Now, safe to say, if I was to have a pun, I would state that is beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Shepard.
All right, my fault.
So, you know, I try my best.
You know what I'm saying?
So anyways, Michael Bublay.
I think that's how you pronounce it.
Safe to say, getting into a lot of holiday grates, we haven't, we have yet to speak on Michael Bublay.
Hopefully I'm saying the right.
If I'm not, then hey, you know what I'm saying?
My bad.
But anyways, with his specific album Christmas, that is currently the 25th most play album in the world.
And then of course Michael Bubbley, as far as it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas being the 48th most played track in the world currently, you're probably wondering to yourself, how do these tracks consistently enter into the charts before it's even December?
Well, I'm glad you asked.
as when it comes to radio play and heavy rotation,
safe to say that plays a heavy part into the holiday great songs
that we keep hearing every single time Christmas comes around.
And of course, that goes for Mariah Carey.
That goes for Nat King Cole.
That goes for a lot of specific tracks.
That goes for a Christmas holiday type of feel,
which we covered a lot last year.
So, of course, we just continue in a tradition.
So with that being said, Michael Bubley,
and his specific track is beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Receiving heavy playlist and radio rotation,
a lot of people are enjoying getting unto the Christmas spirit
because, of course, Thanksgiving just gets completely neglected, right?
It's personally my favorite holiday, but, you know, that's what's the point.
So with the reoccurring sales and radio airplay and the nostalgia factor,
all I want for Christmas is you
Last Christmas Fairytale of New York
Those are the type of tracks that are 20 to 60 years old
And still making a notorious mass effect to this day
You guys
So now getting into one of the artists
Who also have one of the most notorious
Holiday anthems
Michael Bubbley
Of course when he first came out
With his Christmas album 2011
Out the Gate
It sold 11.6 million pure sales.
And of course, it was the first festive album ever to win Juno album of the year.
So when it comes to Christmas album, safe to say, not a lot holds the iconic stature like Michael Bubla's album does.
And when it comes to the specific track, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
That's the 48th most played track in the world currently.
It was written in 1951 by Mary.
Meredith Wilson. That's definitely an old name, but we're going to let it slide.
The original inspiration was Yarmouth, Nova Scotia's Grand Hotel plus Frost Park.
And in the earlier versions, was Perry Camo and Johnny Mathis back in 1986.
And it resurged in Home Alone in 1992.
But you're probably thinking, when does Michael Bubbley come in this situation?
Well, I'm glad you asked.
As far as this equation, Bubbley introduced.
the equation in 2011 and basically it became one of the signature holiday recordings of the
specific track because of the big band type of style and over 200 total covers exist of Bubles
version and the pop culture films that it appeared in as far as before him it was uh pola express
in 2004 and a lot of different tv specials i mean when you get into the festive spirit safe to say
you probably got to throw on it's beginning to look a lot like
Christmas because guess what if you want people to have that nostalgic factor and if you want people to
enjoy your ad then you know it's nice to throw that in there especially if you're if you're promoting
something in the holiday in the Christmas season so when it comes to fan reception a lot of people
love Michael's version and of course when it comes to currently already told you to stay in these and
things that nature but when you look at it in totality the Christmas album from Michael Bublay is
certified, well not certified, because
I think you have to pay for that, but as far
as the actual numbers, it is
six-time platinum.
And then of course, the seasonal,
the seasonal vinyl reissues
drive at least 50% of
the holiday sales surge. So,
this man definitely moves the needle
as far as the notorious mass effect
of Christmas anthems. So now
we look at the different movies that is in,
the TV shows, the radio
airplay, you come to realize how
specifically these Christmas
anthem start to top top the charts year after year because of course it's like a whole
machine that keeps these nostalgic anthems alive in the festive season so that's the main thing
I was going to get at just highlighting another legend that made a Christmas anthem and of course
how because some people may not know how these Christmas nostalgic like anthems
resurge on the charts basically laying it out for you and also letting you know
know that so many artists try to get one track to blow up in a way of it's beginning to look a lot
like Christmas. As far as Mariah Carey already knows, she's probably on the charts. Let me see.
So Mariah Carey, she currently has the 11th most play track in the world with all I want for
Christmas as you, which we already covered Mariah Carey last year. So we're not going to do that
game. But basically letting you know some of the Christmas legends. But basically as artists,
they try to get one of those type of tracks just in general but once you get a hit track and also a
track that's forever cemented with a holiday i think you may be set for life and your kids kids may be
set for life so shout to michael bubblade as he's also one of a few artists who managed to get a
holiday anthem that's cemented and the christmas legacy so that being said click my link to my bio
let me know one of my social medias what do you think about michael bubblay's track is beginning to look a lot like
Christmas and what's your favorite variation of that specific track and what's your favorite
Christmas track of all time?
