So continuing off of my coverage as far as Nath-Nell Cano's Porque La Demora album,
which if you didn't know, is out right now on all DSPs, 16 tracks in length, 5, 56 minutes, and total.
So with that being said, the album is pretty lengthy and it's definitely going to give you what you need
as far as ultimately listening to a lot of just Coritos, Tombados, cultivated by Not the Nal Cano.
but specifically continuing off of my previous coverage because i've already covered this album just type
in um but just type in not the nail cano where people are probably going to misspell uh not the now
type in cano c a no analytic dreams with the z for my coverage of him to pop up so with that being said
the album we already covered now i wanted to get into the most impactful album the most impactful
track from the album that's titled blanca knees i'm pretty sure i'm pronouncing that right but with that being said
this specific track is currently the 25th most played track in mexico now this did come out as a single
before the album but it was short it was a short single as far as uh the time between the single dropping and the
album so people who are just now becoming um infatuated with the album they probably don't even know that
Blanca Neves was before the album, as is out now in its entirety.
But if you don't know, now you know.
The first single from Porque La DeMora was Blancanese.
And especially when it comes to this specific way, hold up.
Is Presidency on here?
Because technically that would be the first one.
Presente is not on here.
Okay, yeah.
So this is the first single, the 25th most played track in Mexico.
And if you don't know, as far as the lyrics, as far as the theme,
is overall focusing on romantic obsession,
lavish lifestyles, and of course,
the references to drug use.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
Now, of course, not the nail does not really make hip hop,
but of course when it comes to the choritos,
you just know that a lot of people
would describe his music as having more of an urban trap you feel,
which you already know,
you already know what genre that's referring to, right?
So, in the music,
music video for Blancanese because they already had a music video and everything. It's almost like
content, uh, Nautanelle Cano heard this track or created the track, heard it back and his ears
in the studio. He was probably like, hold on now. This is definitely a hit. So with that being said,
they made a music video and then the music video. It features Cano and his real life girlfriend
traveling globally. And the setting includes beaches, private jets, luxury homes. And of course,
it serves as a visual metaphor for love, wealth, and escape.
So that's nice. I know a lot of people can relate to that as far as the overall theme of love and just going out with your significant other.
But the main thing I wanted to talk about is that the government censorship is probably an abrupt stop, right?
It's probably like, screw it.
Like, hold up now.
Where do we just go?
My fault.
So essentially, I wanted to get into this because I missed this last time.
I did not want to forget to say this.
Nothing okay, no, has been really outspoken about government censorship, which is very, very,
It's very interesting development for those who are actually in the culture and know what, like, is actually going on as he was outspoken about the restrictions on narco caritos and Mexico.
And during a concert, and what in the Agua Salentis?
Aguasilantis?
Hold on.
How did I say that?
Give me one second.
We're going to let Jarvis do this.
See?
I can't say none of that.
No, let's let's let that play out one more time.
Yeah, we just got to go with the AI for this one.
Okay, okay.
So y'all heard Jarvis, right?
All right.
So anyways, in that place, while doing a concert, he said, quote,
to the people who are prohibiting us from singing and showcasing our art, we don't give a...
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
Now, obviously, I played that drive because guess what?
It's a PG podcast.
We can't be saying stuff like that.
But, you know, at the end of the day, you kind of get the point.
but to reiterate his statements, he said, quote, to the people who are prohibiting us from singing and showcasing our art, we don't give a, y'all, you know, y'all fill in the blank.
So obviously, that's a huge stance, especially going against the government being in Mexico, because I've heard of a lot of just personal experience from people who've been in Mexico for a lengthy and extensive period of time.
And let's just say, if you have a little bit of money, it's a little bit of money.
lot of things they'll just let you slide with if you give it to them and you know allegedly allegedly
allegedly because i don't want nobody suing me but i'm just saying like i've heard a lot of different
experiences from multiple people of all walks of life all races that have that same sentiment like if you
have a little money allegedly you may get away with certain stuff but you know that's alleged you know i
don't even know what i'm talking about honestly you know if mexico here it is just no i ain't mean it
so anyways the reason i say that is because um i know how spooky it could get in
that area and so for um not the nal cano they'll be speaking out like this especially talking about
the government and the censorship um you know it puts an interesting target on his back and hopefully
hopefully he has the means and in the right team to combat that so ultimately i just wanted to talk
about his album being out i wanted specifically in this segment get into blanca niz being the
25th most played track in mexico so definitely check that out the whole project is out now on ds
It just released literally today.
So that being said, click my link to you in my bio.
Let me know in one of my social medias.
