And we're back again with the one, the only, Olivia Rodriguez as this is her comeback single since releasing her debut album titled Sour, way, way back in May 2021. Now, of course, this was teased through her website, which if you didn't know, Billboard put out a whole new rule where direct-to-consumer downloads will not count to the Billboard Top 100. And I don't know if that will affect Olivia Rodrigo compared to a lot of other up-and-coming artists, but I don't think it will affect her as much because she definitely kills on the Billboard charts even with all the different stipulations that Billboard has.

I mean, she has her most popular track, which was driver's license, which was number one on Billboard Top 100 for eight weeks straight. And then we had good for you. that was number one for one week. We had deja vu. I think if you type in Olivia Rodriguez, good for you. You will probably get a sense of the type of music she makes,

as a lot of people don't really understand her impact on like a social or just a pop type of aspect if you're in the hip-hop industry. But Olivia Rodrigo definitely is one of those where if she drops, you definitely need to pay attention as she's going to create heavy implement, Impline, I can't say implications on the charts just as I forget, was it May. No, it wasn't May.

The country artist that's currently running the charts right now for like 15 weeks straight, she's one of those type of artists where if she drops, she's probably going to take up some real estate space on the billboard charts. So anyways, she put out a new single titled Vampire and this song is from her upcoming second studio album titled Guts, which is set to be released September 8th, 2023. And of course, it's written by Olivia, performed by Olivia, produced by Daniel. I don't even want to say that.

And he also produced Rodrigo's debut album, Sauer. And of course, what is the Olivia Rodriguez song without having some toxicity, involved with a dark, moody sound to exemplify the type of mood that she's going for. Of course, she has catchy melodies. Olivia Rodrigo is, of course, a pop artist. So she definitely has the patented formula for a pop song, which is, you know, a very slow start, which gets into a faster into the chorus, and then you have a verse two, another chorus, and then you're out.

Like, it's probably not going to be too long. and that formula in the past, like I just read off her past Billboard hits, has been a commercial success for her as she's reached number one on Billboard charts multiple times. And so I believe that we're her teasing this song, with it now being available on all major streaming platforms, with her also performing the song live for the first time at the MTV Music Awards. And then with heavy promotion from some, social media outlets as far as myself and also other streaming platforms popping up right

in front of your face as soon as you open Spotify, Apple or Amazon.
