Starting point is 00:00:00 So I was filing an APB for Mr. Mike Will made it because enough is enough. After putting out, after putting out with that speed bout with Nikki Minaj and NBA young boy, I was like, okay, this man geared up for an album, right? Nothing came of that. That was the biggest waste of a hit single I've ever seen in my life. So now, this man is back once again to give us great production. great music overall just one of the legends iconic producers in the game this is definitely definitely not bashing mike will made it i was just like way more music to be produced by him but
Starting point is 00:00:44 of course he has a life you know so recently i instagram he showed him in the studio with germane that are all people red flag right off the bed i'm like ain't no way he's he's actually asking for jermaine's advice when it comes to production so granted thankfully he was not so this is a completely this is a this is a beat completely made for mr uzivert as it's a little different as far as the tone of the beat if that's the beat that we hear in the clip if that's the one that's going to be used for uzi it's a little different type of tempo that we're used to with little uzi but at the end of the day when you see um iconic legend like mike will made it in the studio once again it's just a great
Starting point is 00:01:29 sight to see as the last time this man gave us a body of work it was creed too and everybody knows what type of effect that soundtrack had on the movie i mean the movie was solid in itself obviously creed too is my favorite movie out of the entire entire trilogy so with the production along with it that just made it even more cemented for me that that's my favorite movie out of the entire trilogy. So with that being said, the last track that was notable for me personally was what that speed bout with Nicky Minaj
Starting point is 00:02:05 and NBA Youngboy. But of course, he did put out a track called Status with Chief Keefe, which, you know, shameless plug, notorious mass effect on whatever platform you listen to podcasts on via my link tree and bio. They have a
Starting point is 00:02:21 track together back in November 20, 2020. So for everybody who wants to hear about my Chief Keith take just type in Chief Keith and Drake and it should pop up on Notorious Mass Effect but basically I get into
Starting point is 00:02:36 I get in depth on how I feel about Chief Keith and his supposed impact on hip hop. But anyways, getting it to the albums, right? I do believe that with the huge hiatus from Mike Will made it, I cannot even
Starting point is 00:02:52 begin to try to guess what the first week sales are, nor do I think is even a factor with producers. I think it's more of a factor with artists because producers are like the coach, artists are like the ones playing on the field. If it wasn't for a good coach, no player would go anywhere in the game.
Starting point is 00:03:11 And that's just a fact. So with Mike Will made it teaming up with a little Uzi Virt with a beat that sounds straight out the frying pan, like it was just straight fire. Like he was literally adding stuff in the, in the midst of the clip, like in the duration in the clip, you hear the beat, you hear him adding things to the beat. Of course, Jermaine goes over to acting like he pushes some on the ones and twos.
Starting point is 00:03:36 He's not pressing none. But anyways, you know, he saw Mike Will cooking up. He was like, hey, let me press a little sum. So Mike Will, you know, let him get in the video for like 0.5 seconds. But at the end of the day, there's a Mike Will segment. So he's making a beat completely for a little Uzivert. And honestly, I can't wait. I think it's going to be straightfire.
Starting point is 00:03:55 Of course, with a little Uzi, obviously, obviously, obviously, obviously rolling out or marketing his new album barter six where where it's like nobody knows when that's going to come out like anything that little uzi says compared like talking about barter sick it goes in one ear and out the other because barter 16 is like far away far away for for me and my personal opinion like rappers are professional liars and he literally only announced barter 16 to try to get that number one as far as first week when he put out the pink tape and he was battling it out with Morgan Walling. So that's besides a point.
Starting point is 00:04:29 So Mike Will has been away for a while now. I'm so glad he's back producing even more music. This track is called Blood Moon and it's set to arrive August 18th. Mike Will, Little Uzi Verde, Blood Moon, August 18th. What else? I have to get, nah, man, I can't let that slide. But what is Jermaine doing in that clip? Like, out of all things, like, that man's not on the track.
Starting point is 00:04:57 He's not over, he's not rapping over the beat. he's not even in the studio acting like he's rapping over a mike will be he's actually on the keyboard acting like he helping out mike will with the beat like if germain don't go somewhere i'm sorry i just had to get that off my chest like literally it made no sense while jermaine was there like that man's just there like just a random mpc mission but anyways um uh so we have uzi i believe germain may be on the album but you know that's just speculation like who cares future may be on the album Farrell as far as production
Starting point is 00:05:32 Ray Schremmer Oh Mike Will and Ray Shremmer I'm a huge Ray Shremmer fan I know the album didn't sell as well as they hoped But I loved it It's one of my favorite albums of the year And Mike Will and Ray Shremmer's like a match made In Heaven like that's like
Starting point is 00:05:46 Drake and Kanye level to me Like honestly I feel like when Mike Will and Ray Shremmer come together You already know it's a club classic That's all I got to say Like don't forget Ray Shimmer the one that made y'all literally freeze while you was in the club like don't don't forget that ray strumber made y'all stopping y'all
Starting point is 00:06:03 tracks whenever that track came on so anyways um what else what i'm looking at i think it's basically i think i'll throw enough slander at germain so yeah that's enough that's enough his last like his last album like solely produced well his last solo album that's what they're calling it was ransom two that was in 2017 obviously i don't count that because he's a producer and he produced the entire creed two soundtrack so And that was in 2018, which granted is one year after 2017. But I don't know. He did take a little Kendrick hiatus. So I'm so glad that Mike Will's back in effect.
Starting point is 00:06:40 Because I do believe he's one of the best producers up there with Metro, up there with Kanye, of course, just one of the best producers of all time. I can't wait to hear it. I can't wait to hear what he has ready to give us. So anyways, click my link to your in my bio. Let me know one of my social media is. What do you think about Mike Will in the studio, cooking up the fire. it's a beat you could ever hear and Jermaine just being in the background for some reason
Starting point is 00:07:05 and what do you think about Mike will and Loew Zeevert teaming up and will you be giving a listen when it eventually comes out August 18th
