impressed with Megan the Stallion's lyrical ability.

So when it comes to that listening to the track, I enjoyed how this track was a change of course because it was specifically dedicated to her boyfriend, Clay Thompson. So to the point where analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio, because currently I have up the picture of her putting the captioned Lover Girl. And then who is that beside her? Had a lot of brothers in society saying this right here. It should have been mad. Sad Dan history as as you look through the slides, you can come to realize that is the one and only Clay Thompson. And look who's right by his side. So anyways, with that being said, the main thing I was wanting to get across is this song is more for Clay Thompson.

As you could tell by the video. Oh, let me mute that. As you could tell by the video, it's a very high quality video. I ain't going to lie to you. Like as far as the artistry, as far as. as everything about it. All right, my fault. Let's get back to the music.

So when it comes to the audio, I think she's getting off some phenomenal bars as far as being appreciative of being in a relationship with Clay Thompson and of course, vice versa. As I believe Clay Thompson has posted her on his IG. I'm not sure, but I think he has. So when it comes to the track specifically, it's titled Lover Girl Out Now on All DSPs.

It has more of an old school R&B vibe. And if you're getting some type of nostalgic feel, one you're old I don't even know why I played that drop that's not the one I was trying to I know that ain't who I think it is for one you may be a little old if you recognize the nostalgic

factor in this track but you know hey that's what's the point right as the 1996 R&B hit kissing you is what's playing throughout the entire track and of course the cover art is Megan the Stallion styled as Cupid pink wig

violet brawine wine corset Shepard. All right, my fault. I was just trying to give them the objective facts. All right, anyways, let's get back to it. So Clay Thompson and Megan Nostalian are in a happy relationship. If you didn't know, when this relationship happened, it was first put out on Clay Thompson's IG, I believe. It was like working out or something.

Or maybe it was Megan Nyssalion. Anyway, so they're publicly seen with each other. So you already know what that means. They're basically trying to let the world know that they are indeed an actual couple. So that's the main thing I was wanting to get at. Shout out to Clay Thompson. Shout out to Megan the Stallion. And as far as the lover girl track, I like the track. I think it's solid. When it comes to the objective success, like I've said time and time again, hip hop has been in one of this one of his worst statistical years as far as in a in 2025 to hip hop hasn't had the

greatest year statistically. So I'm not really judging Megan the Stallion too harshly because it's very much recession for a lot of hip hop artists.
